The Store is good and has a good selection. One thing to note is that they are a design center and not like regular tile store(Home Depot, Lowes, MSI, etc ). They do not stock any materials. Once you select the material, they order it from their suppliers. It so happened that I ordered more tile than I needed for my project. Since they are a design center, there is no return policy for their store. The return policy depends on their supplier and may potentially include a re-stocking fee. The store person, Laura was very nice and patient about answering my concerns and willing to check with the supplier of what can be done. Just a heads up, that if you are sure about the quantity and the material, it is good choice. But if you have to return something after purchase, it may be tough. More...
