I didn't actually see a doctor here, I  accompanied a friend to her appointment. The clinic itself is very nice. It's well laid out and pretty easy to find. The receptionist was pleasant and so was the doctor. His interaction with my friend was thorough and he answered her questions with answers that we could understand. My only complaint is parking.  Good luck finding a spot, there is no parking lot and street parking is scarce. More...

Never been to many chiropractic providers in my lifetime but Dr. Dan really fixed me up. Been dealing with lower back muscle tears for the better part of 3 months. Acupuncture and massage was helping but not really cutting it so I decided to make an appointment. Met with the chiro and talked about my symptoms. He did a couple gentle adjustments. Mind you- I've always had a fear of becoming paralyzed after going to the chiropractor (don't ask-- it's just me). So in writing this I will say I was fully prepared to be wheelchair bound after this first visit! Well.. not only was I not paralyzed, I actually had immediate pain relief-- pain that was bothering me for 2 months straight was gone in an instant. I remember walking around the rest of the day wondering when it would start hurting again-- it didn't...ever. Fast forward 3 weeks and 3-4 visits later and I'm still pain free. This chiropractic clinic is great!! If you are looking to live a pain free healthy life then this is the place for you! After a work injury my recovery was not progressing as expected. I began seeing Dr Suppnick and in just a few months he has totally turned this around and made me pain free. I really like this clinic! Everyone has been very friendly helpful. Dr. Dan has done some TMJ therapy on me and it has made a huge difference in my jaw. Great customer service from the very first moment that I called in.  I wanted to see what my insurance would cover for an adjustment, one of the staff took my information and told me she would get back to me when she finds out about my benefit eligibility.  I received a call back the same day.  After finding time to see my PCP and getting a referral, they had available appointment times within a couple days. I saw the newer associate at the practice, Dr. Dan Suppnick, D.C.  He was easy to talk with and super friendly.  He is articulate at explaining what's going on with your bones, joints, and muscles based on the information he gathered from the health history and chief compliant.  I am always asked if I am comfort or doing alright.  Very professional.  When he works on the areas that are tender, it hurts in a good way.  Okay, sometimes its painful when inflamed but its necessary overall.  The first day that I walked out of the clinic after an adjustment, I seem to be walking more evenly and didn't feel like I was compensated as I did before.Initially, I was suppose to come twice a week but it didn't work out with my schedule and I ended up going weekly.  My insurance had a hefty co-pay for the visits and they saved me some money by charging me a follow-up fee instead of billing my insurance--thank you for bringing that to my attention.  I look forward to the weekly visits after a straining week at work.  Its getting better now so I'll be coming every other week, I don't know if that is good or bad thing because the adjustments feel so awesome afterwards. Parkside Clinic is professional service oriented practice. I was referred to Dan at Parkside Clinic. To be honest I have had a few bad experiences with Chiropractic care in the past. I always felt like I was being pushed in to buying some expensive package or just not feeling like I leaving the office better than when I came. On my first visit to Parkside Dan handled me with care asked a lot of questions and gave me realistic goals and expectations. I in turn asked a lot of questions and we moved into the session. Before he started adjusting me he massaged the areas that I complained about. In the past it was always "where does it hurt?" then ouch with an adjustment that just seemed to provide more pain. I'm a bigger guy yet appreciated the softer approach. Great thing is he was able to adjust me in my neck and back in places that other Chiropractors have failed. I think this mostly because my overall muscle and mental tension was lower.After our session I was given regular stretching and neck exercises to do at home. I even found out that a exercise I was doing at the gym was completely wrong and making my neck pain even worse.I am happy to be a regular patient now and look forward to better back health and overall wellness. I would highly recommend Parkside Clinic! I worked there as the office manager from opening day for four years and it was a great experience! I decided to return to working in education so have been doing that for the past 2 years. I continue to go to Parkside for chiropractic maintenance and massage because I believe strongly in the doctors and massage therapists. This is not only a place to go to when you've been in an accident but also a place to go for self care/maintenance to help keep your body feeling good. I recently flew off my bike and had some shoulder and back pain so I went to Dr. Dan Suppnick for help.  He was very friendly, easy to talk to and seemed to authentically care about helping me.  I could tell that he is passionate about what he does, very knowledgable, and I appreciate how he explained, in detail, everything that was going on.  I only had to see him for a few visits, but after the first time I felt a significant difference. I've been going to chiropractors for 20+ years and this is my favorite. Dr Aaron is skilled, personable, friendly and funny. The massage therapists are top notch, and they don't interrupt the massage with constant talking like some places I've been. Prices are very reasonable and if you buy three massages up front, you save $$. Parking is available in a small lot and there is plenty of street parking, too. Having been to more chiropractors than I would like to admit, I have to say this is by far my favorite office. It's not just that the practitioners are so knowledgeable and effective, but the staff there are really well versed and so helpful. I also appreciate that all the people working there are warm and make you feel very comfortable. If you've never been to a chiropractor before and are hesitating because you're not sure if its the way to go, do yourself a favor and talk to the Doctors here. They'll answer all of your questions, never make you feel rushed, and are just plain honest and good people. Rates are very fair, and another thing I personally like a lot is that the Docs are all about the science of chiropractic - they really know their stuff in and out - no spiritual/tribal/shaman etc. stuff here. Just a few words specifically about Dr Aaron: He is awesome! So much knowledge, and yet he's really friendly and easy to talk to, which I find important with any practitioner. I came there for a problem with my back, and I quickly had my Xrays, and was getting adjusted. I like adjustments, but I have to say that some Chiros are really rough. Aaron's method is perfect because he really gets in there and manipulates you wherever needed big time, but he is at the same time gentle - minimizing the discomfort.
