This shop does incredible work, and has a wonderful staff. My BMW was rear ended on the 14 freeway and had severe damage. I could not believe how perfect everything was when I picked my car up. It looked absolutely brand new. They even sent the car back to BMW to have it fully checked over and made sure that it got aligned and everything was in order. After that, my car went back to Network Auto Body for them to do their final check. When I got there my car was polished and perfect. This is one of the few businesses left, that you can actually call and someone answers the phone. You can actually talk to somebody without recordings and pressing 1 or 2...You know how infuriating that is. They always kept me informed on the cars progress. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop.  We had an unfortunate accident where two of our own vehicles were involved.  From the moment we walked into Network, Martha and JC made us feel welcome.  JC went over the damage to our vehicle and even helped us find a warranty program to help fix an unrelated paint issue. The shop kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and had our car back to us so much faster than we could believe.  Their work is pristine, you can't even tell there's any previous damage. I was in an accident sometime back in March. My truck was taken to a body shop that the insurance recommended and they did a horrible job. Unfortunately, I've needed the services of Network Auto Body way too many times. Fortunately, I always keep coming back to them and have always been very happy with their work. Fast, professional and above all, honest service. JC is the best. He has helped me numerous times. Your vehicle will never be appraised for more than it needs. My insurance company once said that it never happens that they do not get a request for supplemental amount but NAB never over charges. One time, I brought a car that my wife accidentally damaged and JC said "give me a minute". He took the car to the shop, did his magic and voila!  It was good as new. And he didn't charge me a penny. It is such a shame because these people are really nice. First, they couldn't give me an accurate answer as to when my car would be done. When I first brought my car in they told me that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks. After that time passed I checked up with them and they told me that it would be done the following Wednesday. They give me a call that Tuesday and they told me that my car was put back together and they just needed to reset everything. An hour later, they call and ask me how the accident happened (even though both parties have told them how it happened) and if I ran over anything because apparently my suspension/alignment was messed up. They had my car for 3 weeks and they barely noticed that my alignment wasn't okay?  Shouldn't the alignment be one of the first things you check after an accident? Anyways, I tell them that I would just get an alignment at the Honda dealership when I get the car back and they tell me that getting an alignment isn't going to fix this new problem. They try convincing me to make an insurance claim to get my suspension or whatever fixed. I said no. Shortly after I get another call, this time its a different guy speaking, and he's telling me that the car is all ready and that he needed my verbal authorization for a new total, which had an extra $2,000. They didn't even tell me what the extra charges were for. I caught on and told them I would ask my father about it and get back to them. My father called them asking why the increase and they said that there was no increase. They told me twice that it would be ready by a certain date and on the day of they would say that they're still waiting on something. It's okay if you're still waiting on something but don't tell me it would be done on that day if it's not. A week later, I finally get my car back and all these lights on my dash were on (brake system, tire pressure, traction, steering wheel) and I asked them if they forgot to reset it and they told me that it was my suspension/alignment (from the call a week before). When I got my car back they also told me that they gave me an alignment. I told them that when I got into the accident I drove my car to the body shop (15 minute drive) and my car was not driving how it was when I got it. I took my car to the Honda dealership to get it serviced and they checked my car and gave me an alignment and everything was fixed. On the inspection report, it even said that my suspension was perfectly fine. More...

Beware! Beware!Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!This body shop is a total scam !!!!! I was referred by Land Rover ( they're not referring anymore ) to this shop for a scratched bumper and they're inflated ridiculous estimate for repair was 17,000 ! After my insurance and the other party's insurance denied them , I told them I wanted to take my car else where and they refused to return my vehicle ! They held my brand new car " hostage " for over 7 weeks ! We had to get the police involved ! There's a news story on them too ! They are a total scam ! Unfortunately I've had my share of multiple visits to auto body shops. Not too many of those shops impressed me. Well Network Auto Body delivered their promise and my end to end experience was great. Recently somebody scratched up the rear bumper of my 2018 Mini Cooper while badly trying to parallel park their car. I wanted to fix it right away. I did not realize that this particular Mini has a limited edition paint color and would need a specific hard to find color to match, since the manufacturer has not even produced it yet, for minor repairs. The dealer, Mini of Universal City recommended Network Auto Body for all their vehicles. I went to Network Auto Body, and was kindly assisted by Carlos Holguin. Even though not a major repair, Carlos treated me with courtesy and respect. He blended just the right amount of colors to create a perfect match. We drove to Network Autobody for an estimate on a non- insurance repair. The estimator told us his estimate would be within 90% of the actual repair cost. He promised to send a written estimate within the hour. None was received. We received an estimate only after complaining to the manager. (This because we needed the bid to present to the responsible party.) The bid to repair two dented doors was $5000. Very high but our car is s 2018 Range Rover. Encino Land Rover serviced the car and checked the doors' mechanical function. The doors worked fine. Encino LR then sent the vehicle to Network for completion of the job. We had already sent the $5000 bid to the responsible party informing them the final cost might be 10% higher. Upon receiving the car the estimator telephoned my wife demanding a $1200 payment for taking the doors apart. My wife made the very unusual payment. We've had body work done on cars before the only payment required was upon completion of work.  Once this payment was made Network dismantled the doors then sent us a revised estimate in the amount of $13,500 #%*+!!!!! When I telephoned to challenge him the estimator's response was arrogant, dishonest, and disrespectful in the extreme. My blood was/is boiling.  I directed Network to stop work and informed him that we would transfer the car to another shop. Then I spoke with a manager who it turns out is an even more artful swindler. Don't ever deal with these crooks! If in the event you have to bring along a giant bottle of Purell hand sanitizer and be sure to count your fingers before leaving the premises if you happen to shake hands. I consider Network Auto Body to be the most crooked business I have ever dealt with! Stay away, far far away!Solution: with my blood pressure at 750 and steam spewing out of my ears - when I realized we were had I telephoned our insurance carrier and filed a claim. I have to start off that Tina is the best!!!!  My car was hit at my job in my own parking spot by a delivery truck, I was so frustrated but Tina ensured everything would be OK. I was able to get into a rental the next day. There was a lot of damage done but it took a short two weeks. I also didn't have to return my rental car, as she stated that I could drop it off at she'd take care of it. Very satisfied!! I would come to this place just to get a car wash if I was in the area!!! Darren even offered me a fresh Perrier water on my way out which was a nice touch. They are also certified by Mercedes-Benz so I felt completely safe and trusted that they would handle everything properly not to mention there is a lifetime warranty for all their work which a lot of places don't have. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!I came here last Friday for an estimate after getting rear ended the day prior. There was silver paint on the bumper and the bottom plastic piece was scratched, the inside prongs were broken and it needed to be replaced. I walked in and two very friendly ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and JC Jimenez came out and introduced himself and asked what I was there for. He walked over to my car with me and I showed him what had happened. He gave me options I could go with and also offered to buff out the paint that was on the bumper himself which was very kind of him to do to ease some of my stress. The part was ordered that Friday, it came in on Monday, made the appointment on Tuesday and I came in on Wednesday and the work was done in approximately half an hour. The repair was done quickly, professionally and to perfection and I'm a very satisfied and happy customer. This was the least expensive estimate I received and my 2016 Toyota Camry looks like nothing had happened. JC was wonderful, very friendly and is very knowledgeable. Twice somebody change lanes into me, and recently somebody hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light.Fortunately JC and the crew at Network auto body always do a great job. So, here comes another review. A couple years ago my Tahoe has a door ding and I listened to my detailers recommendation for a body shop. I believe it was Immaculate Auto Body in Santa Clarita. Horrible mistake. Do not take your car there. My wife just got rear ended in her brand new Infinity QX80 and the dealership recommended Network Auto Body. Never heard of them. Anyways, I met with JC Jimenez at Network in Santa Clarita. The shops waiting room was very nice. Comfortable! I met with JC and told him I do not want bondo and only want my car to look brand new. (New Parts) He assured me of their work and I let him roll with it. My car doesn't even have plates yet. JC kept me up to date on everything and the appraisal was way cheaper than I thought. Again I was a little skeptical but JC handled business. I picked my car up today and inspected it. I've been burned before but I could not find a flaw. It was super clean in and out. No over spray, the paint looked flawless and top notch. I inspected several more times and still can't find anything wrong. JC advised that their work carries a lifetime warranty. The repair work was very good. However, the experience was difficult and made me very uncomfortable. Gen was very nice; her boss (Nicky, I believe is her name) was a pill. It was very difficult to get them to honor the agreement, coming up with various excuses (blaming their employees, changing stories, etc.) Apparently, the insurance company had difficulty, too, but since I wasnt part of those conversations, I can't be certain of that truth. But I was made uncomfortable with the constant fluctuations and the disagreeableness, as I wrote. Again, the work done was very good. However, I would not return if I ever need body work again. There are far too many alternatives in Los Angeles. If you choose to go there, photo document everything, send confirming emails immediately, and perhaps even video all conversations. At least in my experience, there was bad faith and even misrepresentation which cost me time, money, stress and unpleasantness. More...

