Pam is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. She always provides support and encouragement. The workouts are never boring or routine, are customizable for every fitness level, and challenging. I get more out of her workouts than I have ever gotten out of a gym membership. More...

I love starting my day with Pam's class. By the time I am finished, I am completely spent but feel extremely satisfied. Pam does a great job of motivating others to reach their goals and provides encouragement when needed. She is always mixing up the classes so you never get bored of the workouts. I could not think of a better way to start my day. Pam is a great leader and motivator both in the "class" and outside the lesson. She knows how to help you get to your maximum potential. One of the first things she will ask you is "What is your goal?" And whether it is to gain muscle, lose fat or tone up, she will help you reach your goal(s). Weekly emails and daily FB messages are shared to help you stay connected with her and the team. And there is a TEAM behind you. It is those friends the help me get out of bed at 4:45 am. Because if you are not there, they WILL ask and you will be missed. I have not only gained healthy habits and better fitness overall, but I have gained many friendships. Pam is amazing! I can't believe I've been working out with Pam for two years now. (But my closest sure has noticed.)
Her workouts are always fun and challenging. Her constant support and encouragement over the past two years have motivated me to become my best self not just physically but spiritually and emotionally.

Pam is responsible for taking 7-inches off my fat belly and 30 lbs off the scales. Not only does she bring incredible variety to our workouts to keep it real, she also is an expert in what it takes to loose weight if that is what you are looking for. I could never convince myself of becoming one of those crazy people that works out at 5am...until I met Pam! Now, I look forward to getting in a challenging and fun workout before the sun comes up. I started working out with Pam over 2 years ago while rehabbing an injury from running. I had to lay off the running and build other muscle groups. Let's be honest - waking up at 5 am to workout doesn't sound like much fun, but I can tell you as someone who LOVES sleep that this bootcamp is such an easy choice for me to make every morning. Pam is so kind, encouraging, and simply loves what she does. Sometimes going to a new bootcamp can feel intimidating, but the group is just as warm and inviting. I was not an early riser until I discovered Pam's Health and Soul fitness about 6 months ago. Pam knows how to give good workouts that always feel fresh and never boring. There are modifications for every fitness level. We have a few individual and team challenges that make us work on our diet and sleep habits in addition to our physical fitness. As a result of this boot camp, I have benefitted a great deal as a runner with better breathing and increased strength and endurance. The fellow campers are also friendly and a lot of fun. More...

Pam is one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with. I could not recommend Pam more highly. Pam always tailored workouts to match my strength and fitness goals, and she varied our personal training sessions to keep them interesting and challenging. In addition to being one of the nicest people you could hope to meet, Pam is also incredibly knowledgable and up-to-date on the latest research. I love this group.  In fact, I would venture to say they are all my friends and I enjoy getting up early and sweating it out together.  Pam is a wonderful coach and leader to her team.  She knows what she is talking about and practices what she preaches.  She helps in nutrition and provides a healthy balance of information to fuel your soul.  We receive encouragement by email, Facebook, and text.  She will notice if you are not there!  I am a better and stronger person for being a part of this group and I love the support we all give each other.  We are all at different levels but she pushes us to be a better person, but not in a way that frustrates you or makes you give up.  We all encourage each other and even enjoy social activities outside of boot camp.  We often have challenges that benchmark our progress.  This camp has made me better at something I never thought possible - RUNNING!  I highly recommend this fitness group and would love to talk in more detail as I could go on and on.... I work with them on a plan that fits with their body type and their lifestyle. I believe that we can reach our goals with focus and a plan. My style is encouraging and empowering.

If your goals are realistic, you can reach them. You need to realize that you are capable of more then you think, and then set your plan to achieve your goals.

It's so rewarding to help people make healthy, lifelong choices that will enhance their quality and quantity of life. We all feel better when we exercise and eat healthy, so I get to be around happy, uplifting people.

I wanted to be able to focus on my clients and not have to be selling or training according to someone else's rules. Health and fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. Being able to do what I love for a business just made sense.

I have my degree in Exercise Science and my master's degree in Health Education, and I have been in the field for over 30 years. I have both knowledge and experience that I apply when working with my clients. I expect clients to work hard and do their best, but I will never yell or shame anyone. Our sessions can be fun and sweaty at the same time:-).
