Melissa Evans (Community Sales Manager) and Dan Miles (Community Construction Manager) made my home buying experience wonderful! Making a home choice is a big decision. The builder and team are a huge part of making the house a home for you. Melissa was there for me the entire way up until my move-in and still there if I need anything. Dan took over within a few weeks prior to my closing and made amazing things happen quickly. His knowledge in the business made me feel so comfortable. I'm very pleased with the overall quality and details in my new home. My friends and family notice all the special extra details Normandy builds into their homes. I give Normandy Homes 5 big stars! We just closed our new construction home with Normandy Homes in their Cypress Meadow neiberhood. The overall experience is good. We've been working with 2 different sales managers and 3 different construction managers during the 9 months project, however the communications are very smoothly and everyone we've worked with are very nice, professional and experienced. We did had a few issues about the floor plan during the construction, but Normandy Homes offered the best solution we could think of and completed the work to meet our expectation. We also has big issues from our lender in the very last minutes, but the builder has done beyond their responsibility to help us solve the problem and complete the closing on time. There are always tons of issues if you are building a new home from beginning to the end, but we are happy about the way our builder solve them. And most importantly, the house they built for us is very nice and with high quality (I believe). Wendi and Ken are the two managers (sales and construction) we worked with and they did an excellent job! We are satisfied with the house and the service so far, and will update our comments in the next few months for the living experience. :-) More...
