I've been working with nick for about 2 1/2 years now. From boxing/kickboxing to weight training regimens and schedules i couldn't be happier. The time and effort he puts into his athlete shows he really cares about us, which makes me excited to perform well to help show off his skill as well. Nick Dunn is great. The best part of working out and learning a form of martial arts is having a exceptional trainer and coach. This is the difference in properly learning a style and teaching your body to react while not getting injured. I’ve trained with Nick for 4 years and have personally trained with him for the past 2. All I can say is this man knows what he is doing and truly cares about his clients. From all aspects Nick provides a comprehensive approach to my needs and has been able to allow me to set goals and reach them. Whether it was helping me lose weight, or developing my kickboxing fundamentals Coach Nick Dunn provides it all. I have been working with Nick for over 5 years, and every session is always fun and challenging. He truly cares about your progress and development. This was my first time trying kickboxing and honestly I was quite nervous to begin with. But Nick made it extremely fun and exciting. It was a great workout and he is genuinely concerned with proper technique. Nobody wants to just throw punches at pads or a bag and not know what they're doing. I take a thorough step by step process that focuses on an all around approach to help my clients achieve their goals. It does not take just consistency in exercise, but in all other aspects of life such as, stress management and nutritional guidance. With this approach I feel that has allowed my clients to reach their goals consistently.

Over the years of training myself and clients, I've learned that most people would be surprised with how much work they actually need to get the results that they want. The work it takes is a lot less than expected. With proper training programming and proper nutrition results come pretty fast as long as consistency is maintained. Finding the groove and the right combination is tough to navigate through initially.

I love to see my clients progress every day after implementing systematic changes, no matter how big or small. I want my clients to go through a learning process where they take away something greater from the training other than proper exercise technique. Through my training, my goal is for my clients to learn life style change that will point them in the right direction to optimal health and wellness.
