Regardless of how desirable our area was our home still hadn't sold. Mark Brawley was our real estate agent and he was nothing short of amazing. We worked with Mark at Norhill Realty, and we cannot recommend him enough! We met with three realtors before choosing Mark, and it was the best decision we could have made. Mark is professional, super quick to respond no matter if you prefer text, email or phone, and kept us on course throughout the whole selling process. When we started feeling worried or unsure that we weren't making the right decisions, Mark was quick to provide logical, experience based suggestions to keep the deal progressing, and we always felt like he went above and beyond to ensure our interest in the deal was top priority. Vincent was an expert in real estate and helping us find our perfect starter home. First meeting started with a general idea of locations throughout the city and what homes were priced at in these locations. This helped us narrow down an ideal area that we'd like to live and could afford. Second meeting was visiting all the homes in our price point in the areas we selected. Mark has a really good grasp of the market - the price that he recommended for our listing was spot on and resulted in a timely offer that we were pleased with. I noticed that our house moved more quickly than other similar listings in our neighborhood. We also had a good experience on the purchase side. We did not have a clear idea of what we were looking for, Mark very patiently showed us many listings in multiple neighborhoods at multiple price points. Mark Brawley was a great asset to me as I navigated through my first home-buying experience. Mark was referred to me by a friend after he helped her and her husband buy their first home. Prior to beginning my property search, I interviewed several agents; however, at the end of the day, I felt as though Mark was the most responsive.