My BMW M4 was damaged by a tree limb in the road so I looked on Yelp and picked one of the highly rated body shops in Santa Clarita because I am new to the area. I wanted an estimate so I walked in and talked to the receptionist who was probably 19 years old. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no. She said this it how this works, and began to lecture me about their process. So I didn't say anything but I left and found another body shop on Yelp that was also highly rated. Network Auto Body knows how to talk to customers and better yet the repair work was perfect! On time with the repairs and my car was detailed and beautiful again when I picked it up. Network Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the rear quarter of my brand new VW GTI. I wasn't satisfied with the shop that my insurance company's damage adjuster recommended and saw that Network Auto Body was a VW certified facility. They dealt with my insurance directly to cover the additional expenses that weren't on my adjuster's initial estimate. Overall, wonderful experience! Jose did a great job of helping me out. I have a brand new Kia Optima that was involved in a collision where both doors on the driver's side was damaged. The person who hit me was at fault but their insurance did not cover the full repairs, nor did it  get me a rental. I just wanted to take this time to compliment Darren (GM) and his staff on what an excellent job they did on my BMW and my experience at Network in total. I was rear-ended in my car, which I pamper. It had over 5k damage. In a situation like this it can be nerve racking and unbelievably stressful. Add on my mother was right in the middle of serious health issues up in SF and I've been flying back and forth.My first experience was encountering Jonathon at Century West BMW. Network has an office there. I drove in devastated. He completely set me ease. His confidence and assurance is what I needed at the time. Thank you so much Jonathan.I later was introduced to my point person at the shop named Carlos who was amazing. He set me at ease and I always had access to him. I'm beginning to think our SUV is cursed. First some damage from an unknown cause, then most recently we were rear-ended by a driver claiming her brakes failed. All within 6 months.  Thank goodness for Network Auto Body Valencia. JC Jimenez at Network Auto Body took charge, worked with our insurance company, and took special care to keep us informed through the various stages of repair. The staff there did a great job on the repair of the car. They are perfectionists and the quality of their work is outstanding. My brand new Civic was rear ended hard by a huge SUV that caved in the trunk and bumper. Not only that but it was also swiped all along the passenger side resulting in damage to the rear passenger quarter panel, rear passenger wheel, both passenger doors, and the passenger fender. Luckily the Honda dealership referred me to Network Auto Body who helped restore it back to original condition. The body work and paint matching is amazing. I recently took my car in for a hit in the back which was a hit and run and my car parked. I was searching on yelp to see which shop would be best and I went to five different shops before going to NETWORK AUTO BODY and I got the best answer after speaking with the manager Richard. Richard was extremely kind and very welcoming creating a trusted environment. I left my car right there at the moment because I was not able to drive it with a messed up bumper and back lighted off. I soon got in contact with Jose and Erik. Jose and Erik went out of there way to help me deal with my insurance. When my Mini Cooper was rear ended, after everything was settled, I thought of the drag it is to go through that, as we need our cars in LA, obviously. My experience started off great, was recommended to the North Hollywood location by the dealership of my 5 day old car that was involved in an accident. The car was brand new and I was reassured that everything be restored to it's new condition (Estimate came to about $8,000). Fast forward to a month later, my car is finally ready only to have the car accident damage repaired poorly (glue drips and poorly assembled) as well more damage beyond what happened in the car accident (scratches to the exterior and the interior and the smell of cig. smoke.)At this point, I have brought back my car twice and had weeks of phone calls with the promise of it being fixed. It's been over a month since I had my car back and it's still damaged. At one point they had me drive out only to find out they didn't have the parts they needed and have twice told me that I the end of the month is too busy to fix my car. They clearly don't care about the quality of work they are doing, they only want to get new customers in. Only after I called and screamed did they offer to send me a rental car. I've brought a few of my cars here over the past 5 years and have been a completely satisfied customer. Unfortunately this time around wasn't one of those times.  First of all, I was not treated with the first-class customer service i have experienced in the prior years; I believe the service manager's name was Erik. Secondly, when they returned my car back to me it wasn't working properly so I had to leave work early to take it back. And when I called the office Erik said they were really busy that if I could take it back another day. No!! This was your company's fault, not mine! We learned about Network Auto Body when our BMW was sideswiped and we contacted our dealer, Century West BMW. I picked up my vehicle today and I don't have any complaints on the body work. I was hit from behind at about 5 miles/hr so it was very minor in my opinion. I haven't looked under the hood but I sure hope nothing is missing based on other reviews.  Although I do believe these guys are reeming the insurance company by tacking on extra work/charges, it looks like they do a good job with repairs. My major complaint is that while the car was at the repair shop someone stole my registration stickers ( I have a photo of the damaged area which includes the license plate day of drop-off). This means that it's either parked somewhere on the street for weeks while it awaits repairs or someone who works for the company is a thief. While its not a big expense to replace them it's yet another pain in the ***. In all honesty I would not trust my vehicle with this company in the future. More...

** Edited: After speaking with the General Manager my issue has been resolved. Still wasn't a great experience overall, but I was pleased in how the GM handled the situation and restored my faith in their business. (apparently the employee that had handled my case was brand new)Had the absolute worst experience at Network Auto Body.They are careless and negligent, dishonest, incompetent, and absolutely do not care about their customers. Their customer service representatives are sorely in need of re-training, particularly in how to communicate the expectations of their customers. I was told my car was ready to be picked up, then 1 hour into my uber-ride there was called "confirming" that I'd be bring $8,000 -- which I was never told about. In our earlier conversations, employees said "we haven't received the payment from your insurance," which obviously led me to believe that I wasn't the one expected to bring a check for $8K. Their incompetence led to my car being held - 100% repaired - for over a week. This experience cost me so much time and energy. When the car was actually ready, I received a call stating that I "owed nothing" and my car was good to go. I confirmed on the phone, then again at the body shop - "are you sure I owe nothing?" Each time, the employee assured me the payment was finalized. I signed a receipt stating I owed $0.00 and my car was released. The employee then calls me 20 minutes later, saying he "forgot" to charge me my deductible. These are the most memorable mistakes - but definitely not all of them. Don't leave possessions in your Car they stole my registration and portable vacuum. Inspect your car yourself test drive it locally your self because they don't test drive cars after service.  They wired headlights wrong, put faulty part back on radiator never test drove it. So that left me waiting for their tow truck over 2hours.  All this after I asked them "did you test drive the car?" Nice people but they employ thieves and mechanics who are not trained basic knowledge. Never take your car here you will regret it and you will spend a lot of money trying to fix the horrible work.  Read through the fake reviews you will see a pattern of dishonest poor work. Take your car anywhere else and you will have a better experience then with this shady operation. Update: The faulty repair now is coming back to haunt me. They did not properly install my ac compressor and used a replica headlight which caught fire to fix my car. Months after when I contacted them since paint has a lifetime and any idiot could look at the peeling paint and see they skipped clear coat failing to to finish the job. I cannot stress the financial hardship caused by these lowlife crooks to so many people don't believe the fake reviews they paid for on here. They do damage in masses contact Bureau of automotive repair if these guys mess with you. Do not cut them a break. If you have had property stollen by the staff report it. Not really sure where to start. First off, Jonathan at the Century West satellite location will tell you whatever he needs to tell you to get your business. Then seems to have selective amnesia when you call him out. When I went to pick up my car, it was filthy, they had failed to wash it and when I called them out they said it was because Jonathan failed to tell them I was coming. They gave me a $25 credit... cool.  Then when I went to pay they charged me the wrong amount, the receptionist chased me down to tell me she under charged me $50, then when I went into the office to pay, she told me it was actually $450. I checked the paperwork and confirmed. Paid and went on my way. Not sure how you mess that up! Then about five minutes into my drive home, the car gives me a restraint system malfunction notification. I called and they told me the car would have to go to BMW to have the computer reset. Not sure why this wasn't done when they replaced the seat belt! They made me an appointment the following week to drop off my car and get a rental. I ended up missing the appointment because my kid was sick. It's now two weeks later and I've been trying to get another apt through Jonathan who keeps telling me they are out of rentals. You would think he would go out of his way to make this right. They have me driving my two kids around in a car that has a faulty restraint system. Not very safe. Regardless, the shop on Radford did a decent job on the car (with the exception of not resetting for the seat belt). My advice would be deal with the shop directly and stay away from Jonathan at the satellite office Century West.***UPDATE***The day after I posted this I happen to get a call from Jonathan to inform me that BMW suddenly had rental cars available... imagine that! The team at Century West took care of me, got me into a rental and fixed the issue that Network should have fixed when my car was in the shop initially. Mechanics Carlos and Albert were courteous, attentive, helpful, and kind. The owner kept me in the loop and was quick to reply to my questions.  The only thing I am unsatisfied with though, the company doesn't offer 100% AUTO DETAILING after fixing your car.  They did wash the exterior of my Fiat.  Then, the A/C stopped blowing cool air and made "whirring sounds", Albert and Carlos were quick to fix it.  