The guys were very professional and went out of their way to protect our belongings and our homes. Best price we found when looking online and we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome. When my toddlers wanted to help they have them small items to carry and allowed them to load them into the truck. My wife checked the trailer and verified all our items were removed but one of the movers found a bag of bolts for our bed later in the day and called to let me know then delivered them to our new house without complaint. New Caney Movers Robert and Penny provided great customer service. I consider them awesome individuals!, My refrigerator cord got damaged during the move and Robert (the owner) came out the next morning to replace it. It took him no time. However, reflecting on the entire move, it did take the movers way longer than expected. Try 3.5 hours longer. While everyone involved (Broderick, Cody, Tony) handled my fragile pieces with much care, I was not impressed or excited about the extra time and money that I was charged. So, the ******* special that I initially came in on for $225.00 for 3 hours and 3 man crew, did me NO good. Not to mention, my crew drop down from a 3 man to a 2 man crew, because of one guy taking FOREVER to remove my refrigerator door. I also need to suggest that the moving crew pack the truck more sensibly when initially loading up, in order to cut down on extra time by not having to keep calling me back & forth down to the truck to tell them what is going up or not. When all of that was not only labeled, but was explained to them upon their arrival. Labeled things were being stored in a totally different spot all together! This would not only save the customer 3.5 hours of unnecessary extra time, but also a whole lot of EXTRA money More...

The new caney movers are great! First thing they said was, sit back, relax and let us take care of it. They are quick, efficient, and are careful with your items. Super friendly and respectful as well. Nate and Robert were so nice and they did our whole move in about 4 hours. That includes taking our HUGE couches up to our third floor apartment. New Caney movers came highly recommended to us from a friend who used them and we're happy to say we had a great experience with them also. They had the lowest bid, they arrived on time - both to pack in Conroe and to unload in our new home on another day in Leander.   And best of all, not one piece of furniture or item was damaged or broken. This past weekend my wife and I relocated from Houston to Dallas using New Caney Movers. Despite negative reviews (all being about punctuality) we elected to use them because their pricing was the most competitive. To get our move set up we firs dealt with a Ms. Penny S. Who was polite and courteous and answered all of our questions. She set the expectations of what they would do and what they needed from us for it to be a successful and as stress free as possible. If you listen and do as she says you'll have no issues.First they give you a time frame of when they will arrive. Ours was between 8 am and 9 am. Meaning that they may not show up at exactly 8 but they promise to be there no later than 9. So if they show up at 830 then they are on time. Our moving team did just that. (So don't complain if you don't understand this concept). The day before our move I was told we would get a confirmation call and that we had to answer it otherwise they wouldn't dispatch their team. When they couldn't get through to my phone they didn't give up they called the secondary number I listed and got the confirmation.Moving day our team was a two man team lead by the most professional and courteous man I have ever met, Broderick. His co part was Josh. Both made it a point to introduce us and shake our hands. Broderick had us show him around the home so he knew what we needed from him. Right after he and Josh got to work. We moved from a 900 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor. The guys had all of our stuff unassembled and loaded into the truck within an hour and a half. My wife and I are vertically challenged and when we couldn't get the last curtain rod Brackett down Broderick didn't hesitate to help us pull it down. They took great care in our valuables and padded and wrapped all of our furniture. Upon arrival to our new home the team had our stuff unloaded within 45 mins and reassembled all of our furniture. They don't take payment until the job is 100% complete. Broderick asked me to come outside and check his trailer to make sure that nothing was left behind and then reviewed the final contract with me. We made sure that nothing was broken and finalized our contract. They take both cash and credit card for your convenience. If you want a quality mover without the over pricing of other companies these guys are the ones to go with. Stress free and fast I couldn't have imagined a better team. Thank you Broderick and Josh! Robert and Tony just did a recent move for my family and me and they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I had a number of antiques and they took all the right measures to make sure these pieces were protected throughout the move. I love that they bring all of the shrink wrap, blankets, padding needed to make the move. It was the best $300 bucks I have spent in a long time! More...
