Overload really is the best time you can spend in the gym.
I am from Jamestown NY and while on vacation in Ohio a couple of years ago I decided to have Josh put me thru a workout. I was amazed at how much of a workout you can get in 20 minutes and how awesome the machines were. My favorite machine was the static pulldown that was computerized and completely fatigued my lats. I wouldn't work out any place else. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and consistent. When your session begins it's all business. You can laugh and joke around when your session is over 20 minutes later. Safety is also very important at Overload they make sure each machine you get on is tuned to your unique settings to optimize your results. I love Overload! More...
