Pack Pet Resort is the best doggy boarding place I have ever used. My pup not only doesn't mind going, he is excited to go because he gets to play with his friends and gets lots of love from everyone who works there! The facility is also so clean that I was surprised to learn how long they had been there. And I enjoy getting the daily report card with pictures just to be assured that everything is well. Another plus is how flexible they are in scheduling. If I manage to get back in town and pick my pup up a day early they do not charge for that last night. I highly recommend without reservation. Pack Pet Resort is an AMAZING place.Not only do the have an amazing team taking care of dogs but they also have an amazing facility. The grooming portion is fantastic. They are great with making sure the animals are comfortable even while they undergo haircuts and nail trims and baths. My dog hates getting his nails done and it's nearly impossible, but Pack gets it done! I know they are making my dog feel safe and comfortable so it is not a traumatic experience for him. The staff is always so kind and caring when it comes to the pets. All of them truly love and want to do what's best for the animals and it shows. Each of them really knows about dogs and how to work with them. I asked the managers and each staff member gets trained online and in person about how to handle dogs and how to create a safe space for them. Each staff member truly knows dog language and can read all the dogs to make sure they are comfortable in their environment. The facility is amazingly beautiful, functional and clean!!! They know what is best for the dogs and do not stray from it. I have toured other dog boarding facilities where the humidity was out of control which can be quite harmful to dogs and the music was loud and stressful. Pack is always on top of it and never lets the little things go unnoticed. Pack Pet Resort is even adding a training program for non boarding customers as well as dog education while they do board! That just proves how much they care about how the dogs spend their time there. This place is a 10/10 and I will always recommend such a wonderful business! This Pet Resort is wonderful. Â The staff is friendly, prompt to greet you, caring and loving. Â My dog, Bella, enjoys going to play with her friends whether it is a day care visit or a week long visit. Great kennel "resort" for a pet. When we drop our dog, he runs to the staff and never looks back. We get pictures daily of him playing with other dogs while he is there. We travel a lot and kennel our dog often and this "resort" for dogs is reliable. Worth the money. More...

This is the first time that we have ever left our animals with a boarder in which we felt perfectly comfortable in doing so. In the past, we have had dogs come back with fleas, stress marks on their noses. We could just tell that they had been penned up most of the time. Not here. The daily pictures and report cards just solidified what a top notch place this is. Our animals, 2 dogs and 1 cat, came back in good health. Tired.....but healthy. We will not hesitate in taking them there again and recommending it to all of our friends. Even our 11 year old Schnauzer did well and made a few friends. I left my 2 dogs for boarding and they came back happy and exhausted. Everything is very clean and I loved getting a report card every day. Will most definitely be back.

Just recently checked this place out. Â I have a 10 year old Rottie who acts older than she is. Bad hips, low level of activity and not a. If fan of getting her nails trimmed. Â She went for the 3 hour meet and greet and although she got a little "testy" with the younger dogs, she acted as expected and the staff said she did great. Then left her for the long weekend. Â I loved the daily updates I got by email and text about her demeanor with a few pictures. Â In one picture I swear she was even smiling! Â Not many want to handle her as an elderly dog, but she and the staff got along great. Â No problems and she was in great shape upon our return.I love the hi-tech of this place - on line reservations, heath updates and personalized "report cards". Â The facility seemed clean, the staff well trained and good demeanor themselves. She had a great exit bath (extra). Â Pick up and drop off were short and sweet. Love this place. My Gracie seems to enjoy staying here. When we pick her up  she is not crying like the other places she used to stay. Love the reports and photos they send me.
