Jim from Nanz & Kraft Florists really made my day today. I was surprised with some sympathy flowers after the passing of a loved one, and he took the time to call me and leave a voicemail to ensure that the flowers were received (he said he would even wait 10 minutes for me to call him back). He called back again and once I answered, he wanted to know how to get the flowers directly to me. I told him I would come down and get them and he asked “are you sure?”. It’s truly acts of kindness like this that really show how someone can do something so simple to make another individual feel better. Jim was very sweet and said he realized they were sympathy flowers and that he was sorry. Nanz and Kraft and our hero a lady named Pat are wonderful. I forgot to order my mother's funeral service flowers believe it or not. We showed up befor 8 a.m. at the door and knocked. Pat said, "I will help you." We were treated like family members. The gorgeous huge arrangements were at the church before we were. Super friendly staff. Nice and clean setup. Healthy and vibrant flowers, I really love them. I'm not super familiar with flower names and they don't stress you to know them well to pick some of your own likings to buy decent flowers.
