Oak and Iron are doing an awesome job of using todays technology to recreate classic cocktails from the past with locally sourced ingredients all homemade flavored alcohol, syrups and bitters..... they even induce your choice of smoke to some drinks! Just tell them what your favorite spirit is and type of drink you like and they will do their best to create a cocktail to your liking! They have an eclectic selection of alcohol, so you will be surprised at the craftsmanship that goes into every drink Paul or the others make! More...

True original crafted cocktails infused with locally sourced ingredients. I have never been to a bar like this. What an experience, ask questions, get to know their process and mission. Great vibe, great drinks.
Paul is a craftsman with his artistry, a real experience!
The drinks Bourbon with smoked wood chips and many others were awesome.
This is a bit like a speakeasy, but not a secret. Think classic mixology, but next level. These people are going to be HUGE! True artists!

lo mejor en cocteles y cerveza
Really cool spot with intriguing, well-crafted cocktails and a very nice ambience. I’m afraid it might be a little too hip for Thousand Oaks, but I’m glad to see somebody’s trying to class-up this town in terms of craft cocktails!
Great place. Wish follow up on speak easy was better. A great “special place”
The BEST daiquiri EVER! Paul (head bartender) is mad genius.
Awesome place they make you feel like you’ve been there for years

Nice cocktails. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Can get crowded as the night goes on weekends; limited space. Arrive early, stay late. Reservations recommended if you are inclined to planning ahead or have a larger group. I’ll be back. More...
Fantastic cocktails! Great atmosphere.
Seats only 37 at street level—a big plus in my book. Also has a below-ground level that was closed during the early-evening.
It’s nice to have a craft cocktail bar in our own backyard! No need to drive to LA and sit in traffic and pay for parking! Love the beautiful cocktails so far. Can’t wait to see what else they have up their sleeve. The decor is simple and stunning. Prices are as expected and service was good! More...

We reserved seats downstairs and it was wonderfully intimate. It’s cocktails and entertainment all in one. You’re here for the fun and the experience, not to get drunk. Sooooo many things I want to try next time! 8 seats at the bar up close with extra special things to try. More...
Finally a GOOD craft cocktail place that you don’t have to drive to LA for! This place does not disappoint!! Drink prices are on par with LA and may be even a little less. The environment feels welcoming and not stuffy, and the drinks are SO good. Excited for the potential of this place! More...

Really good cocktail drinks
Amazing new bar in Thousand Oaks. Makes you feel like you stepped into Santa Monica, Venice, or Silverlake. They have a great cocktail list, but have Paul make you a Manhattan! Amazing!
