What do you love most about your job?
The creativity, no doubt-it's always something new, a different industry, maybe a product or service I've never heard of. The opportunity to then create a brand or web site, a menu or brochure, that appeals to their targeted demographic, which I am often not a part of, quite frankly, is exciting and often pretty educational. I love any time that I am able to create, but it's enhanced by the mystery of what kind of project we'll be working on next and how we can best help the client reach their goals. It's fun.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an artist-painting, illustrating, desktop publishing in the earliest days of digital creativity, so when I was trying to find a career that allowed me to be creative and challenged on a daily basis, while also allowing a flexible schedule and work environment so I could also be there as my kids grew up, graphic and web design was an obvious choice. Even waaaaaay back then when people thought the internet was a passing fad. Now my kids are grown, both taller than me and, if you ask them, smarter than me-and I got to be there daily because I started my own business when my first was born.

I'm friendly and approachable, thorough, creative, egoless (seriously, your feedback won't upset me) and ultimately I won't feel as if I have finished your project until you are satisfied. My goal is to help you reach your goals, even if it means more work on my end. As my client, your success is, I promise you, as important to me as it is to you.
