We wouldn't think of taking our pup anywhere else. The family that owns and runs the place is both friendly, caring and skilled in operating the facility and our dog is excited when we tell him we are going there. We have been taking him there a half day a week for the last year and a half so he can have fun playing with his kind. He loves it and so do we to get a little break from an active pup. Our dogs get extremely excited when they arrive at "OUR FAMILY PET SITTING"!!!!!Samson is our BUG GUY, a Newfoundland and he loves to be outside! ! There is a lot of freedom to roam! They also have a huge couch he loves to join his Sadie girlfriend.Sadie, also a Newfoundland , has arthritis and is cared for by them very well. Omg I'm so elated we've found this place! My dogs don't even look back when I "try" and say goodbye. We adore all the pictures we get on a daily basis and thoroughly appreciate accommodations when I've had a family emergency in the past. Friendly staff. What we love most about this place is that our pup has the freedom to run and play all day, spending lots of time outdoors. It's a big place with lots of room to run. They never have a bad word to say about our dog even though he is high-energy and probably a pain in their butt sometimes, lol. They are affordable and take good care of the dogs. Our Casper and Whisper are frequent attenders at the Our Family Pet Sitting Daycare and we cannot say enough about Kelly, Joe and their crew! My husband and I love our pups like their our own children. We want the best quality of life for our dogs and it took us some time to find the right place to take care of our Aura and Drake the way we do. There's a reason why we love having Joe, Kelly, Ashley and the rest of the hard working staff take care of our pups. They treat them with the same loving hearts as we do. Update: I left my honest rating. That star that was removed was because of the disciplinary system abd Joe's not trying to resolve the problem effectively. If an employee can learn from an experience, destroying what could be fixed is just illogical and immoral, especially since it involves a life. If you can see this, I liked the place, certainty. But I believe I was sentenced guilty even before getting a proper hearing. Being disciplined in front of several unrelated people plus being told to leave without speaking more than one sentence, it left me feeling unfairly treated. I admitted my wrong, I even admit I deserved a write up or something else of the sort. I owned up, and even then, Joe totally ignored it and everything else. He didn't care, I could tell he made up his mind before trying to resolve anything. Id love to come back, but I doubt Joe would accept. His way of handling it left a bad taste More...

I wouldn't trust anyone with my dog more than I do with Kelly and Our Family Pet Sitting! They truly care about you and your pup. They are always easy to talk to, and accommodating to a fault! I would prefer to be selfish and keep Kelly and this pet heaven to myself and the others who have been with her from the start. But, no, it would be unfair to deny other dogs the chance to romp, play, swim, and relax at this most excellent daycare and boarding spot. I am very picky about where I place my dog, knowing that too many dogs can be trouble. But we've had a terrific experience both at day care and overnights for over two years and my dog can't wait to see all his human and canine buddies whenever we start up the driveway. My parents were thrilled with the love and compassion their dog received when they were out of town for a week. Their dog, Butch, didn't seem to notice that they were gone- the love and fun still continued.
