Design process:
1. Briefing by client, explaining what the objective is: the more extensive the analysis the better, preferably in person.
2. Definition of the project and scope, including expectations + deliverables + timeline.
3. Drafting of a fee-proposal and contract.
4. Signing of contract, including first payment (25%) of total fee.
5. Design phase.
6. Presentation of three (3) concepts, along with applications
7. Refinement.
8. Implementation, the extend depends on the scope of work.
9. Production: details depend on definition of the project.

It depends on the nature of the project. Every project is different, every client is different. That is why it is imperative to meet the client in person first and discuss one's objectives.

That every project is different, enabling to study the client's objective, and get immersed in the product- and or company's character.
The creative result therefore is always different.
The shorter the available time frame the better, because pressure and working under tight deadlines only IMPROVE resourcefulness and innovation.

Total independence. Approaching prospective clients in industries I like to work in: transportation, finance, manufacturing, advertising agencies (as a sub-contractor), construction.
