It has been 6 months since my wedding. As I look back on the the big day, I still think working with Sarah is one of the best decisions I have ever made in life. Being a bride who had very limited resources and only got 3 months for planning, I would say Sarah's help was significant. During our first meeting, Sarah quickly sorted all the ideas I got and planned according to my schedule and budget. She made this spreadsheet that was super helpful for us to keep tracking on progress! She also went above and beyond helping me looking into different sources including DJ, wedding decorations etc. I received a lot of compliments after my wedding for the decor and DJ. I have to say, the DJ has very beautiful voice for live music! In addition, Sarah is also a very talented person herself! She's not just a planner/coordinator, she is also a singer and artist. Working with Sarah made me feel like I was working with a team that at least got 5 people! She sang and decorated for the most part of my wedding. She even officiated for us! We hired Sarah as our wedding day of coordinator and we are very happy we did. While inquiring for day of coordinators, we spoke to a few and of them,  Sarah definitely stood out. From the beginning, I noticed what an excellent listener she is. She is a very kind, patient and thoughtful person; a very talented individual who not only can help coordinate/plan weddings very well but can also MC, officiate and sing at events (so impressive)! Sarah was awesome in planning our wedding! We had our wedding in LA, but we were living in the northeast. We knew planning a wedding from the opposite coast would be difficult and struggled to figure things out from such a distance. Sarah was great! We had her as our day-of-coordinator and I was impressed with how she communicated with all the vendors we had hired to make sure they all showed up at the right place and the right time. Beyond that, she also asked for any contracts we had with different vendors to make sure they delivered what they promised on the day of. I felt the wedding day went really smoothly and I only learned weeks after that there were actually a few mishaps that Sarah dealt with quickly and professionally so that we never even heard about it! She's ready and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom enjoy the day rather than stressing about the details; she's also great at taking care of people! Where do I start... After years of helping many weddings, I mean alot.. when it was my turn I thought surely I got this. Basically I have almost everything ready but last minute I still had a meltdown because of the stress and pressure of time and that's where Sarah step in and organized everything for me and reminded me every single small details. Sarah performed as the MC at my association’s Lunar New Year banquet (260 guests). She came to a couple of the planning meetings when been asked. She was very responsive, returned emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. She was easy to work with, flexible, has good manners, passionate and wanted to see the event to be as successful as possible, she not only wanted to do a good job on her part. She volunteered her time to create the timeline. When been asked about the script she responded “ I like having some creative freedom because being a MC it’s more interesting if you react to whatever is happening at the moment, can’t predict the crowd before hand,..” I have to say that she is right. Sarah is a very experienced MC, not only she reacts to the crowd very well, she also can attract and lead the crowd, the program went very smoothly and on time, all guests had a wonderful time.

She was up on the stage pretty much the whole night, she gave the welcome remarks; introduced the elected officials, VIPs and sponsors. She ran the raffles; introduced all performers and sang a few songs. She had total control of the time, crowd and program, She spoke well and dressed well, she was polite, humorous, funny, lively and vibrant. She worked very hard, kept guests focus on the program. At the end I asked her that have you eaten anything? She replied “No”, that just showed you how engaged and devoted she was.

Anyway, in my opinion, Sarah is a person with a good heart, she is reasonable, she went above and beyond to make sure our event is a successful one. She treated our event as her own event. Sarah was our wedding coordinator, and did MC duties. We choose the day-of package. Overall very helpful, it would definitely be a lot more stressful without her! She has experience which is what you pay for. For example, how to manage the crowd, the games to play and when to do them, and how to handle relatives and various types of people and vendors. We found Sarah one month before our wedding on Yelp.  She was very professional, talented, organized, flexible, and met with us on short notice!  We learned that not only could she sing beautifully, but also DJ, and volunteered to take on the responsibility of wedding coordinator.  She can sing different genres of music including Christian songs, which caught our attention.  She was eager to learn the songs that we had chosen for our short notice ceremony which included live songs at our reception. My husband and I got to work with Sarah for our wedding this past month on 10/20. It was the best experience to have a wedding planner on our side along our wedding planning as we only had 5 months to plan. Right after we hired Sarah, she gave us a great timeline for us to follow through for each month counting down to our wedding week and it helped us with our organization and stay on top of our tasks.

Whenever we bumped into questions or problems, Sarah would always give us helpful suggestions by proposing us other possible options or showing us examples of how others do it. She is such an angel when it comes to contacting and following up with our various vendors because that’s not my husband and my strongest strength!

Sarah is well connected to many big vendors in the LA region and it was such an honor to be able to work with some of the most talented vendors even with a budget. I am a very detail oriented bride and have very specific requests for the presentation of the wedding. Sarah suggested that I do vision boards for all the ideas I have for many of our vendors, and I was very pleased with the result of the vendors. Sarah was my superstar wedding coordinator, MC, and singer! She has the voice of an angel. She sang our First Dance, and it was beautiful. Some people didn't even know she was singing live until a few people pointed it out, and they were so shocked/impressed because they had thought the song was playing from a CD! I found Sarah through Yelp and was able to book her a few months before my wedding! She was so flexible and worked with my requests! I had her as a surprise singer for my husband as I was walking down the aisle and there was not a dry eye in the chapel! She also sang our first dance, father daughter and mother and son songs. Sarah was always on time, well-groomed, and willing to go for the extra miles for the clients. Sarah performed in my wedding ceremony on 09.25.2016. I booked her in March and Sarah has kept in contact with me the whole time. I was very picky about my song and the performance because the lyrics had to match with the bridal party walking down the aisle and Sarah perfected it!! The entire song "safety suit- never stop" was long enough for my whole bridal party and myself down the aisle. Her timing was on point and her voice is phenomenal!!!
