Knowing Kerri through a good friend of mine, my fiancé and I knew we were going out on a limb for engagement photos since kerri specializes in maternity, newborn & family. With what we saw of Kerri's work, we could see she was great with a camera so we decided to give it a go & thank goodness we did. My husband and I can not say enough great things about Kerri. She has now done our daughters Christmas photos 2 times and we love each and every picture that she takes. She has taken her time to help my daughter feel comfortable and happy during her sessions. Taking pictures of a 1 year old isn't easy but Kerri does it with ease! We couldn't be happier! I was extremely nervous bringing my kids to our first professional shoot. They are 3 and 5 and in THAT stage where they battle over a smallest thing. But I wanted, and dreamed of real, professional, beautiful family Christmas photos that weren't done in a studio at that mall. Kerri was so great! As soon as we arrived her husband kept us company as she finished with the session before us. She was so friendly and welcoming towards the kids, they warmed up to her instantly. Her silly style got them to have real smiles and laughs, not the forced "say cheese"' effect. She was great with telling us how to sit and where to look. The session was quick, and honestly relaxing! My kids behaved because they were enjoying themselves, and I didn't look like the mom who was sweating in the background because she was so stressed about where the kids were looking or how they were acting. Our experience with Kerri from Nutter Photography was great. Kerri is very professional and quick to answer any questions you may have through email or telephone. We felt very prepared, and excited, going into our first family shoot with our newborn daughter and two small boys (3 and 5). We had a great experience with Kerri during or newborn session. We were a little skeptical because we had newborn photos done at 20 days old but Kerri did not miss a beat! She captured the most precious images and was so patient with our not so sleepy and very curious little girl. Our entire family loved all the images and we couldn't be more pleased. We had a newborn session a few weeks ago when my son was just under a week old and we could not have been more impressed! Kerri is phenomenal at her craft and the photos truly show her talent . We recently won a mini session through Kerri's online contest and coincidentally welcomed our baby boy the following day. Kerri was very considerate and flexible when scheduling the session . She resembled a baby whisperer throughout the session soothing our baby. She had great ideas for setup and prepared materials to accommodate what we wanted. The photos came out great! Previously, Kerri did our daughter's 1 year/cake smash photos which we were very pleased with as well. I can not say enough good things about Nutter Photography. Kerri is truly gifted in her craft and was meant to do this work! I brought my newborn to Kerri at only 9 days old and I felt like my little love was in the presence of a baby whisperer. She truly has "mother's hands" and it was evident my baby felt safe and secure with her. Kerri's studio was cozy, quaint, accommodating, and peaceful.
