I've tried to get into better shape by myself but it never stuck. Having an accountability partner in this new lifestyle has made all the difference for me. I have lost around 20 pounds and have kept it off but more importantly, I feel stronger and that's the best part! My trainer is encouraging and easy to work with. She's flexible and helps me set reasonable goals. Each month she switches it up with little challenges along the way so that I don't get bored. 30 mins, in and out! You can make this workout your own- less intense or more. Tammy will modify anything (currently 35 weeks pregnant so I know all about this! ). These workouts produce solid, noticeable results! Tammy changes the circuit each day, so your body does not have a chance to "get used to" the exercises. I always leave knowing I got a great workout. Tammy offers encouragement and guidance in a 100% positive way, and her tips on eating habits have made me make small changes to how I approach food that, combined with the exercise, have really made a difference. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I create a plan for both fitness and nutrition and hold my clients accountable. It works if you work it! I show clients how to Food Prep and how, what, when to eat. Metabolism boosting is key, and I design the boost with my exercise and nutrition plans.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is proper nutrition and exercise, but knowing the RIGHT exercises is important.