Much needed for the hot weather last week! Peter was the best! I would consider myself on the more particular side of the customer spectrum and I really pay attention to the details. Peter was great from start to finish. He was very prompt and courteous and very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. The work was performed on time and the work they did looks just like I would expect from the factory. I have a BMW and they were even able to replicate the "orange peel" paint effect on the body work they did so the parts they painted matched the rest of the car perfectly. I recommend this place to everybody!On my way of 7-hour drive down home for Thanksgiving, I noticed that a metal plate was starting to sag and fall off from underneath my car, and randomly stopped by Network Auto Body to see if I could get a quick emergency repair. I was kind of in a rush, as I had 2.5 hours more to go in order to reach home. I was immediately greeted and helped as I pulled up. Peter ended up assisting me, and he was very professional, informative, and kind. My car was fixed VERY QUICKLY, in about 20 minutes and I was back on the road! Thank you so much Peter! Proprietor Ralph is a great guy. I really liked him and he has the PERFECT demeanor for his job. I have nothing against him personally. I do however, have an issue w the work Network did on my car. It's a bit of a tale...A few years ago, I was rear ended pretty badly in my 2007 BMW 530i. I was injured and had car towed to Century West BMW. There I elect to use Networkover the other onsite auto body repair group.A few weeks and over $10,000 later, my beloved car which was only worth about $10,000 at the time was done. I drove it home. Over the next couple days, all the "issues" came to foreground-- My trunk was not level and has never been seated properly since. Looks like crap. The glass used in rear windshield was not put in quite right and the rubber holdings were coming undone from the get-go. The battery which was expensive and in back had to be replaced but was hard to fit in the precious compartment space (i.e. It was not put together quite right at Network). And the most infuriating part of my "repair?" My car to this day is sunken about 3/4" on the passenger side!?! The car is LOPSIDED!!! I called and requested to speak w Kevin and they wanted me to return the car again to the factory which is FAR out of Hollywood where I live and I said, fine, I'll rent another car again - expensive! - just please call me when you want me there.  They never called me back despite my subsequent calls in to them (and Kevin).This company is probably very good with many cars. They had been very kind to me w other minor accidents before this one but everything else was small potatoes compared to this humdinger but they charged me a fortune, what I hear was thousands over what I could have gotten it done for elsewhere.I'll never forget the kicker: I have another small accident some time after on a side panel unaffected in my previous big collision Network handled. I drive to a recommended body guy on the Hollywood Prius lot. I did not know it was a Network outlet until I get there!Surveyor there is a real piece of work: the jerk gives me an estimate of $2400 on a smalllll ding.Leery, I walk around to leave as I tell him that seems real high and I'd like to look around for a better price. He says, "Well don't take it to the monkeys who repaired that rear end last! That is some shoddy shit!" Before I duck into my car, I tell him over the roof, "You guys did that shoddy shit." I go to another recommended auto body shop that day all of a mile and a half away and they do a bang up repair job for me: $600.Think that's all I need to say. More...

Be careful with Anthony Trujio. He's not a experienced body shop worker. He will order parts for your car that you don't need. They did it to me. Also I had to bring back my car 3 times. First they didn't paint a section that was supposed to be painted, then they left over spray on all my windows and lastly after 2 weeks the paint on the bumper they repaired pealed off. I have had the worst customer experience ever, they acted like I had done something wrong, the shop manger even though it was ok to raise his voice at me. I have used Network Auto Body for ALL of my Body work on my 2015 FIAT 500C ABARTH and I have had to come back to Network over  5 times over the past 1.8 years of owning my car. First and foremost, I want to say that  the service that I receive from Maria Carranza, Richard N, and JC Jimenez is ALWAYS to my standards. As someone who works in a service profession, it is nice when I encounter professionals who are empathetic and have basic people skills. I arrive and I am always greeted by name and they take the time to remember the little things that we talk about like my families and my hobbies. I know these items aren't necessarily correlated to the work that they do, but the consistent customer service I receive is what keeps me coming back to them.  When there are mistakes, and there have been three, they have taken care of them and taken care of me free of charge, as they've guaranteed their work with me. I am a big proponent of working with people who I feel I can trust on a handshake - Maria, Richard, and JC are those people; they do everything in their power to get the job done and, if we are focusing solely on the work that Network Auto Body does, yes they get the job done -- eventually. That being said, please don't be silly and leave personal items in your car; it seems counter intuitive, as you would expect the workers to be as good as Maria, Richard, and JC as it is clearly stated when you walk in to take your valuables with you, still they always bagged my things when left in the car and always let me come pick things up. I am still a fan and I will be returning in the future. Read on below for more on each individual incident:    3/27/2015 - I had my car only a month and was hit on the passenger side and had to have my Left Fender Door, Wheelhouse, Mirror, etc etc. replaced. You get the picture. They did an excellent job and brought everything back to factory specifications and it appeared as if nothing ever happened to my car. Fast forward to 09/29/2017 and the work they did on that fender is starting to come undone. It is unfortunate, as this is a huge inconvenience for me to have to go back to them multiple times to get things done, as I lead an extremely busy professional life and getting to them when they are open is often a challenge, however, the reason I keep coming back is because they have generally guaranteed all of their work, have provided me with complementary services, and have been able to fix areas that needed improvement or wasn't fixed correctly the first time (see below for further explanation on their soft top convertible replacement error in 06/2017); expect an update from me regarding this mention, as I will be going to see them this weekend to discuss this issue. 03/31/2016 - Someone smashed my window and broke into my car; nothing was stolen, but it was super inconvenient, as my leather was scratched and the run channel was scratched and they needed to be replaced. Called my insurance company and dropped my car off that day to have them make the repairs. Again all of the leather was replaced, although the driver side wasn't completely flush, but when I alerted the management, again it was no problem and was fixed. 01/2017 - The front end of my car was scratched and I immediately called Maria and they were able to throw in the buff service free of charge. That is the type of service that keeps me coming back. 02/16/2017 - I was rear ended and needed to have my back bumper replaced and buffed. Taking it over to Maria/JC to have them take care of me. As always they did a great job and got my car looking like new. 06/13/2017 - I was parked in Beverly Hills and some schmuck smashed my driver side mirror. I immediately emailed Maria after calling my insurance company. They were able to get the parts quickly and replaced the mirror and made it look good as new.   06/20/2017 - My soft top was slashed. They replaced the soft top convertible in record time, but whoever they used to get the work done was incompetent. When I came to pick up my car, I should have immediately tested the convertible top, but I didn't; my friend and I drove to Ricks to celebrate, and while on the freeway the soft top, which was supposed to be able to stay up and open wasn't tied down correctly, leaving the convertible top slack and not functioning to OEM specifications. I had already returned my rental car, so having them fix the the work was a problem. I talked to JC, who informed me that he would get it fixed. He put me in a Rental with Hertz and took care of the issue.  Fast forward to 09/2017 and the soft top is coming apart. I need to alert them to this issue and, again go back for repairs. WAS IT AN HONEST MISTAKE OR WAS I SCAMMED?!I was referred to Greg at Network Auto Body for a small repair to my Land Rover. The repair was good and I thought the estimate was fair. I received a call from Greg that the car was ready to be picked up and that there was a price difference from the original estimate...no call before that saying "there's going to be a price difference of $500 because we need to buy another part." We had a small dispute about that communication because I felt I should have been notified before the "pick up" call, as any customer should.I then inspected the car and found an unopened car part box in my car. I asked the man who gave me my car to go inside and see if I just paid $500 for this car part. He went in to ask Greg, and Greg NEVER faced me again. The honest gentleman confirmed with me that I had indeed just paid $500 for a car part that they NEVER used on my car. "Miscommunication", I was told by him and the manager, Darren. Apologies were given and I was credited back the $500 on my car and left. I like to think that it was just "miscommunication", but maybe they got terribly caught in a scam. These people are sociopathic cheaters and crooks. DO NOT trust them with your vehicle!They picked up my brand new Jeep for body repairs after it was smashed into while it was parked. I had already been told by a previous shop the frame was bent and the insurance was going to claim it a total loss but I decided to get a second opinion (I loved this Jeep) and "lo and behold" when Network Auto Body (NAB) got a hold of it, suddenly, it's fine, just needs 13k in body and paint work which, of course the insurance was covering in full.2 months later when I went to pick up the vehicle (they didn't even offer me a ride, those cheapskates) I looked at the underbody and the bumper was on crooked!I immediately asked why the staff started to obviously panic and say they had to call the manager, Richard, who was not available, blah, blah, blah...When he finally appeared since I started a scene, he back paddled really fast and said the car wasn't ready yet and I shouldn't have been notified that it was.A few days later, I again was called to pick up the car, I again looked under the body and although much less, the bumper was still crooked. I knew what was happening and I started the accusations flying "YOU FIXED MY CAR ON A CROOKED FRAME!"Yup, in fact they did and, they knew it, and they had not a glitch of conscience about giving it back to me that way, regardless of how dangerous this might be.Of course, I took the car back to the original mechanic and contacted the Bureau of Automotive repair who wrote a lengthy report on how they "admittedly made a mistake, ooops". NAB offered to pay me $250 for the mistaken frame report as long as I was willing to sign a waiver I wouldn't sue them.The worst part of all; THEY PUT A STACK OF WASHERS ON ONE SIDE OF THE BUMPER, TRYING TO EVEN IT OUT SO I WOULDN'T NOTICE THE STILL BENT FRAME!!!!!!!!! (see picture)Turns out, many shops do this deceptive and crooked practice because they fear the insurance company declaring the car a total loss if the frame is in fact bent and then they lose the job.Besides this travesty of an act, they were rude and careless. I was rear ended and has substantial damage to my trunk and back up camera and had to bring my car to a shop immediately because my trunk would not stay closed.  