This is the second time I have custom made furniture with Nino Madia and am completely satisfied with my order. Nino spends time understanding what exactly his customers are looking for and his team goes out of their way to ensure they are happy with their final product. They have always answered all my calls and emails pertaining to any questions I may have had regarding my orders. Nino has personally driven to my home to design, measure and make recommendations on furniture based on pricing and storage needs. Nino ,I wanted to say thank you so very very much . Your active participation and help with this move has made my life so much easier. It was extremely difficult putting this all together since i was not in New Jersey. You have taken away all of my anxiety and for this i am in your debt. You have gone out of your way for me on many many occasions from designing a spectacular penthouse with me and for assisting me with my projects in California , NewJersey and Florida.On all projects you saved me money, which has been extremely helpful. You have always been ( and Frank as well,,kind ,generous, and wonderful people. Again i appreciate it more than i can jot down in a few brief words. Thank you for being you . My experience at Nino Madia Furniture has always been very satisfying. I have shopped here for more than 3 years. They store so many hidden gems that I always find! The staff is always very attentive and friendly too. Nino is very accommodating in assisting me with purchases that have met my budget! All of the furniture is of solid quality. I have been doing business with Nino and Frank Madia since early 1980's. We built a house at the time and they custom designed many of the rooms for us. We moved and purchased more furniture from them. Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedrooms. They helped us choose everything from the custom built wall unit to the leather couch & love seat with the matching chairs, lamps even pictures on the wall. Then I move on to the next part of my life. When I found myself single I need furniture once again, I went back to Nino and Frank. They took care of all of my needs. Now with someone new in my life, I once again was in need of remodeling. Frank took the time to help me design our new kitchen (even though he was not doing the work), He helped me choose a dining Room & living room, that is to die for. Everyone that come into my home asks for his number. Even my crystal chandeliers, wall sconces, and hallway crystal chandeliers that he talked me into I am. He actually took us to the store so I could really see the size and know what we was getting. We are SOOO Happy we listen to him.Their service was unbelievable I could go on and on about our experience with them. Love my furniture! I had to wait for a couple months until one of my chairs arrived from Italy but I am very satisfied with my purchase. The salesman (maybe manager?) went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase when my custom upholstery order was not correct upon delivery. He worked until I was happy. The furniture can be a bit pricey and I only purchased 3 pieces from the store but they made me feel as if I was one of their highest paying customers! I would definitely purchase form them again.
