I've been actively working out on my own for years (maybe a decade now) and thoroughly believed that I knew proper lifting mechanics. Only until I started my training program with Martin @ Newd did I realize that I was doing the majority of my exercises incorrectly. If I were to continue in my old ways, I could have seriously gotten injured and never achieved my goals. Not only did I understand more about how my body works, but I also learned nutrition and balancing my diet. I love the environment at this place. This gym is great because it's very private. Never too crowded so there is no wait for machines, which allows me to get in and hit my workout quick and efficiently and get out. Very positive and inspiring  atmosphere filled with amazing people from different walks of life coming together to accomplish the same goal. I couldn't imagine working out anywhere besides Newd Gym. Tracey you have changed my life and you're currently still impacting me each and every day! I've come a long way and there's still so much more to go but I have to give the biggest shout out to my trainer who has worked with me whether it's around my schedule, waking up 430 and training at 5 am to making training affordable! I've gone from 142 lbs to current 120 and still losing and feeling stronger and better than ever! My before and after results speak for themselves! This gym is amazing!! Beautiful decor, new equipment, friendly staff, The vibe is awesome. I have been training with my Trainer Amanda Vanhoy for a few weeks I knew after the 1st workout she was a perfect match for me.

YOUR FIRST WORKOUT HERE IS FREE. THEY HONOR IT!!!! ITS SO AMAZING HERE!! The moment you walk in you have to take in the HUGE space! ! The murals are so beautiful painted on the walls with different artists! The main message I got: BODY POSITIVITY. What a great idea to promote different body types instead of the usual "fit body" people all over the gym. I feel like this gives it a more realistic perspective on people instead of what society and the fitness industry tell you to be. Here, they make you feel like family. The second thing I noticed was the beautiful "I AM NEWD" black and nude turf!!! I've never seen turf like this before! It's the coolest thing I've seen in a gym. It's so upscale and they have a photo wall to hang photos of all the visitors! They have a NEWD SPORTSWEAR pop up there filled with NEWD clothing and sports attire. It looks like an actual store when you're not facing the gym. The little seating area is super cute. Bathrooms are clean and private. I LOVE. The machines there are all NUDE COLOR!! I was so surprised of this. They put so much into the flow of it. It's almost too pretty to work out in. MY WORKOUT WAS GREAT!!!! There were more than a handful of machines I've never seen before. The employees are very helpful and patiently and enthusiastically showed me the ropes (lol, get it? Ropesss, haha. I crack myself up). The ropes did kill me though. My arms are sore just typing this out. They have memberships and trainers to work with! I'm def getting my booty bands to help get my legs stronger to use the heavy duty squat rack. Okay gym. It's new but small. $15 for a day pass is expensive for how small the gym is. Friendly staff , atmosphere seems like it's cool and stuff. Â Personally wouldn't get a membership there . Such an awesome gym! Clean gym, clean bathroom, a convenient location and all the equipment you'll need for a great workout. They had a sled and a prowler - which is something that regular gyms never have and those 2 pieces of equipment always make a great, athletic work out. Such a beautiful gym! Most independent gyms like this have the turf, but lack on equipment. With this gym you get a nice, big, open area with the turf AND all the best equipment needed for great workouts! Best of both worlds. Clean gym, clean equipment, clean bathrooms. I've been to plenty of gyms and had multiple trainers. Â I LOVE this gym! Hands down the cutest one. The artwork and theme totally gets u pumped and motivates u regardless of ur fitness level. I have the best experience with my trainer Tracey. Shes definitely one that keeps me on my toes and pushes me day in a day out. Totally flexible with her schedule, she's very accommodating with her hours and days. She trains mornings, days, and even SUNDAYS! I've trained with her for 3 months now and my jeans dont fit (yay, for booty gains!) Tracey adapts to your fitness level while achieving strength and change. Went to the grand opening of this gym, and it is absolutely amazing. The art work on the wall is so sick and the I like the idea of the black turf , compliments the newd theme very well .