I actually called network auto body by mistake and spoke with Martha who was just awesome! I would like to interject here that (my friend who runs Lexus of Valencia told me to call Valencia auto repair who is the company who repairs all of his cars) so after I hung up with Martha after some confusion I realized I had called the wrong place and called Valencia auto body (they were not able to take my car in right away and I didn't get that same sense of reliability that I had when I spoke with Martha, so off I went to network auto body!) I don't even live close to Valencia I live in Sherman oaks and Valencia is about 30-40 min away depending on traffic but without hesitation I brought my car into Network and I am SO HAPPY that I did!!! Their facility is clean, and everyone that works there was awesome!  I worked directly with Dan who went above and beyond for me, Martha and Dan  had a rental car waiting for me when I got there, they took care of everything with my insurance and kept me in the loop about what was happening every step of the way.  When my car was ready and because my schedule is so crazy Dan dropped my car off at my house and took the rental back for me... they are by far the best auto shop I have ever been to and I will refer everyone here!!! After doing my due diligence and searching around for multiple quotes, I came back to Network Auto Body, and I'm glad I did. I was rear-ended on the freeway and had some minor bumper damage. My car is a lease and has a rear view camera, so I was a bit concerned. I had actually never been in a accident before, so I didn't really know how the whole process worked with insurance, rentals, etc, so I was a bit apprehensive. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Dan. He really made me feel comfortable. I had lots of questions which probably seemed trivial to him. He's laid back, straightforward and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. That was important to me. It was also very important that I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me" on anything. All of the other body shops I visited made me feel that way. Dan didn't. He also set me up with a rental at their shop through Midway Car Rental. He gave me a comparable vehicle and the transition was seamless. I didn't receive an invoice afterwards from Midway Rentals but I told Dan & he took care of it. They finished my car a few days before their estimate and it looks like new. I was very happy. In spite of doing everything necessary on their end to get my insurance worked out in time, a check wasn't issued by the day my car was ready. This bodyshop offers nothing short of top notch work every time! Cheap? NO!!! And you WILL get what you pay for; the cheap always comes out expensive. They specialize in Mercedes Benz and BMW vehicles but work on other vehicles as well. Paint, parts are always OEM and they will not take short cuts. Peter the manager goes well beyond the call of duty to accommodate clients. Just today when I stopped by he had his shop adjust my outside mirror after a carwash bent it to where the moulding popped out. They took care of it right there and then. Amazing customer service. A motorcycle ran into the back of my Mazda CX5. Luckily the rider only had a fracture and was banged up. The damage to my SUV was just a little over 10K. Network was really good at keeping me up to date with what was happening with my car. Very stressed, JC and his team made me feel extremely relieved and comfortable. JC looked over my car, estimated the damage and assured he would take care of me. Absolutely fantastic service from all the professionals down at Network Autobody! JC and Richard and their crew did a phenomenal job repairing major structural and body damage to my Jeep after I rolled it while offroading. Throughout the entire process JC kept me informed on the Jeep's progress and even threw in a paint job on the bumpers as a complimentary​ service. My Jeep actually came out of the repair process looking better than new! To top it off, when I went to pick up my Jeep, the guys buffed out some scratches on my girlfriend's car at no cost. UPDATE: Michelle "kindly" offered to help finding a solution for me with a reply, so I sent her an e-mail right away and I heard NOTHING from her for 8 days now :DI bought a brand new car from a dealership and found it had damages on itI needed some dent repairs as well as a new paint jobTherefore, my dealership took the car and gave it to this bodyshop to repair itAfter receiving the car, there were scratches all over the driver side of my car which was caused by using dirty towels with debris in them to clean my carThe bodyshop offered me that they will take the car back and fix it for mebut I did not feel comfortable handing my car back to them because I did not trust them anymoreSo I took it to a detail shop I go to, to take care of it and paid out of my own pocket to correct the paint and remove all the scratches, they are not completely gone but they are not visible as much.It has been about 3 months now since I got the car backand now I just noticed the car was not even properly paintedI saw scratches that look like swirl marks all over the repainted areaand I took it to my detail shop, and they told me that these scratches are under the clear coat, and they are on primerBasically. when they sanded my car to prepare for a paint job they did not do a proper joband now I can see all the sanding marks all over the panel they repaintedAnd only way I can remove them is by repainting the whole panel AGAINThe reason, why I did not notice it before, was because it takes time for paint to settle down, and as it settles, it sinks into those scratches on primer coat and becomes more visible as time passes.I wonder if they did such a horrible job because I am not paying for the repair nor the insurance company, instead, it was something they had to do for the dealership for less money I guessAnyways, I would stay away from this bodyshop since they discriminate cars based on how much they can make out of itOh and the person who was in charge of my car was Mario if I remember correctly More...

I have had bad experiences time after time from Network Autobody, I will never take my vehicle there again, and I will do everything I can to help others avoid the frustrations I have experienced.I took my Honda S2000 in after a very minor fender bender. I dealt with Tommy. He assured me everything was gonna be taken care of. My car was in the shop for two weeks, which I didn't mind because I have a second vehicle. I received a call from a woman the day before I picked up my car. She said they were in the final stages of finishing my car, and they were gonna send it to detail, and it should be ready the following day. I took an Uber to the shop. Upon arrival Tommy escorts me to look at my car. I do a walk around of my S2000 when I notice a deep gouge on the rear bumper that was not there before. I bring this up to Tommy and he goes inside the office to get the original walkaround sheet which they record any prior damage on all vehicles. As he did this, I continue noticing more things wrong. Damage. Filthy wheels. Filthy floormats with white footprints. Overspray from what looks like white primer onto my exhaust canisters which I painted flat black. I open my hood and I see the airbox lid for my intake absolutey destroyed. Scratched from what seems like they were resting sharp tools or something heavy on there. I literally just bought that lid a month before brand new. The cover for my positive on my battery, mangled and bent. They do not maintain car batteries like at dealerships, so once they go completely dead, your battery will never have the same capacity it once did, hence why they had to keep giving my car a jump with a jumper. My battery failed and I had to replace it. Luckily The battery was still under warranty. I have a carbon fiber radiator cooling plate which I had painted satin black. That piece also was scratched just like the airbox and had water spots. I brought all these details up to Tommy. He said he was going to take care of all these defects which obviously were not there before.I had no choice but to leave my car there. Tommy calls me exactly one week later and let's me know my car is ready. I arrive, and as usual I perform a thorough inspection on my car's exterior, engine bay and interior. When I opened the engine bay to look at the new airbox lid and repainted radiator cooling plate, I noticed that one of the five original screws with rubber grommets, only four were installed. One was a regular bolt they musta had lying around because they probably lost the other one. Also, all the rubber grommets for the bolts were missing. Then I inspect the interior and notice that my seat was torn in multiple places! I let Tommy know about these damages and lack of quality. I was very frustrated. I had no choice but to leave my car again. Tommy assured me he would take care of it and have it good as new.A few days later, I received a call from Tommy, he said that he was willing to repair the damaged section of the leather only. I said this was not good enough because of the type of leather hide and stitching color my car has. I didn't want something that was not gonna match and be OEM quality. I even tried to work with Network and told him I didn't expect a brand new one, a used one in good condition with the same leather and stitching color woulda been fine. He said he would talk to Rocky the owner of Network Auto Body. I had to go back and forth with Tommy, because Rocky said he didn't want to pay for a new seat cover because it was too expensive at $1,100. I found a brand new one online for around $800 and let Tommy know. Tommy said Rocky still wasn't budging and that he was going to offer me $250.  Really!? You destroy my car and you offer me just $250 dollars to get rid of the inconvenience rather than satisfy me as a customer? I finally had enough and decided to call Rocky myself. I spoke with him for about 15-20 minutes and I let him know my disappointments. I want to add that during this conversation in no way was I ever rude or disrespectful, or raised my voice. He said he wasn't willing to buy a new seat cover for me because the car was 8 years old. I felt insulted. The car is 8 years old, but only has 57,000 miles and I baby the hell out of it. I detail it every weekend and do all the maintenance and any repairs it may need myself right away. It's in extremely good condition. I then let him know I was going to be sure and write a Yelp review and let my followers on my Youtube channel know about my experience and about this shop with shoddy workmanship. He became upset, he then told me he wasn't going to give me the check for $250 anymore or repair my damages, and to "get that fucking car out of my shop. You can take me to court if you want." Really!? Finally, When picking up my car the following day, I came to find out that they lost the key to my seat locks. The key is coded! It's not like I can simply buy another one. Best customer service. I had an accident and Mini Cooper suggested I go to Network Auto Body to get the car fixed. I went there and immediately was greeted warmly. After my car was fixed which was very quick I came back to pick it up leaving work early to do so. As the car was being brought around the check engine light turned on. The General Manager came out and said we need to take the car and find out why that happened. Not only did Network pay for my rental because of the issue, when my car was ready they drove it to my place of work and dropped it off so I wouldn't have to miss work. The car came back looking amazing great work best customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone in need to get their car fixed. More...

