I asked for a unique arrangement that incorporated Hawaiian type flowers along with a wind chime. They said they could do it and they sure did. My niece absolutely adored it - it was gorgeous. This was one of the best and easiest flower shops that i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The team was so sweet and made sure that my delivery was completed even after the recipient wasn't home so i had to request a new delivery address 20 minutes away. I could tell very quickly that this is one of those rare businesses today that truly keeps the customer satisfaction as their number 1 priority. Ordered corsage and bouteniere for prom....my sons date had a vision for what she was wanting.....They were were wonderful to work with us on a busy day. They gave great ideas based on her dress. My husband sent me a flowers at work for Valentines Day. This was his first time using this florist. The flowers were beautiful and complimented by an equally beautiful vase. There was supposed to be a balloon as well but it was not with the flowers. My husband called and the balloon was delivered with 2 beautiful roses the next day. When the delivery person arrived, she was informed I had been sent to our other office she delivered to me at the second office. She could have left it at the original address she was given but instead the balloon and fresh flowers were delivered directly to me at the second office! Now that's customer service! I received flowers on Friday from Oviedo Beautiful Flowers from my daughter who is in another state. By Monday the white roses in the bouquet have started to wilt and die. They didn't begin to open at all. Also 2 Lillie's didn't open. I informed the florist and was told that white roses never open and unless the buds of the Lillie's are slightly open, they won't open. Not sure why a customer would pay for those flowers. I was told I could go by their shop and have them replaced but working far and living even further from Oviedo is just too inconvenient. I LOVE these flowers! They are by far the best Bouquet arrangement i have ever received! My Fiancee got me these flowers 3 day ago while at his Army annual training and it was a pleasant surprise! I loved them and i loved them even more when he told me he got them 30 % off at 1800flowers using his Veterans Advantage Card! Went on line to find a florist in the Oviedo area, and came across Southern House. I went into the shop and I couldn't believe the wonderful selection of flowers, plants and gifts. Beautiful flower shop, great selection of flowers, the lady who waited on me couldn't have been more helpful and so pleasant. I have used this owner/florist for many years. They just did the Flowers for a Memorial Service for my Dad. The arrangements were the most beautiful and articulate that I have seen by any florist.
