I had a weekend film shoot where I needed a couple of roman columns for the set and believe it or not, it is no small task to find ones that are more than 6 feet high that are for rent.  I called all sorts of places and one of the guys at a different company recommended Orbit Event Rentals.  I called and they had two available and for WAY cheaper than ANYTHING I found on the internet and they were 8 feet tall!  The day I came to pick them up I drove to their warehouse in Pico Rivera. They don't really have a nice reception area or anything and have the strangest configured men's restroom I've ever seen, but whatever.  The women there were really kind and helpful. They had the columns ready for me.  They were perfect! The guys in the warehouse helped me load them into my SUV and I was on my way.  The warehouse is huge and has anything you'd possibly need for an event in all rainbow colors and beyond!During the shoot I had so many people ask me where I got the columns from and were so impressed with them.  I was too. They made the whole set look amazing.Brought them back first thing Monday morning and it was an easy drop off.  Such a great experience with Orbit.  I hope I have the opportunityto rent from them again! Top notch company thats always been on time or early!. This Feb, my wife and I used OER for tables chairs and linens. They treated us like family, and where always pleasant to deal with. My family is new to the area & knowing the right vendors that are reliable and provide quality products is key. We tried to do our due diligence and started with those recommended by family but those were out of town, and so they refused delivery. We consulted Yelp to find the most economical, but that yielded low inventory and barely passable quality,not to mention selection. So after researching more, we ended up driving  a short distance from our home to Orbit. They have a huge warehouse, a very organized office, and professional staff seated at desks ready to help. I worked with Orbit to plan a wedding in an out-of-the-way location and they were great. Lisa and the other staff I worked with by phone were very helpful, courteous, and prompt in sending me quotes and revised quotes when I made changes repeatedly.  When the time came for delivery, everything went smoothly, and same for the pick up after the wedding.  Their website is pretty easy to use for information, which also helps. My company uses Orbit for corporate events on a monthly basis for groups ranging anywhere between 25 - 150 people. We use them for training classes, seminars, fundraisers and cocktail parties. We feel confident using them because they offer a wide range of furniture rentals and they have made a great effort in establishing a positive work relationship with us. The only small issue I had was regarding the delivery. Since our event was scheduled on a Friday, delivery was scheduled on Thursday. I requested that the driver give me a call when they were on their way to my family's house (where our wedding was held) because no one would be home; however I would get there in time to meet with the driver. I never got the call! Thankfully and coincidentally, my brother stayed home that morning and was able to take care of the delivery. I wanted to take the time to write a review for all the help and awesome customer service that was provided by Orbit, specially Lisa who was super patient at someone who pretty much had no idea how to do anything. I loved how she would bounce off recommendations on stuff to make my event better and was never pushy on any of the stuff to rent. She even did a mock table so I could be sure of the linens color sizes and tables. I strongly recommend them. I have been involved with Orbit for the past 7 years. We have partnered up and created an awesome team that focuses on building great packages for all types of events. This brings me to my overall point with Orbit. I got married last year, August 26, 2017. I needed a bunch of things. The first thing I decided to book with Orbit was the services of an event planner. Nicole took on that task and believe me when I tell you, having an event planner makes all the difference in the world.

Nicole took charge of the entire wedding for about 8 months. Since the first day we met with her, till the day of. She was beyond helpful with all of our vendors. She was there the day of. She made sure that the rentals were set up on time. The wedding turned out to be beyond beautiful and it was all thanks to Nicole and Orbit.

I'm really glad that I got to see firsthand the impact that Orbit has on customers. I recommend them and would not go anywhere else.