Anyone in need of a high quality, don't cut corners, get s**t done body shop who treat you more like an old friend than a dollar sign...LOOK NO FURTHER.After what could have been a fatal collision last year, I never thought I'd find another MINI to replace my first.  My husband stumbled upon one, beautiful and against all odds was able to buy it for me.  Fast forward to a month ago, 2 weeks before the anniversary of the double roll over I walked away from.....Driving down the road with my youngest with me, raining and flooding the road, when I come to what looks like mini mountains in the road, it's dusk, I could discern the magnitude of what was in front of me till it was too late.  Swerve you say, problem was I wasn't about to get into a head on, or hit the shoulder and wrap my son and myself around a pole.Lots of crashing, tearing, cracking and me mumbling obscenities while trying to keep my car in my lane.... I got about 5 more miles before the car gave up.  When I saw the carnage that was the front end I wanted to cry, puke, scream, laugh and maim all at once.  We have a friend who owns a local body shop, when they said they wouldn't be able to fix it, I knew there was only one place for our car to go.... MINI of Valencia and the magic Man.  To my surprise I got a message saying they. sent her over to the only body shop they use and to expect a call from the guy there.  Not but a couple hours later Dan calls. Instantly he was like so how's it going.... I'm holding my phone staring at it wondering who the heck just called me for a morning chat.  Once he told me who he was, he became my bestest friend, after all he had my baby.  Over the month they had my car Dan always kept us in the loop, he worked diligently to make sure my insurance didn't low ball us with crap parts, he sent me pics of my poor baby after they tore down her front end.  He is an amazing guy and instantly makes you feel at ease during a rather stressful time.And the crew at the shop are amazing.  When I first saw the car I couldn't believe the shine, she was brand new, at least the front half was.  And not just the exterior, her insides were sparkling.  And it's not just the look that makes the crew top notch, it's the fact when we went over the estimate and final parts list we saw little things like the Flex agent they add so your paint doesn't chip.  My husband, the car guy who had been building/repairing/etc cars most of his life was more than satisfied with the level of detail put into the repairs. I have already told several people who had been complaining about the local body shops that they need to talk to Dan at Network.  I know if we ever need a body shop, I won't hesitate to tell my insurance that is the only body shop my cars will go to. The best body shop in LA! They know what they're doing, and if you're an old/regular customer they will always look out for you. They did some work to my Jeep in 2016, and I recently bought some seat covers this year. Unfortunately, the place I bought my seat covers at couldn't find a way to put on my back seat covers, the "sitting" part. I didn't know where else to go so I tried out Network hoping they would help me out, and that's exactly what happened! Super grateful for Ricky and Sergio who always come through. Took my car here and a beautiful young lady Nikki helped me out through the entire process.  I dropped off my car and a young man gave me a ride to get a Rental Car it was a breeze.  Nikki guided me through everything and it was smooth like butter.  I picked up my car and it was like new, it was washed and vacuumed and my care surely needed it, lol.  A gentlemen by the name oF Thomas was the original person whom I had spoken with, was a real pleasure. CAUTION: SINGLE WOMEN DO NOT DEAL WTH THEM ALONEUpon needing a bumper replacement I got to Toyota and was directed to Ralph, N.A.B. employee and son of the founder.  I asked him how much he thought the fee would be by eyeing the car.  He noted that there was previous structural damage and that without taking it apart he was unable to say definitively. "$1500," he guessed.  I'd be paying for it myself and I could do $1500.  He asked me to sign a form stating that I authorized $1,000 for the estimate, which goes towards the work.  Given that I believed I would be spending around $1500, I did not think much of signing a contract that effectively states they will take $1000 from you for solely looking at the car and giving you a price estimate if you do not have them do the work.  Later that day I receive a call from Ralph that the damages totalled to over $6,000.  I remarked that that was an incredible jump up from $1500 and that as the car was a 2008 Highlander Hybrid, it was only worth at most $8,000.  "Get your insurance to cover it," he goaded.  I replied that that was not an avenue I wanted to explore and that I was going to pick up my car the next day.  He then informed me I owed him $1200.  The $200, he informed me was for storing the car for two days.  Ralph said that because he felt bad for my case he would take off one day worth of storage, making my total - for them solely giving me a price estimate - $1100.  I stated that that does not sound right.  He became spiny and remarked that was in the paper I had signed.  He also told me my car was not in driving condition, because they had taken my bumper off to look at the damage.  I told him that it was drivable when I went in and I intended on driving it home.  He again made another 'concession,' saying that he never does this but will have them reattach my old bumper for no extra cost.I called Toyota Customer Service who said their hands were tied until they can have a manager look into it, two days later - at which point I would be in Arizona for Thanksgiving.  "So I either have to pay $1100 now or pay thousands of dollars for storing the car when I return from Thanksgiving if you cannot judiciously handle this case?"  "Sorry," said Toyota Customer Service representative Fletcher, who gave me a case number via email and no one ever got back to me. I drove to Toyota and asked to speak with the name of the manager that Toyota Customer Service had provided me.  No such person works there.  They passed me on to Charlie Park, general sales manager.  After hearing what I had to say, he brought Ralph in.  Ralph said he would drop the cost of holding the car for that first day too, to $1000.  I told him it was wrong that he was charging me for solely looking at the car.  He said they had to take the bumper apart with a special machine and the price was something akin to $375 to take it apart and $375 to put it back together, which if you remember he said that he doesn't ever do but would do for me for free.  He hit me with the "We're a family run company, we wouldn't do anything shady," speech.  I told him that I would Never have signed that paper if I knew that the price of $6000 to fix the car was even a possibility. I was never informed the price could run that high, I *was* however informed the price could be around $1500 - the latter I had consented to and the previous I had not.  I advocated that I shouldn't have to pay more than $500, which is still OBSCENE for them NOT DOING ANY WORK on the car, but if he was truthful and a special machine was needed to take the bumper off and then you add the man hours - $500 I may be able to come to terms with.  I told them that they were taking advantage of me because I walked in there a single woman, and that they would never pull this on a man.  I believe this is absolutely true because of all the subtle cues that you are able to detect that someone is seeing you as less than, as a more vulnerable mark. I am certain this is what was going on, and every single person I talked to at Toyota and Network Auto Body allowed this to happen.  Ralph and Charlie denied this and Ralph said he would go talk to his father and see what he could do. When Ralph returned he said he was authorized to charge me $800.  Both men then proceeded to mansplain to me why they were right for about ten minutes. They talked down to me - in a nice tone of voice of course- but make no mistake they bullied me. I felt that that was as far as I was going to get with them. I left. I paid the $800 in cash, because Network Auto Body demand cash. I have not had to deal with them since.  To any woman dealing with car issues, don't just accept 'you win some, you lose some.' Yes, it is way more of a hassle to stand up for yourself but it's something we must do for ourselves and for each other. Because of this experience I have more backbone, so I am appreciative for the opportunity to stand up for what is right, even if I didn't win. More...

I can't say enough great things about Network. Unfortunately, I've had to see them for body work about 3 or 4 times now since 2010. Each time, they have been so helpful and made the daunting process of getting your car worked on a lot less frustrating. Just recently, I had issues with a part that was replaced over 2 years ago...my insurance company's issue...not the fault of Network. I was in a bit of a panic because I needed to get this taken care of before leaving town in a couple weeks and told Anthony at Network about my situation. He was so helpful and resolved this issue in a matter of a few days, including personally dealing with my insurance company and the replacement of the part. Additionally, when the foreman came out to answer some of my questions regarding the replacement repair, he noticed that one of my headlights needed polishing (unrelated to the repair) and took my car back in to take care of it. I highly recommend Network. I won't take my car anywhere else. More...

Update: The company reached out to me after this review and fixed the damage done to the inside of the passenger car door. I also had some body work that needed to be done and let them do it since they were making repairs anyway. They did a good job on the body work. I had a mixed experience with Network Autobody. I was referred to them through Century BMW. The damage I had on the outside of my passenger door was repaired very well, however, they damaged the inside of the car door and left some goop in the ashtray/cupholder area. So while they repaired my damage to the car well they created new damage! Just unbelievable. More...

