Bombay is an excellent Indian buffet. They have a wide variety of tasty dishes, including staples like tandoori chicken, saag paneer, chana masala, and chicken tikka. They don't rotate dishes much, but they always have an amazing specialty gobi manchurian, which are fried then stir-fried cauliflower fritters in a delicious sauce. They also have crispy papadum with fresh chutneys, which is an added bonus. The staff is friendly and attentive, bringing naan quickly and at request. More...

When you're hungover on a Saturday, this is the spot to go. This was kitty's quick fix. What more could you ask for when they serve you endless and buttery nan! The buffet line was hot, clean, and delicious. The Bombay staff is super attentive (maybe too attentive), and friendly. You'll spend an average of $16 per person and it's definitely worth it. You'll want to be fat and lazy the rest of the day, so beware! The chicken tikka masala and spinach are our favorites. Fun Fact: Kitty craves ethnic food at 9am! Weird, huh?! Anyways, she keeps it interesting. More...

Great food and friendly atmosphere. We went again during lunch time since we loved it last time and unfortunately (or fortunately for my belly) Â no buffet for dinner. Their fresh naan is awesome but you need to specifically ask for it. I liked most of the food but lamb curry was perfect. I liked their rice pudding looking dessert tooIt is great for trying different indian food and getting familiar with what you like or dont like. I am usually hesitant to order them as my main dish in a non-buffet indian restaurants. It was also just $15 which is a very fair price for what you get. More...

Best value here is the all you can eat lunch buffet. My favorites are the chicken tiki masala, saag panner, and the papadums. Flavor overall is really good and consistent as long as I've been going. They server fresh buttered naan to your table, and you ask for onion kulcha or garlic naan if you want a little variety-- having fresh warm naan is an amazing complement to the buffet. In their regular line up they have vegetable pakora and tandoori chicken, as well as goat curry. Might have just been a slow day, but the vegetable pakora and goat curry was a little underwhelming. The rice pudding for dessert always his the spot as well. Parking is easy, service this time was attentive but a little cold. At the end, waiter was quick about taking my dishes... but he was also holding someone else's plate a bit in my face too. Slightly awkward.Buffet is just north of $20 now. Overall still a solid place for all you can eat North Indian buffet, but do feel the quality has gone down slightly. More...

Nice place for lunch. The food was very good but we thought the selections should have been more numerous. Our server might have been having a bad day as the level of service was only average.

Great spot for classic north Indian food! It's right off the feeder road on 610 with sufficient parking outside. I went there for dinner and had the pakora and Bombay mixed grill for appetizers. Both apps were delicious. For the main course, we had the palak paneer, chicken tikka, navrattan korma, and garlic & bullet naan. The bullet naan was awesome with just the right amount of spice. The garlic naan was not bad either. The palak paneer hit the spot! It was amazing. For dessert, we had gulab jamun with ice cream which was a great end to a fulfilling dinner. The only negative was we had to pay extra for rice as it didn't come with our entrees. Overall, a great experience. More...

Bombay Brasserie catered food for about 125 people at our party at a hotel. They have great rapport with most of the high end hotels in Houston and are certified to supply Indian food there. This made the logistics very easy. Sanjay at Bombay Brasserie was very particular about the details around the order, communicated effectively with the hotel, understood our needs and made the entire experience seamless. The food was carefully prepared and it was very delicious and professionally done - Kudos! More...

We ate the lunch buffet and the owner came around talking with the tables and asked us if everything was good etc. The food was delicious, warm and was refilled quite fast. My family and I dined here during our mini vacation to Houston. If i May say, their weekend lunch buffet is so damn good (excuse my language). By far the best Indian buffet meal I've ever experienced!! So why was this a great joint? They served the classic Indian buffet food like naan, butter chicken, samosas but they also offered things I've never tried like veg munchurian bonda in a light sweet and sour sauce. I ate so much that day, to a point my family were waiting for me to finish my meal so we can head home. Only criticism: the lamb curry was mostly bones, it was very hard to find meat in the dish. Overall, I am still salivating thinking about the finger-licking goodness I had at Narin's Bombay Brasserie. This will be my go-to Indian meal when I visit Houston again. More...
