I find it hard that this place has any positive reviews. Brianna was incredibly rude to me and traumatized my dog. I know for a fact they would never treat their own dogs the way the treated mine.

What can I say about Brianna and Sadie that isn't positive? We went through a few trainers and found out about Brianna by luck. We took a chance and hired her and she has been nothing but amazing. She took the time to understand Brighton's behavior and that her high energy is the main cause of her chewing of our walls, her excitement around the kids, and her excitement around us. She also put a ton of onus on us the owners to make sure we follow her recommendations and if we did, Brighton would even more wonderful than she already is. After a few in-home sessions, our busy lives of work and kids, we decided to do a board and train. In two short weeks, Brighton came back a more obedient dog and we got a clear understanding on what we needed to do to keep all the hard work in play. Brianna and Sadie have become not only our trainers but friends too. We enjoy their company and we are always trying to promote them the best we can. If you are looking for a trainer who knows her stuff but also will expect you the owner to keep your end of the deal, then hire Pack Leader Help and you will have a wonderful dog who will listen to you but also love your company for a happy owner/dog relationship. I adopted my first puppy and I can say she was such a handful, I couldn't leave her alone for more than an hour - her separation anxiety was at an all-time high. She chewed the wood floor, crate tray, the walls and everything in sight. When I arrived home she would follow me everywhere. Our dog was extremely anxious at all the time. To add to all of that our walks were very difficult. 1. She would pull me on our walks, and I couldn't deal with it because I had a back injury. 2. She jumped on every dog and person she sees. 3. We used about every type of leash, especially those no pull-harness/gentle leaders and she basically loses some of her hair due to the pulling. I was getting really frustrated with my dog. And I thought I would have to give her up. Brianna was a God Sent! We emailed her and she instantly came to the rescue, she had time to see me the same day! She came into my house and she talked to me about some ongoing issues with my dog. Her job is to fix you, not your dog, you hear me right. She worked on my confidence and on my energy around my dog. I can complete the change in my dog. With the wrong energy, my dog goes back to being anxious. Brianna taught me properly how to crate train my dog, how to prepare for walks by showing me what to do before I go out with her, and how to get my dog into a calm state. I worked on how to be a better leader for my dog. Brianna was able to get my dog to walk calmly by my side. After our in-home session, Brianna sent us a summary of what we have to keep doing with our dog from what was taught during the session. Even after meeting Brianna, I was able to keep in touch with her with questions I had and she has been great! I keep going on and on! In a way, Brianna helped my whole family to get our life back in order. I am forever grateful for PLH! Please do not be afraid to reach out because you will not be judged. More...

Brianna is a dog whisperer! Seriously and she explains everything in such a useful way. While we still have work to do, I am slowly starting to see results from implementing some of her recommendations for training.

If you love your dog, but are endlessly frustrated with your inability to control your dog's behavior, then go see Brianna Dick. If you study and read about dog training, but just can't seem to make the techniques work, see Brianna Dick for that too. We have been through five trainers over the years ranging from in-home visits to long-term boarding. None of them were successful since they either did not know what they were doing, only addressed symptoms, did not teach the humans, or were lousy business people with no communication skills. Our dogs always act so well for the trainers, but we could never replicate their control. Brianna focuses as much on the humans as she does on the dogs, maybe more. I have never had a trainer so professional or so personally focused on the dogs' owners. She is non-judgmental, patient, kind, and decisive. Brianna's group sessions are well-organized and her communication is detailed and clear. We have never had a dog-trainer who was so good at every aspect of the profession. Brianna Dick is the real deal. More...

I am so grateful for Bri and team and thankful we reached out for help! It has made the world of a difference for us! We have two 7 year old dogs, with 2 completely different personalities and needs. Our main concerns is we wanted guests over our home without worries or concerns. One dog was super anxious and lots of energy and the other was super cautious with strangers and “guard dog” mode all the time. She came to our home and As soon as Bri walked in she immediately picked up what the issue was. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she is truly passionate about what she does! She gave us tools and tips on how to provide structure for our dogs to meet their needs, but most importantly shared with us the WHY and mindset behind it.Its been a few months since our last session and shes always on hand for support or feedback or any questions we have, and the results with their behavior “issues” that we thought they had, have done an almost 180 degrees (most importantly we know how to keep practicing with them what bri taught us).Thank you PackLeaderHelp!!!!!! I reached out to Brianna back in October after my oldest pup (1.5 y/o) got into a fight with my dog sitters dog. The fight was severe enough that the dog sitter did not want to continue watching my dogs. I researched several trainers but something about them was off wether it was there energy, knowledge, wanting a LOT of money upfront before even meeting us. A little background: I have 2 pups. My oldest started to show signs of possession and food bowl aggression when another dog was around. There is a 9 month difference between my pups. I was afraid that once my little one started to get older it would lead to a severe fight, since that was the path things were going. I have had dogs in the past and wouldn't consider myself aloof to dog psychology, so I was at a loss at what else I could do to ensure my dogs and house were happy and balanced. Brianna came in with PATIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, a PHENOMENAL POSITIVE ATTITUDE & KINDNESS. She was able to pick apart the situation instantaneously. Through her help, and I still reach out to her to this day (SHE NEVER EVER LEFTS A CALL OR TEXT GO UNANSWERED) I feel like I understand my dogs so much better. She has taught me to become more patient and go with the flow with my pups. I can not recommend her enough! Every single person who I have recommended her to has been blown away! She is the real deal! Trust me since I met several want to be trainers in the past! You won't regret hiring her!! She stands behind her work! Is accessible at all times (a little too accessible , girl needs a break)!! Truly loves and cares about her clients both human and fur babies! More...

