LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. The designers are fantastic. The team who sets up and takes it down does an absolutely fantastic job. They are so respectful of my clients home and leave it way better than they find it. They patch walls when I ask and go way above and beyond. It is far the best bang for the buck in getting a home ready for sale. Nothing else equals staging. Not paint, landscape etc. It all matters, but staging is #1. My clients love the way their homes look after they are completed. Many want to move back in. Yeah... that doesn't work so well. So as a Realtor I have to tell them after OneTwoSix comes in to stage you can not keep your house. We are selling it. But I will find you one that looks as good or better when we are done. I sell homes faster and at much higher dollar amounts when they are staged. It is now a requirement of me listing a home for sale that my clients stage it. If clients are going to require that I get the absolute highest market value than I need all tools at my disposal and OneTwoSix is one of my best resources.
