I rented the 20 passenger black party bus through wantlimo.com for my daughter's birthday party. Rhe bus was clean and very nice iinsid. The only negative was that Chris said you could connect via Bluetooth to play music but come to find out that was not the case. Thank God my daughter had her cable to connect because that would have been a disaster. Elena the driver was professional and very nice. This was for a sweet 16 for my daughter so I was a little nervous but Elena took them to their locations and back home safely. Will definitely be using them again soon. More...

Rented one of their party busses for my sisters surprise birthday las minute and they were very accommodating on short notice. I would recommend that anyone give this company a try. I had ordered a limo from another limo company located in Buena Park and they literally took another higher dollar amount order and didn't tell me about it for 5 days when trying to reach out to the company/owner. Â Put me in such an unbelievable jam for my daughters birthday that I had to call around and find another limo at the last minute. Â Pacific Limo Company came through in a jam, was willing to be flexible on pricing, went out of their way to assure me the same thing wouldn't happen with their company and delivered! We used Pacific-West Limos for my best friend's birthday trip to Temecula to go wine tasting! We took a party bus and the gal was so sweet and on time every time we needed her going from winery to winery. We had such a blast and appreciated such a clean bus and being able to plug in our music to the bus. We sang, we laugh, we danced, and nobody drove thanks to Pacific-West limos! Limousine companies can be a hit or miss, luckily we found these guys because it was an A+ hit! Our driver Louis picked us up prompt, the limousine was clean, everything worked and since this was a day time deal and it's been really hot, the A/C was crucial. Great limo company. Â I have used both the town car and limo service for trips to the airport. Â We used the white limo for a soccer team party. Â The drivers have always been on time. Â For the soccer team party, the driver had to wait for a bit because the game went into over time. Â No problem! Â The limos have been well stocked depending on what type of group we have had on trips. Â For example, teen parties were supplied with sodas and water. Hired through Limos.com for a Birthday event. Initial pick-up and drop-off was great. Our driver, Luis, arrived in a suit & tie, catered to our drink requests, and had no problems navigating through the route we provided. We did have to ask him once to turn on the A/C because the fan is just not enough for a black limo in 100-degree weather, but I would ask for Luis again.We had another driver for the pick-up and drop-off later that same day. Mary was, unfortunately, not as professional or proficient as Luis. However, Pacific West Limos IMMEDIATELY addressed our concerns and assured us it would take the steps to maintain the high standards we should expect as a customer.No excuses; just "What can we do to make it right?" and following through until the matter is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. It's rare to be able to rely on that level of customer service. Pacific West is definitely in the business to serve you so choosing them again is an easy decision. More...