Pack leader help should be your go to trainer for any of your dog training needs! She can no doubt handle any challenge brought her way. PSA: Long post ahead. We got in contact with pack leader help after adopting a rescue puppy. We had some initial issues with our rescue pup that we hadn't encountered before and weren't sure how to handle. Our rescue was so fearful of anything new. Walks were really difficult. He was scared of passing cars, parked cars, loud noises, and people/ animals passing by, mysterious inanimate objects. Sometimes he would back up and try to run in the other direction when we came upon something "scary", sometimes he would "freeze" in his spot or he would growl and bark. He also pulled on the leash really bad. Brianna taught us how to manage his fear and now Barkley loves walks :) He was also really afraid of people. He was fine with my husband and I but would growl at anyone new. This was really difficult for us because we like to bring our dogs with us while visiting family/ friends in and out of town. It was hard to replicate meeting new people with Brianna so she actually offered to take him out and about to see how he reacted real time while she introduced him to some of her friends. This was unbelievably helpful. She was able to analyze his behavior/ reactions real time and try out different techniques to see what Barkley responded to best. I'm so happy to report that after implementing these techniques at our home and the homes of friends/family that Barkley is so much more comfortable being introduced to new people, has become more confident in himself and is slowly growing out of his fearfulness stage. She also helped us with other basic training needs for the pup...-She helped us get Barkley acclimated to the crate. This took literally about a 1/4 of our session (if that) and we haven't had any crate issues since. -She taught us the importance of setting him up to be successful (not letting him fail) and not letting him "free roam".All I can say is that she always makes us feel like we are her only most important client. She is there with any tips and advice at the drop of a hat. She'll even video herself doing something with her own dog and send it to you if you're unsure. More...

I said since day one that Brianna was going to change my way of life for the better. To begin, I have an Australian Shepard who was lacking confidence since he was a puppy, and I didn’t know how to handle it. And when we were on a walks he barked at passing people and strangers, and anytime we had guests over he barked in their face. Brianna taught me how to handle his reactions in a way that Finn could gain confidence. Now I can walk him without crossing the street, and I can have guests over and not have to stress. Finn has a long way to continue gaining confidence but she had taught me the proper ways to show him he can handle people and dogs. I have recommended her to several people, and luckily I live close to Brianna and plan to walk with with her and build Finns confidence. More...

Unfortunately I live out of state from her so I am unable to use her services in person, but she has answered so many questions for me about my own dog’s behavior over the phone and the videos she posts on her social media accounts. I first reached out to Pack Leader Help when my dog began displaying leash aggression on walks. My dog would whine, growl and lunge if we passed another dog on a walk. It got to a point where I would turn and walk in the other direction or try and cross the street as fast as possible to avoid passing another dog. My only regret is not reaching out to Pack Leader Help sooner. Brianna was SO knowledgeable in training techniques AND dog psychology. After just the first visit my walks with Leo improved and I felt more comfortable (and less embarrassed) walking him. After training Brianna stayed accessible. 1. She was so easy to get in contact with via text, e-mail and even face time. 2. She would offer tips and advice to any of my questions even if they weren't related to the original training session. 3. She would e-mail links of material to read that were relevant to my dog and situation. Another SUPER COOL THING! She organizes "pack walks" which are awesome socializing opportunities (AND FREE). I was able to bring my dog and have ample opportunity to practice what we were working on in training. More...

BRIANNA at Pack Leader Help changed my life for the better!! Forget the dog whisperer... This is the dog magician everyone needs. I've always wanted to be one of those people that could bring my dog with me anywhere- restaurants, a friends house, a winery/brewery, the store. I never felt like I could because my dog would be aggressive/ dominant. In come Pack Leader Help...Her knowledge of "dog psychology" blew me away! I was actually comforted to learn he wasn't "aggressive" just over excited and she taught me how to properly manage his excitement. Also, she taught me how to properly introduce my dog to other dogs. Which was a game changer for us! After just a couple training sessions he was so much calmer not just meeting other dogs but also just in general. He no longer goes crazy when the doorbell rings, if he sees another animal outside or if we have company over. I had spent months researching dog trainers in NOVA before reaching out to Brianna. They were all unbelievably expensive! I ended up choosing to reach out to Brianna because her back story was so relate-able and because she was affordable. She is so respectful of your time and money. She will get the training done in the least amount of sessions necessary. I feel like I get so much personalized care for the $ More...

What PackLeader believes when training is not the physical state of your pup but working but the mental state. While doing this Bri explains the process and how she should be and what we can do to help. We had our puppy nova in board and train with her for a week and can see huge amounts of improvement in her separation anxiety, high energy, potty training and setting boundaries.