Not happy with there attention to detail! Picked my car up went around my Lexus and they were horrible at leaving wax residue all over the cracks and crevices, wax dust all over the door Jams. When they wet sanded the trunk and bumper they didn't tape off the edges of the tail lights so the wet sand dripped  on to my edges of my tail lights and  stained the plastic. They wiped down my inside of my car and wiped my speedometer plastic cover with some kind of dirty rag that stained my cover and I can't get it cleaned. When they wet sanded the trunk they left spots on my rear window which stained my glass and I had to spend an hour scrubbing it out with maguires spot remover! They also didn't take care of storing my rear tail light that was put back on they scratched the crapped out of thankfully I own my own detail business and was able to buff the scratches out and removed the wet spots off my rear window still all this took me a few hours to clean up I had to pay them a 500 dollar deductible for me to clean up their poor workmanship! I should send them a bill for my time to clean there work up. I still can't get the stains out of my cover of my speedometer. This is how they take care of a 54000 dollar car. I would definitely stay away from here if you want to pay a detailer to clean there work up! And have stuff ruined that shouldn't of been ruined in the first place. More...

Anthony and Genevieve (the receptionist) were very communicative about my baby Frankie, my Mini Cooper I had fixed over Summer 2016.  In the month of July, a student at USC in the campus housing garage, hit my car and dented a panel pretty badly.  I was super grateful to have called a local Mini Dealership around here where I asked about locations I could take my car to for repairs.  They gave me a number to a guy named Johnathan who worked at a shop local to the USC North University Park area and Johnathan referred me to Network Auto Body.  I arrived there for an estimate and Anthony and his mechanics truly took care of me.  On the one hand, they fixed my dent and assured a warranty on the work that was done.  On the other hand, they also addressed a major issue I was having with my front right tire rubbing on the frame every time I made a sharp right turn.  They took care of this separate problem while I had the car in for the accident that had occurred and I am very pleased with the work.  My only tips were the following: I was told by e-mail to sign something to proceed with repairs and that I would be told with another e-mail when it was received and that repairs had begun.  I never received the second e-mail and had to call back the next day to get confirmation that my signed PDF document had been received and repairs had begun.  Also, when I picked up the car, there were some minor blemishes on the paint, and my license plate was adjusted in a way where my fingers could barely push the button for the trunk latch to open.  These are incredibly minor details but the car should have a final look-over before given to the customer to make sure it looks absolutely fabulous and as it was received (minus the damages it was taken in for).  Otherwise, honestly, I cannot thank them enough.  The best experience and review is where one recommends the establishment to another.  And I wholeheartedly vouch for these individuals at Network Auto Body and recommend this shop for your car's repairs, especially for Mini's! :)  THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!!! The only reason I decided to leave my brand new 2016 BMW to this shop for repairs was because my dealership uses them for there collision and repairs.  I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have at Network Auto Body. My car has been with them since July 16 and its September 10th now. My car was supposed to be ready August 8th . After almost a month of going back and forth to the body shop for my sign off on paper works JC Jimenez (apparently there manager)  assured me they wouldn't rush my car and would have it back to me same as brand new.  I was going out of town August 10th and I told him that early on , so they had my car ready around the 8th. I didn't know until the day before my car was scheduled to be ready that I would be responsible for my $500 deductible . In JC words "make sure you speak to your insurance because sometimes they drop the ball and make you pay for it ." Although I wasn't responsible for my accident I ended up having to pay it before even having my car (I couldn't pick up in time ) . I picked up my car ten days later , the exterior front and back that had been damaged was back new and looking good , gas tank on E though. It wasn't until I drove off that I immediately noticed my seat was still altered and out of place due to the accident. I pulled into the gas station and called The manager JC and he told me to drive back. After manually trying to adjust it he called a tech over who did the same thing tried to force the seat to stay in place manually. After driving off a third time and the seat just popped right back out I returned . JC turns to the tech who tells him it's going to have to need a part to be replaced , he turns to me and tells me " your going to have to take it to Bmw so they can repair it." Of course I insisted I was not taking my car they had for over a month to repair back to the dealership so he then agreed he would have the body shop take it on a scheduled day and put me in a rental. I was able to drive to work that day and in route even worse then the seat being out of place was a horrid "boom" like noise . I kept hearing it randomly and called JC. He assured me Bmw would take a look at both issues. BMW has had my car for a little over a week and finally figured out what the noise was , a broken part overlooked or perhaps patched up to cover a bigger problem ( my trust with the body shop diminished after the seat issue) network has been sent an estimate for he work they failed to fix or better yet notice they hadn't fixed. My biggest issue with network and why I wouldn't recommend them to anyone is the fact that 1) they didn't seem to test drive the car after there work ( After all JC states he thought the seat was supposed to be like that ) BS! Obviously the passenger seat isn't look like the broken one.. 2) the lack of accountability or ownership for there work ( when I called in about the noise I was upset bc despite having my insurance cover me for a rental for up to $50 a day network took the cheap route and only covered $20  when telling JC he dropped the ball on my vehicle he replies " how did we drop the ball we fixed your car , now this issue could be a warranty issue with the car!) Now I'm nooo mechanic but it's not rocket science how does a brand new BMW ( 2 weeks old prior to accident) come out of collision body shop with a potential major defect in work and you as a representative of a major company who might I add received over $20 grand on a job go off and blame it on manufacturing issue  He didn't seem to want to hear anything but me accepting the mediocracy. The least the body shop could do at this point is offer something as a courtesy or as an apology for the way they have treated this entire job. Instead they sound like they wish I wouldn't have caught this issue ! Honestly while I pay a car note on a vehicle I don't even have .  What's the definition of a crooked business in the dictionary? You'll find a picture of network auto body shop ! Honestly when I finally do get my car back I will be giving my input to BMW on how they shouldn't even hold this body shop to the necessary standard of luxury they uphold. I mean it's not to far off I'm sure at this point they are trying to fix what the body shop didn't the first time around! Smh More...

Got recommended here by Century West. My wife's BMW got hit on the from driver side and got pushed to a parked vehicle. The front and both sides were damaged. I ask if all part were gonna be original when I took it for an estimate and they said yes and THE WORK HAD A LIFE TIME WARRANTY, that's what Sold me.  I picked up the vehicle and right away I notice the driver side door wouldn't close properly unless u slam the door. They kept the car, nest day I notice they over sprayed the hood. Kept it again. Pick it up the following day. Day after I took it in, the light was pointing at the sky at night. Next day the light was too pointing too low. They finally fixed it. 8 months later the paint started to crack on the front bumper. I can't say enough about Dan and the team at Network auto body. My Mercedes was demolished in a rear end accident. If it will be possible I will give it -0 review. Their customer service is horrible they are not willing to work with the insurance and at the end they state all they care is to get their money and threatened me to charge a storage fee per day and that my car has a Lean Hold and their money got to be paid ASAP they don't care for their customers at all. They keep stating there file was closed at 3900 later on said no $4000 something is owed to them they don't care if they screw their customers to get what they want. Filed a complaint to the DCA. Universal city Nissan recommends them they promise to give you 10% off your deductible when they are just money hungry and do NOT have any customer services skills at all when talking to the manager about their employee Greg he stated Do not expect Me to fire him as if that was my request. Getting in an accident is one thing, dealing with getting your vehicle fixed can be equally as bad. When my car was hit,  I asked for a recommendation and Network Valencia was the body shop recommended most.I worked with Dan right from the start and the guy is a pro. He was knowledgeable, handled getting me into a rental, communicated with the insurance company when necessary and made what could have been an exhausting process a snap.He and the members of the staff at Network communicated with me regularly which was super important to me. I'd been a loyal customer of Network since 2006. My car had been hit many times by others and they always did a good job of repairing.My issue with them (specifically the owner, Rocky) is that they charged me for storage when they couldn't do the body work to my car unless my insurance company agreed.  Network suggested I leave the car at their location on Beverly and ask my insurance company for an exception.Because I had good experiences with Network in the past I left the car there in order to get an answer from the insurance company.  When the insurance company said they would not cover the repair Network Auto Body charged me for the days they stored the car. Approximately 7 in total.  