The motivation given by the coaches is by far the best thing at OTF.. I love all the coaches but I have to admit that coach Amanda Bell goes above and beyond, in pushing us yet keeping safety and health of each individual as her number one priority, no matter how big or how small the class is. She always manages to run from one end of the studio to the other, watching each one of us, correcting forms, giving modifications, encouraging, greeting first time guests, .., she just does it all in a beautiful continuous flow! She spreads great vibes throughout the whole class and that immediately gets your heart rate going. It’s not easy doing all the above at 5 am but she does it!! She is just the BEST!! More...

It's like having a personal trainer with 20+ other encouraging, hard working, people who DON'T quit. I'm just 3 weeks in and I think I'm hooked. I loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I couldn't get there 15 min before to fill out everything due to schedule conflicts but Natalie was super helpful and set up my heart rate monitor over the phone. After the class I was concerned about my heart rate but the instructor took time to talk to me about it and was super encouraging throughout the whole workout. So glad Little Rock has something new that will help me get back in shape! More...

OFT is amazing and does NOT disappoint! Very challenging, yet very fun and all the workouts can be scaled to any fitness level (walkers, joggers, runners, low weight, high weights). I love how OTF combines the best of both worlds- cardio and weights- for a full workout experience while making sure you reach your full potential for the day. I have fallen in love with OTF! From the people to the workout, my overall experience has been great! I was skeptical at first about coming and felt very anxious, but the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted with a hearty hello and my anxiety fell away. There is such a sense of family and support at OTF! I love the social aspect of the workouts and how everyone pushes and encourages each other!

Let it be known: I am NOT a runner. But that doesn't stop me from getting a maximum workout...and some times the feeling hits me and I set off on a little sprint. (Disclaimer: I am still not crazy about rowing! haha) I have been going to OTF for about 3 months now. I am beginning to get compliments, on the regular, about the changes in my physique and I couldn't be more pumped! I am the kind of person that enjoys a workout once I get there, but it's the "getting there" part that I struggle with. OTF helps to keep me accountable for my workouts and the trainers nudge me when they see I need some encouragement to get in some classes.

I'm so thankful that I decided to give OTF a try! It has helped me in so many ways--I look better and I FEEL better. As an entrepreneur sometimes I need some time to think about anything other than work! OTF definitely helps me with that! It's a great way to clear my mind! I look forward to my workouts everyday...that's something I never imagined saying! I haven't "enjoyed" working out since high school...my how times have changed!

Give OTF a try! You won't be disappointed!

Note: I have had 5 friends try with me and of those 5, 4 of them got memberships! That's a testimony within itself!

At first I was worried I couldn't do the workout because I heard it was brutal and I'm probably one of the oldest people in my class. After it was explained to me that the intensity of each workout is tailored to my individual heart rate, I decided to give it a try. Because I can see from the tracking board if I need to work harder or if I'm working too hard, the workout is exactly as intense as my body needs it to be. Ive been going to Orange Theory for six weeks, averaging 4-6 classes a week. I have lost a total of thirteen pounds so far. Ten to go!!!! The staff and trainers at OT Little Rock are all amazing. The workouts vary everyday and my body is already changing, a lot. My entire body is already leaner and stronger, even my tennis game is better due to my new upper body strength and endurance I've gained in just 6 weeks. I love it. Do yourself a favor and sign up. It will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.

I like that it always incorporates cardio with some form of weight bearing exercise and that different templates (power, endurance, strength) allow there to be more diversity in exercises from day to day.

Such a fun workout! I've been going for 2 months now and every class is different. Even though you may be in a class with 15 other people it feels like you get one on one support. Great coaches and staff!

Workouts are a lot of fun. There are excellent trainers at this location (especially Cathy!) to keep you motivated throughout the session. I've done a lot of different kind of workouts in the past from boot camps to crossfit to personal training and I've had to take some time off due to an injury. I decided to give orange theory a try and fell in love with it from the start! The coaches are so motivating and I love being able to keep track of how I am doing with the heart rate monitors. Workouts are tough but are whipping me into shape for sure, and if I am having a day of low energy I can back it off that day if I want to and get a good workout in without working as hard. I like that they spend half the time on Cardio and half the time on strength training. Its the perfect combination for what I want out of a regular workout. The trainers give you tips on how to do the exercises better and offer encouragement during the workouts. So far the trainers have all been very upbeat and I have enjoyed all of them. I am currently going 3 days a week but would love to be able to work up to 5 times a week if I can. Love it so far. More...

Get over the nervousness and GO if you're serious about being healthy and fit. Do it for yourself more than anything/anyone else and you'll achieve the goal you set forth. I started my first class 4/19. From Day 1 the front desk staff were exceptional at making me feel comfortable by educating me on Orangetheory and giving a brief overview of the local facility. I've only been to the Chenal center so not sure if all centers in this area are set up the same but I do enjoy the limited class sizes and the fact that you sign up for slots in a class via website that's fast and easy. Once Coach Cathy arrived for my first class she reiterated the overview, took me on a tour for acclamating to the equipment, and she hooked me up with a partner to watch my back. Everyone was awesome, the facility is setup just right to switch stations for endurance and strenthing, music is on point, and the overall experience blew me away I signed up for more sessions after that first class.
