Great place for a reasonably priced massage!! You can get an instructor or student. I chose an instructor and she is fabulous!!

Jane is phenomenal. Always see her when I need a massage (this ICU nurse needs them fairly often!). She isn’t a student, so you do pay more, but she’s 1000% worth it.

This was the best massage I ever had. I had a licensed therapist. She worked out my stress points and pointed out an issue with my hips. I will be returning... Very soon!! Cost is incomparable to where I was going for 1hr service. Thank you J!! More...

Very good teachers, leads to good students giving quality massage for a lot less than the average spa.

Terrible week needed this to help. Used an instructor and she was awesome. Very relaxing. Wish I had a hot tub. Going to try pool and hot tub tomorrow morning depending on when I can contact my detective.

Starting with the friendly greeting from  Carla, to the amazing, strong hands of LaBronica; my weekly massage is my guilt pleasure. I specifically asked for someone to help with my neck/shoulder problem and the matchup was perfect!! More...

I love massage schools - they are such a good value! I stumbled across this one online and thought I'd give them a try. They offer massages from current students for $30/hr or from certified massage therapists for $50/hr. Either way is cheaper than other massage places. The school is in a cute old house. Scheduling is super easy and they offer a lot of time slots. My MT was prompt, professional, she listened well, and she seemed like she genuinely cared about giving me a good experience. I fell asleep on the table twice, so that says something about how relaxed I was. The only thing I didn't like was that my MT neglected my neck/chest/head. I love that part. The environment was calming, the sheets were super soft and I could smell the freshness. Overall, I was super comfortable and I had a great experience. I will be back again and again. More...

I am a senior student (an intern) at this school. I chose NTSSM for many reasons:
1. Price, of course. For a person who had been out of high school for only a few years and was still working her first job, the price of the entire program and the way they work with you on paying for it was the best incentive to enroll, along with not having to order your textbooks. The price was included in the tuition, and I didn't have to order them from 5 different stores.
2. Length of the program. ( I took the Moderate track because I work a full-time job, which lasts 10 months. The Fast track is usually about 5 months, I think)
3. Personal attention: When I went on a whim to get a glimpse at the school, I was greeted outside by the Director, who took the time to show me around. She even took me up to the classroom and let me listen to a few minutes of the class.
4. The diversity of the faculty and the student body! There were so many different people with different ages, levels of education, work backgrounds, and career plans. It really drew me in, knowing that I'd be able to get so many different perspectives and ideas when going through class and able to get some good networking in before I even got my license.
5. Continuing education: the educators at this school also offer optional classes, like hot stone massage, Rich Therapeutic Technique?, and chair massage, although those subjects also get touched on in the regular program, just not to the same extent.
6. Ability to work with my schedule. At the time I started, I worked later in the evenings, and took morning classes. When I moved to an office job, I moved over to the evening classes, and it was a smooth transition.
Now that I've gone through the majority of the program, I'm eligible to take my licensing test. I feel that I am more than ready for it, thanks to the education that this school has provided me.
If you are looking for a great school that can work with AND for you, I would highly suggest looking into what NTSSM can offer you.

I have been to the school numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean, the massage therapists have always been good. You don't have the extra perks that you would at a spa but the price is good and plain water after a massage taste just as good as water with cucumber added. They have gift certificates and evening appointments. I wish they were open on weekends. More...

You get a great massage for less than half the cost of one at a professional spa. Try it! (The only downfall is that it is a school and they do have time between sessions that student massages are not available)

I have been out here at least 3 times and have never had a bad experience. I like that they give you a choice of a male or female therapist. The only con to a place like this is that most of the students are just learning their technique, so it's not always a smooth as say a salon or spa. But the price is very fair and everyone benefits. You get a reasonable massage and they get to practice on more people. They do not have a lot of parking, but I have always managed to find a spot. More...

I typically go here monthly and you have a choice of a 60 minute massage w/a student or with a registered therapist. I believe the prices are now $30 (no tip permitted) for students and $50 for RMT. They're open M-F 8a-8p and normally have last minute appointments available as well.PROS: cost, location, friendlyness of massage personnel
CONS: hours of operation (weekends would be nice)
