This is probably the longest I've been able to stick with a regular workout schedule before in my life. I'm the kind of person who needs direction and motivation when I workout or I just wonder around aimlessly and leave after 20 minutes. With Orange Theory I can always count on getting a solid hour of sweat and calorie burning every time I go and I love how every workout includes cardio and strength training. Every workout is challenging, but not to the point that I feel like I can't do it. I jumped into Orangetheory from a pretty sedintary lifestyle and was pretty nervous that I wouldn't be able to keep up.
