Nativa furniture does not disappoint! We have a couch, two arm chairs, an entertainment unit, and now a brand-new custom sectional! We decided to go with Nativa once again because the furniture is top-quality, luxurious, and looks amazing! My husband and I purchased two leather chairs from Nativa. We received excellent service and advice. Unfortunately, one of the chairs started to show premature wearing. I contacted the store and they said they would be happy to take care of it.The leather had to be ordered and they updated me on the progress. When the new leather parts arrived, a gentleman came and professionally replaced the parts that had worn.I am so impressed with their "after the sale" service. Amazing company.  Every single person that works here (including the owners) are so awesome, genuine, interesting and helpful.  I have had such good experiences with all of them.  And Nativa is such an interesting company.  They don't just sell you things off the floor, but actually have designers that work with you, and help you pick things from the floor, catalogs, and if they dont have it, THEY DESIGN AND BUILD IT!  They have a huge factory for custom furniture production.  Basically this makes them unbeatable. This review is for the Nativa store in La Jolla. Thank You Lori for your assistance with the dining table and chairs and coffee table we purchased. We were very concerned about spending as much as we did for a custom set, but Nativa went above and beyond. We really wanted the set by the holidays and of course, our luck there was a hick up with the custom fabric. Not to worry, the good folks there loaned us a set for our party and picked it up when they delivered ours,which was absolutley beautiful! Nativa in Solana Beach has beautiful furniture. We bought a Rowe designer sofa set and we love it.  Laura and Gisel are super nice and will take the time to get you exactly what you want.  Our furniture arrived damaged from the factory and the Rowe repair shop was dragging its feet but Gisel made sure we were all fixed up.  Overall I strongly recommend Nativa. Nativa on Cedros gave great customer service yesterday!  I had to return two beautiful end tables because their gold color just didn't match the other furniture in the room. Not only did they accept the return graciously (not so usual with furniture) -- they took care of it on better financial terms than usual because they had failed to tell me at the time of sale about their usual restocking fee.  Cool. Julie Oppenheimer in the SB store is always helpful and very responsive via email, phone, or in person. The website shows you even more choices since the inventory is split out over two stores. (If you like a coffee table but want it in a side table, ask, because they probably have it.) Very spacious showroom and you can comfortably browse on your own. Focused on really gorgeous hardwood furniture and the larger upholstered pieces for big houses. They will gladly make custom pieces for you, although my desk's wood got hung up for months due to weather conditions in South America. They have floor sample sales a couple times a year and the samples are all in perfect shape simply because the furniture is so well-built, so that's a great time to shop, if you can wait. The pieces are pricey due to the quality (as they would be elsewhere), but they will last forever, so it's worth it, if you're at the keep-it-forever stage of life. More...