I could have driven the car off on the first day they said they couldn't do the work instead they charged $350 for storage. Ralph and the guys at Network Auto Body are true lifesavers. I was a victim of a hit and run. I need my car for everything I do. I design skateboards for blackbyyoung and I uber on the side. Without my car It's almost impossible to do what I do. While the other person was at fault I had to pay my own deductible and find my own rental until my lawyer sorts out my case . But I also needed my car fixed asap and a rental in the meantime. Ralph took my car and got his team working on it asap. If I could give this auto body a -0 starts I will they are the worst business I have ever have to deal with! I was recommended by Universal City Nissan to have them fixed my car since I had already used their recommended body shop once (Luckily was not this one) I did not hesitate to contact them to have them fix my car. Unfortunately since the day I dropped off my car it has been a night mare per the insurance they asked me to get my car back as they wanted to do an estimate before I took the car to them and advise without an estimate they can not approve me to get a rental. Called body shop they "offer" to pay for a rental meanwhile everything was square away and did not let me pick up my car that should have been a red flag for ME.Once the adjuster went to Network auto body they send me via email a copy of the estimate which they requested to sign and initial for 3978.54. My insurance decided there were going to fix the front and back and pay it under two different claims and issue two different payments without hesitating they performed the work and started their threatening calls stating insurance will not pay and Greg which is extremely rude advised me " I do NOT care who is going to pay me but I want my money" as if we were doing some kind of business in the street and he is not representing his company. He was not willing to work with my insurance any longer and threatened Me stating  I better pay his money and as a matter of fact my insurance said there was some kind of fraud going on. Called my car insurance and conference a call and he actually stated he would not longer submit a supplement as he had close the file at $3978.54 he was on a recorded call and can not longer reopen it and he tough there was something fraudulent going on. Advise per my conversation with him he said insurance had said that and he said "Well" told him I did not appreciate him talking to me that way and even that he knew he was on a recorded call he stated "You are NOT my mom" I could talk to you however I want and kept talking over Me and disconnected the call.I work for an insurance company in the appeals and grievances department and there is no way I would talk to  any of our members the way he talked to Me. Called and asked to speak to their manager "Darren" which kept talking over me and advised " Just to let you know we are not going to fire him I have never received any complaints about him" Advise him that is not what I was requesting but his employee was very rude and  lacks of costumer service and makes clients feel like they are doing US a favor by providing us their services" After reviewing YELP and going trough the body shop reviews makes me wonder if he does not know social Media exists and Greg's name is writing all over as been rude, a jerk etc etc. the manager offered if there was any problem to speak to him or Anthony which they always kept putting Gregg on the phone.I unfortunately could go On and ON my insurance made an additional payment so in total there has been 3 payments plus my deductible which they do promise to give you 10% of whatever the insurance pays them they were still short $80. Gregg kept stating he was short over $1000 and it was a corporate decision to start charging storage which was an additional $1200 and I know owe them close to $4000 which their "manager" confirmed as well as he does not know what's going on with my file he is just letting Gregg tell him how much more they want makes me wonder how the file that could never be reopened was and magically my car had two trunks. in conclusion I have not yet received my car they kept threatening Me and harassing Me for what according to them is their money. Have failed to give me my car back, a detailed estimate and according to them my car is on "Lean hold" so I better pay them ASAP. I have already filed a complaint to the Business Bureau and if I do need to take legal action I will not hesitate to do it is a shame this so call business treats their customers as if we are asking them for a favor . As of right now Greg can not justify why their estimate is close to 4500 when according to him it was 3978.54 which I was responsible because I signed. A+ from start to end. My range rover got rear ended on the FWY and there was damage to the back of the car. My Mini got hit in the parking lot at work and had a frankly unbelievable amount of damage, MINI of universal referred me to Network Auto Body. One call to Jonathan and my car was towed away and he was already in contact with the other persons insurance. I got some scratches on my brand new Black Passat. Two other places were going to spot paint the bumper for hundreds of $$.  VW referred me to Paul. He informed me that the bumper is plastic and can't be buffed out. He did a little spot treatment, gave me some paint and didn't charge me anything. Holy Moly... THESE GUYS, ARE BY FAR, THE BANGING, WONDERFUL AUTO BODY BANGING!!!!My BRAND NEW TOYOTA SUV was hit by a valet, and not only was it not my fault, but I was crazy upset that the damage not only looked horrible, but I was told that despite the accident already deemed 100% not my error,  that I would still have to pay my deductible.  Say what Now I had a jacked brand new car AND  an expensive deducible to pay, I was a confused mess! I don't know about some of these other reviews but I had a fantastic experience here.My Infiniti Q50 got rear-ended by some guy who wasn't paying attention to the road and the bumper was cracked, about a foot long, towards the top of the bumper. I, ironically, had a friend AND the dealer where I bought the car, recommend Network Auto Body. I dropped my car off and worked with Betty to get it fixed.Betty was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable about the type of work that needed to be done to my car. To make matter's worse, I had to move to a new city (NYC) in what was basically a week and a half and needed them to finish the fixes relatively quickly. I knew I was being a pain in the ass but Betty spoke with her manager and they got it done, a few days early too! These guys are fantastic.  I was rear ended at a stoplight.  My car was still under warranty, and the dealer referred me to Network.  They made all the arrangements with my insurance company and had Enterprise pick me up for my rental.  Ten days later I got my car back.  The repair work was beautiful, but here's the kicker.  When I picked up my car, it was raining; so I couldn't look my car over thoroughly.  That was Friday.  I worked around the house Saturday.  Sunday morning when I went to the car, I noticed some scratches on the hood.  I was reasonably sure I'd never seen them before, but I certainly couldn't prove that they hadn't already been there.  I called Network, and Darren, who had set up things at Network earlier for me, told me to come in.  I drove over that afternoon, pretty much resigned to the fact that I had nothing more than my word and that they didn't know me nor owe me any trust.  I told him I didn't think the scratches had been there when I brought it in but couldn't be positive, and I asked him If he could give me a good price on buffing them out as much as possible.  He thought for a moment or two.  Then he looked at me and said not to worry about who did it, that it was taken care of, and told me when to bring it in.  I was floored.  I checked to make sure I heard correctly.  He said, "It's the right thing to do.  Bring it in Monday."  I shook his hand and told him he had my business for life and any referral I could give him.  I left.  Later that day I called to check what time they needed the car so I could arrange temporary transportation for myself.  Martha, who had helped me on the phone several times, went to check with Darren.  She called me back and told me a rental would be provided for the duration of the repair.  Just when I thought they couldn't get more awesome, they did.  Network Auto Body is what I call a class act.  There aren't many places that still do things that way, and, as far as I'm concerned, these people have earned our business. I had an amazing experience here.  I had to take my car in to prepare for the return lease inspection the next morning.  Since this is my first inspection, Mario was super helpful in terms of sharing with me exactly what to expect during an inspection, as well as taking care of my car so that it looks practically brand new when I left.  I had a few long yellow scratches on the back of my car on the left hand side, as well as interior wear and tear.  In approximately 30 minutes, virtually all the exterior scratches disappeared.  Moreover, the interior wear and tear were no longer noticeable.  I couldn't believe how nice and clean my car looked after Mario's magic touch.  Needless to say, I had a very smooth inspection the next morning as a result of Mario's hard work, dedication and detail oriented work ethics. I just had a VERY FRUSTRATING experience at this location. They are CROOKS! I brought my car for repairs and intentionally not take some of my personal items from the dash compartment (Marc Jacobs and Tory Burch sunglasses), and charging cables and iPod thinking they are trustworthy people. Then a few weeks later... I picked up my car and my personal items are gone. I called and email the shop and they said they will take care of the issue. After few hours, they replied and said that the issue has been resolve and told me that they are NOT responsible for any lost items upon leaving the car. Does this gave them the right to steal my stuff? I agree they are not responsible but be HONEST. My HUGE mistake was I trusted them that they are a very reputable company since they were referred by MINI Universal. I was wrong! They are crooks! After almost 2 years now (June 18, 2017) and still no word from Michelle F...who reached out to ME on Yelp and asked me to email her...I've called...emailed and nothing...After getting the Better Business Bureau involved in this 'simple matter' of reimbursement of improperly painting my car...this is NETWORK AUTO BODY's Better Business Bureau reply:This company is still in the process of researching this complaint in order to properly address all concerns listed in the complaint filed by Mr. Brandt. Bad bad bad this place is very unprofessional took in our truck for a bumper after being hit while it was parked. No communication whatsoever. They were highly recommended by Glendale Nissan. Big mistake they notified me that it was done at the last minute they expected me to pick it up in south LA after we had signed an agreement to pick up and dropped at Glendale Nissan. Our contact never updated us didn't hear from him all the time the truck was in the shop after we got it back there was new scratches interior was stained by them to top it off the skid plate fell off the car while we were driving after getting it back from them after a few calls to the manager Richard he acted like if it was out fault Richard, Thomas and Anthony are not help the only guy that was on his game and helped got a new one ripped. I was very impressed with Network Auto Body. I was rear ended in my GMC Truck on Memorial Day and my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) surprisingly didn't have anyone in the Santa Clarita Valley on their recommended body shop list. I decided to check out 3 different shops in the area and go with who I was the most impressed with. First impressions speak volumes and I was certainly impressed with Network upon walking in the front door and seeing their beautiful front office. I also took a tour of the shop area and was impressed as well. I met and spoke with Dan when I first walked in and he was nothing but super friendly, candid and informative. Upon leaving, I had another shop to visit but that little voice in my head said this was the shop to go with.The work done on my GMC truck was excellent. The shop did a few extras for me that I wasn't expecting making the whole experience a plus in my book. I dealt with Peter during the course of the repair work and he was very professional and communicative. I was pleased to receive routine updates on the progress of the work from him. Once I got the truck back, the work and paint job was top notch and the truck was cleaned nicely.I certainly hope that my insurance company puts Network on their recommended list. I will most certainly go back to this shop again. I have a few cars (including a Mercedes, Mini and Corvette) and knowing this shop specializes in Mercedes and GM among others, I won't hesitate to use Network Auto Body again even if I'm not going through my insurance company. Very professional staff from reception until car is picked up. I received my Mercedes back after a rear end collision with OEM parts to guarantee a perfect fit and best quality. On top of that, they performed a very in depth car wash, making my car look brand new again. I would have been writing a stellar review for this company because they were very helpful throughout my experience of an auto collision. However upon picking up my vehicle after it was finished, I come to find that my $200 sunglasses had been stolen from the vehicle. My car looks better then brand new!  