I hired New York Key Staffing to help with a baby shower, and I couldn't have been happier with the service.Natalia is experienced, professional, and thoughtful. She had a good sense for what needed to be done without being explicitly told. As a result, things ran very smoothly.There were moments where I was convinced Natalia had psychic powers, or at the very least an intricate surveillance system that gave her insight to every single person's needs. If someone needed a cup, she would appear with one. If someone had crumbs on their face, she'd show up with a napkin.From setup to cleanup, Natalia was a huge help. Natalia was communicative, understanding, and exceeded my expectations in her orientation to detail, passion to make our event the best, and reliability. For our event, Natalia & team built a 5' tall balloon letters, spelling out "PbP". She constructed the letters perfectly, as it matched the exact color and proportions of our nonprofit's logo. I don't usually post reviews but I personally feel this company and its staff deserves a 5-star and beyond! Â We contacted New York Key Staffing 5 days before our cocktail party for 25 people. Â Not only were they able to help us with our server need, their rate is also very reasonable! Â On the day of, Natalie (our server) showed up early, was able to help us run a last-minute errand, prepped all the food for us, offered us suggestions and tips like a pro. Â She made everything super easy and seamless. Â Our guests were well taken care of and their glasses were never empty. Â Natalie was friendly and courteous to everyone. I was looking for three waiters and a bartender to help me out on my friend's birthday surprise party. One of my friends told me she was dealing with this company for a while and were always happy with the service. I contacted them over the website online quote request. I got a call right away! I was very surprised. The person on the phone (don't remember her name ow) was very helpful in determining my needs for the party. When I was explaining her details, she convinced me that we only need two servers and a bartender for this kind of party and this amount of guests. She was a 100% right about that.On the day of the party staff arrived a bit earlier. They were very friendly and professional in what they do. The party transitioned from one stage to another without me even noticing. Every so often one of the servers would come up to me and update on what is going where. At the end when I walked into the kitchen I was pleasantly surprised how clean the kitchen was and how fast it all was done. Waiters
Whether the glasses have to stay full, or dirty plates to be taken away, our professional and friendly waiters will take care of you and your guests.
Hostess
Having your guests being greeted and seated fast is important for a flawless event. And this is the job for our hostesses.
Brand Ambassador
Trade show? Guerrilla Marketing Campaign? Store Opening? You sure need someone to be around and represent your brand! Our brand ambassadors are the here to stand for you!
Bartender
Being great at what they do, our bartenders are professional, polite and organized. They have an extended knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties and will always make sure to take good care of your guests while keeping the bar neat.
BBQ Griller
Standing at the grill through the night and not be able to enjoy the party can be easily fixed by having our grillers to deal with that. Meats, fish, veggies... anything is done to perfection!
Coat Check Attendant
During a cold season, coats can be floating around the room all night and accidents are inevitable. Have coat check attendants to take care of the coats until the end of the event.
Staff Captain
Having big event is tough. Having a lot of staff to manage is even tougher. Our captains are here to coordinate the team, be a point of contact for you and help the event to go smooth and easy.
Food Prep
Whether you need additional help beautifully plating your h'orderves or reheating appetizers for your event, our friendly and skillful prep staff will be the best option.
Dishwash Service
Expensive china and fragile glasses that cannot be put into the dishwashing machine can be handled by our careful staff throughout the night. Make sure your kitchen is free of clutter at the end of the event.
Event Coordinator
Preparation gets intense and tough closer to the date and almost impossible on the day of the event. Having someone to help and watch out for you is essential to avoid stress and distraction.
