Absolutely beautiful fresh white roses and lilies for the funeral. Thick and full and classy. Lots of white flowers. Plush. Best looking, classiest 'spray' on a stand at the funeral, if I can say so. 5 stars isn't enough for their awesome customer service!  I wanted to send a special floral arrangement to our very special friends that live here in California.  They are temporarily located in New Orleans for a long awaited liver transplant at Ochsner Multi-Organ Transplant Institute.  I looked in Yelp for a florist and then double-checked to make sure the location was appropriate.  I made the call from California to Nosegay Floral Designs and am so glad I did.  The lovely woman that answered was friendly and informative, assuring me that they would send a beautiful floral arrangement that very day.  Our friends were delighted with the gorgeous bouquet, it truly brightened their day.  Thank you Nosegay Floral Designs, you are the best! Great customer service & flower quality. Ordered flowers for a birthday and they did not disappoint!I messed up and sent them to a gated community without a gate code & the driver went to the office, got the key, tried to deliver & no one was home, called me, and then delivered the flowers again 1 hour later after talking to me.Great experience!

Nosegay's staff are not only talented, but they're amazing people. The NOLA Showgirls dance team recently lost one of our most beloved members tragically and unexpectedly.  We were a mess, and we needed a funeral stand arrangement at the last minute.   Not only did Heather assist us with helping us figure out how to make an amazing display that would be perfect, but she went above and beyond by meeting us extra early in the morning so that we'd have the arrangement on time for our long drive to the funeral.  We received several compliments all day on how beautiful the flowers were.  Thank you so much!  I'll never go to another florist ever again. The customer service at Nosegay Florist is hands down one of the best I've ever experienced.  They answered my phone call quickly and was very polite when I called to check if they received my order.  The delivery was quick. I ordered the arrangement late Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning as promised.Their goal is to have happy customers.  Mr. Jay Fielding and his team really goes above and beyond to make this happen.  Their flowers are fresh and arrangements are beautiful.  I appreciate that this florist focuses on relationship building, customer service, and providing beautiful products.   They are sure to put a smile on your loved one's faces.  Nosegay florist will be my go-to florist for the Metairie/NOLA area (I live out of state but have many close friends in the area).  They should be yours too!