I honestly thought I would need a new bumper but they are so good at what they do they fixed it without having to get a new one. I had to drop off my car with my baby with me, Michelle took wonderful care of us and made sure the rental car was there waiting for us. I was referred by a friend easily 17 yrs ago and Network Auto Body is THE ONLY place i would ever take my car.  Margie & Martha couldn't be more personable & helpful.  And Darren is so knowledgable & thorough with the Estimates.  They make what could be an unpleasant experience ( getting your car fixed & dealing with Insurance Companies) almost a pleasure. BEWARE!!I brought my car to Network on referral from my dealership ( Toyota of Hollywood) after an accident. The other driver's insurance company was 100% liable for repairs and since I had just purchased the car (Prius certified pre owned) I believed I deserved to have the car repaired through a certified Toyota place. I implored with Network that I didnt want used parts on my car. I was PROMISED in writing that they would write the bid for the insurance company and that they would only use new parts and that no work would begin until everyone agreed. They wrote the bid and declared that the repairs would take about 3 weeks (90 hours of labor is what they billed the insurance company). I signed off on the repairs TRUSTING that they had complied with my request for only new parts and no junkyard refurbished parts. After I signed off on it I got a call three days later saying the car was going to be ready in a day or so. It was a red flag. How can they bill the insurance agency 90 hours or about three weeks worth of work and order parts and then call me and tell me the car would be ready in about 4 days I fought with Network and was met with hostile, belligerent, arrogant, middle finger in your face responses. Martha and Darren were both classless , unprofessional, bully thugs. Darren called me at 8am and went on a tirade. I put the call on speaker phone so that other people could hear his bully rant of yelling and threats. I got the car back with used parts and the air conditioner completely not working. The insurance company demanded that I give Network another opportunity to fix it. I took it back out there two days later and they pumped it full of freon, they said thats all that was wrong with it. By the time I got halfway back from the valley to Hollywood the air conditioner was blowing hot again. I'm still in the middle of getting the repairs done and thus far Network has basically told me to go F&ck myself. I raised complaints with my insurance adjuster and with Toyota of Hollywood. A rep from both of these places (Progressive Insurance and Toyota) both told me " that is just how Darren is, that is how he does business"... Both verbatim said " Darren is an assh*ole".  I can understand that some people in this world are just difficult or that the reps are just "assh*les" but why is this accepted in business. If everyone knows that this is how they do business then why do they let these people manage the business and destroy trust? If the staff are jerks but the work is outstanding then this would make sense but in this case the work is as deplorable as the people who work there. I only wish I had read the YELP reviews before I came here. If you go one step further you'll find that this business location specifically has been repeatedly tripped up with complaints at the Better Business Bureau. I'll be filing my complaint this week as well. It's just not worth it. The last thing anyone wants on their plate after an accident is shady substandard repairs and bully thug customer service and a middle finger in your face on the way out.  So ridiculous.I have a lot of faith in Toyota Hollywood team however, this experience reflects poorly on them as the trust I have in them is severely diminished by this chop shop that they referred me to as their certified repair center. I had a hit & run with my spectacular Prius and Network did a fantastic job fixing my baby. I don't have any complaints so I'll keep this review short and sweet.Maria, the lady who works in the office was very sweet and made sure I got a special rate at Midway Car Rental. My car was a day early then what they quoted me so that was a great surprise. I love how they cleaned the exterior and interior of my car, it really goes above and beyond and made me excited to get my beloved car back. And I pointed out a little damage I did by stupidly backing into a wall and minor paint damage occurred, he fixed it without charge! I was so surprised and appreciative. I get the sense they are very pricey but I was not paying, thank god so price did not matter. They did an amazing job with my car and easy to work with. Thanks : ) More...

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this establishment a zero star review or a negative -100 I would !!! They are the most dishonest company out there and beware they will let anyone take the car out of their hands with no proof of ownership!!! My BMW got crashes in car wash I went to Century West BMW and asked them what to do, they assured me that Network Autobody was a great place to take your car so I went ahead and left it with. Fast forward couple of weeks and after the insurance claim came true I personally called and asked not to release my car to insurance as they had not paid me for my car since it was totaled. I came in today to see my car and get some of my belongings and my car was GONE!!!! Nobody gave me a call or the insurance agent!!!  They took it on their own hands to take it away my car !!! I spoke to both the manager and owner and they were the most rude people I have ever dealt with ! They accused me of lying and told me that Maggie their front desk person was a saint when it was her who released my car and lied about my mother calling to release he car!!! The manger got so close to my face that I went in my car to call the police... Never mind that I was talking to my father when the guy started yelling at me because he didn't like me telling anyone how they have made a mistake and blamed it on me!I went to the junk yard where hey sent my car, and my car was striped clean!!! The palate holder where gone, the leather was completely dirty, my Gucci glasses gone!!!! Car chargers etc.... Now all make sense. They sent my car somewhere else so they would be blamed for stealing all my stuff and getting completely dirty and messed up!!! Bottom line go somewhere else thy will go to any length to cover their butts and in this case the customer is always wrong !!! I should have trust my gut instinct and never brought there !!! More...

Took my car to get it fix at a body shop, long story short someone hit it inside the body shop. The insurance company (tried) compensated me $900 for a rear bumper on a 2012 Dodge Charger. Im not a body repair guy, but i know 900 is not enough to cover, the damage, labor, paint etc., for the damage. Network AutoBody Shop spoke to the insurance and clearly charger them more than 900 and did a fantastic job! Took a week, but i saw the tremendous clients they had, so i know it wasn't because they wanted to be lazy, but because they had a lot of cars coming in, talk about high recommendation. They just hit my dads cadillac escalade and i'll highly recommend my dad to to them.Awesome job! More...

I STRONGLY recommend Network Autobody! They are a first class operation.  The customer service was beyond anything I have ever had to deal with when having a car repaired.  My car had over $10,000.00 dollars worth of damage (thanks to a texting driver on the freeway running in to me).  My car now looks better than before, it took less than two weeks  and they not only gurarentee their work but gave me a tour of their spotless BMW certified shop.  The General Manager, Darren Lampert, and the Production Manager, Kevin Kemanjiam were forthright, honest, and all about customer service and repeat busiiness- they will have ours for years to come!Also, Jonathan Neubauer,  who works out of the BMW dealership on Lankershim was so helpful.  I called BMW just after I was hit to see who they coulld recommend and they suggested Network and gave me Jonathn's number.  He walked me through exactly what I needed to do and say to the insurance representative.  He gave me invaluable information on the type of rental car they needed to supply as well as taking care of having my car towed to the shop. He even let me drop my rental car off to him and he returened it for me so I would not have to go out of my way.  He took a very stressful situation and made it easy and stressfree.  Their prices were fair and comperable and the work beautiful!!! I just had my Nissan LEAF repaired at this shop with great results. Edgar kept me informed of the progress all along, and even though they took a couple days longer than expected, the work turned out to be pretty much perfect. I take good care of my car and only had one door ding. In the process of fixing the front end damage from my small collision, they removed the door ding, too. Found this place by chance after my daughter crashed her first car about 3 years ago. The dealership we bought her car from towed the car here without our knowledge. We've  known of other collision repair shops in the past, but we were never really happy with how our cars came back after being repaired, nor the way they drove after.  Ever heard of the term "never the same after an accident syndrome?" So we decided to give Network Auto a chance & we're so happy we did.  They fixed my daughters car within a reasonable amount of time, they dealt with our insurance directly and kept us up to date with all  the progress. But the best part  is that when we got her car back, it was as if it never got into an accident.  It looked brand new again and most importantly, it drove just as good as it did prior to the accident.  So when my daughter crashed her car again, we didn't think twice about bringing it back here. And sadly when my son crashed his first car, we didn't dare take it anywhere else. Our cars always came back driving and looking like it's never been in an accident.  Sadly, my son crashed his car yet again (*sigh) and well, it's on it's way back to Network Auto Body. They said they worked on classic cars. They dropped a lot of names of famous people who had their cars worked by them (like that matters) . They barely looked at the damage on my car and immediately asked me how much money my insurance was giving me to cover the damage. When I said I didn't know yet they said " let's wait and see what kind of money your insurance is giving you and then we'll see how bad the damage is."  Not only are they running a cash-grabbing scam, they apparently think their customers are idiots. I thought the way it works is the body shop assesses the damage and then gives an estimate of what it will cost to fix it.  Apparently not. Their way is to get as much money as they can and then decide how damaged your car is. If you care about your car, your money, or the concept of honesty do not do business with these people. More...
