What’s your signature dish?
We really do not have a signature dish. We are very versatile and prepare a variety style of dishes. We do plated events as well as buffets. we can do brunches, barbeques, pig pick-ins whatever your need we have the skill and knowledge to provide you with a lovely event.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a very large selections of menus. This is why we prefer to meet our potential clients and get an idea of what they want then we will but together a selections of items that they can chose from and from that we will figure the pricing of the menu how many servers and clean-up they will require. We can provide tables linens, have connections to florist for wedding decorates.
What do you love most about your job?
People and cooking. I am the chef of our operation and love to cook. I am also Teacher's Assistant at American River College Culinary Department.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of cooking great food. This way I can cook constantly and with an variety like I could do as a home cook. It gives me such great pleasure to see the smiles on everyone face as they are eating food that I had help preparing. Events as such fun for me and this business is so much fun. I feel that to have a business that you love to do day and night and it is FUN to do on top of it well I am the luckiest person in the world, and I want to share that joy with you as I prepare for your event.

We feel that we can give our clients what they want and more. I will say that if we cannot fulfill your request we would be the first to tell you.
