After being involved in a minor car accident which left the driver side of my car damaged, I was fortunate enough to meet JC at Network Auto Body. He was thorough over going my damages and repairs and gave me a pristine estimate of when my car would be fixed. It was a smooth process having him communicate with my insurance company and I did not have to worry about a thing. JC was incredible and worked with me through every step of the process, allowing me to watch him assess my car. I am so pleased at how thorough JC was at examining the car, and explaining what steps would need to be taken and why. Nothing was left vague, and he did an amazing job of communicating with me on the status of my car while the body shop worked on it, from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. Network Auto Body provides wonderful service! My brand new 3 weeks old Mini Cooper was rear-ended recently. I was very disappointed, as this is my third Mini, I like my Minis, and I was excited about this new one, as one would be. The dealership, Mini of Universal City, recommended this auto body shop, as they do great work. Andmy insurance carrier also confirmed that they frequently work with them, and they're great. And indeed! Everyone at Network is incredibly helpful, professional, efficient and kind! I had no previous experience in dealing with such a situation, as I never had an accident like this before. The associates at Network efficiency worked out all the details with my insurance directly, explained to me the answers to any questions I had about the process, and repaired my car. What started as a very unpleasant experience at the time of the accident, in the end, left me with a very positive experience on how it's handled, if it's handled right! My brand new BMW was rear-ended. I called the service dept at Century West BMW (Kristztina Marx who is great btw) and she directed me to Network (who was approved by the insurance company). Jonathan at Network could not have made things easier. He dealt directly with the insurance company (so I didn't have to) and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. This shop really took care of me and my Mercedes. Great quality work, the paint was 100% color matched. My car looks and drives great! I have been using this auto body repair company for 20 years and can say they are the best. This is a family owned business that has expanded over the years since they were a one-shop place on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.  Ralph Fasone, the owner, now has offices at many car dealerships including my Hollywood Toyota.  My car was recently in a fender bender and Network took care of it.  My 2013 Prius came back looking like new. This shop does incredible work, and has a wonderful staff. My BMW was rear ended on the 14 freeway and had severe damage. I could not believe how perfect everything was when I picked my car up . It looked absolutely brand new. They even sent the car back to BMW to have it fully checked over and made sure that it got aligned and everything was in order. After that, my car went back to Network Auto Body for them to do their final check. When I got there my car was polished and perfect. This is one of the few businesses left, that you can actually call and someone answers the phone. You can actually talk to somebody without recordings and pressing 1 or 2...You know how infuriating that is. They always kept me informed on the cars progress. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop.  We had an unfortunate accident where two of our own vehicles were involved.  From the moment we walked into Network, Martha and JC made us feel welcome.  JC went over the damage to our vehicle and even helped us find a warranty program to help fix an unrelated paint issue. The shop kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and had our car back to us so much faster than we could believe.  Their work is pristine, you can't even tell there's any previous damage. I was in an accident sometime back in March. My truck was taken to a body shop that the insurance recommended and they did a horrible job. Unfortunately, I've needed the services of Network Auto Body way too many times. Fortunately, I always keep coming back to them and have always been very happy with their work. Fast, professional and above all, honest service. JC is the best. He has helped me numerous times. Your vehicle will never be appraised for more than it needs. My insurance company once said that it never happens that they do not get a request for supplemental amount but NAB never over charges. One time, I brought a car that my wife accidentally damaged and JC said "give me a minute". He took the car to the shop, did his magic and voila!  It was good as new. And he didn't charge me a penny. I've brought my BMW here twice -- the front and rear bumpers were hit one year apart. The service is excellent. The work is always flawless. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you to everyone at Network, but a huge, special thanks to Darren. When I told him my own insurance company (State Farm) was blaming me for someone else driving across my front bumper, he said it was obvious it was the other driver's fault. Was on my way to Network Auto Body to pick up a friend who's car is also being worked on there. While on the way there somebody swiped my car and left some scratches on the front left wheel well, I was freaking out because it was a rental. Unfortunately I've had my share of multiple visits to auto body shops. Not too many of those shops impressed me. Well Network Auto Body delivered their promise and my end to end experience was great. Recently somebody scratched up the rear bumper of my 2018 Mini Cooper while badly trying to parallel park their car. I wanted to fix it right away. I did not realize that this particular Mini has a limited edition paint color and would need a specific hard to find color to match, since the manufacturer has not even produced it yet, for minor repairs. The dealer, Mini of Universal City recommended Network Auto Body for all their vehicles. I went to Network Auto Body, and was kindly assisted by Carlos Holguin. Even though not a major repair, Carlos treated me with courtesy and respect. He blended just the right amount of colors to create a perfect match. I was Rear Ended by a Mortuary Van. The back of my Mercedes was destroyed. State Farm wanted me to take my car to another Body Shop down the street. When I showed up. I have to start off that Tina is the best!!!!  My car was hit at my job in my own parking spot by a delivery truck, I was so frustrated but Tina ensured everything would be OK. I was able to get into a rental the next day. There was a lot of damage done but it took a short two weeks. I also didn't have to return my rental car, as she stated that I could drop it off at she'd take care of it. Very satisfied!! I would come to this place just to get a car wash if I was in the area!!! Darren even offered me a fresh Perrier water on my way out which was a nice touch. They are also certified by Mercedes-Benz so I felt completely safe and trusted that they would handle everything properly not to mention there is a lifetime warranty for all their work which a lot of places don't have. Was recommended to go to NAB by my Range Rover Rep and see Greg. He made the process so easy  and without any problems. Handled the rental car.