These guys are amazing!  I feel like I found a little secret in terms of event rentals.  Dalia, Viviana and the crew worked with us on our constant changing needs.  They even stayed late to make sure everything was set up properly.  These guys are super professional and friendly!  They were busy the weekend we had our event so they made sure they had everyone on hand to help with set up.Great to work with and will definitely work with them again! I was referred to Orbit Rentals by an event planner and  I'm so very glad I was. I was helped by Vivianna. She was awesome! I knew right away when I sat down with her that she was the right person to help me. She is very calm, sweet and patient . Vivianna took the time to listen to me regarding the vision I had for my 25th anniversary party. She had suggestions,  and photo ideas. She told me the differences between items and even set up look tables for me to see in person. She also came out to my house with the crew to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I've been using Orbit for at least 5 years now. I have used them for various parties, which some included using their delivery and pick up services. Some of the rentals have been for small gatherings and other times for large parties include my daughter's sweet 16, which may have been the biggest.  For this particular event I rented 2 large tents which were placed in our back yard.  Since the event was in the Winter I also rented heaters and lighting. We had over 100 people in attendance. The staff at Orbit have always been very helpful, customer friendly, and extremely professional. I value their expertise and welcome their recommendations to make any event special.  Their online rental process is extreme efficient and process made simple. The warehouse guys are great and always very courteous. Their rental equipment is always in very good condition and clean. They always seem to upgrade their rentals and I love their natural wood padded chairs. I'll continue to always use their services and never go anywhere else. More...

These guys are fantastic!  Great customer service - super friendly and extremely helpful.  We needed a tent for 200 for a customer event at our office and everything from the initial walk through to plan the event to the final take down at the end  of the event went smoothly.  Their prices were very competitive and the quality of the tent and tables were good, so I had no worries about things falling apart.  They were very knowledgeable about city codes so when I had to apply for a permit I had absolutely no issues getting one. Planning an event is never easy. Having a wonderful experienced team of people to work with, changes that. When I sat down with Michelle after speaking with her briefly on the phone, she had already put the whole party together and all we needed to do was work on a few details. She was right in tune with me for what I wanted. Our event was my wife's 30th birthday and we hosted around 80 people in my brothers back yard. We had to work around a pool and two covered patios. On top of that, rain. The delivery guys arrived and worked fast. They were nice to work with and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted. I was impressed with their inventory. After repeated unreturned calls to another rental company, I was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered on the first ring by a very helpful employee. I had already visited the website so I knew what I wanted and the associated cost. This is very helpful for budget planning. Plus they have an extensive product inventory. After the call ended I was told I would have a contract in my email in 5 minutes, and I did!  My only negative is the 8-hour delivery window but since I had someone available to wait, it worked out. The delivery was made prior to noon on the day confirmed and all items were clean and in excellent working order. Was truly nice to have the delivery made before I had to call and inquire. If organizing another event in that area, I would not hesitate to use Orbit Event Rentals again. More...

Recently rented some banquet tables, folding chairs and a chill and fill table for a small backyard party.  The staff was helpful and friendly, even through all of my changes and goofs.  I rented a week before the party and had no problem.  Drop off and pick up was smooth. Not really a fan of the 8 hour delivery window but what are you going to do? The drivers put everything in my backyard for me. Very professional.  I'm sure I will be using them again in the future. We ordered some tables, chairs, and market umbrellas from them for a small backyard birthday party. These guys are great! Pricing is competitive. The sales coordinator was helpful during the ordering process, and delivery and pick up was easy. The guys who delivered the rentals were so nice and helpful. They were great about quickly bringing everything in to the locations we needed. Pick up was just as easy and smooth. The rentals were all in decent shape. I was worried the folding chairs would need to be wiped down, but they were clean and good to go. I'd definitely use them again for any future party rental needs. More...

I had wrote a review recently about my experience with Orbit, and it wasn't the best.  There were a few specific directions that we gave to Orbit to carry out in their services  on my big day; unfortunately, they were not communicated properly.  This caused quite the commotion and delay at my wedding.  All the decor we picked out was there and everything was beautiful.  After emailing the company and describing in detail what we had expected and what had actually happened they were very helpful in getting the issues resolved to my liking.  My coordinator and I met with Nori a couple months after the wedding took place.  She was very helpful, and understanding of my situation.  Fortunately, we were able to work mostly everything out; and,  the next event that I have is going to be discounted! Bernice at Orbit was great in helping to plan out everything that I would need on my big day and overall they are very affordable.  The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because of the issues that I had.  But, after speaking with them and working things out I would definitely use them again! Orbit rentals were affordable and helpful!  Their ordering process was very easy to use and all the girls were helpful inspite of the fact that I had revised my order multiple times!  The equipment arrived in good condition.  The guys who delivered it were professional and helpful.  They didn't just dump the equipment on the side, like I have read about other event rental places.  They actually took all the equipment into my backyard so that set up would be a breeze. This place was great! We discovered that we would need additional tables and chairs less than a week from my baby shower.  They made the process easy, efficient, and relatively cheap!
