We hired my taco man catering for our engagement party and have only good things to say.  They were prompt in both email and text replies to questions.  They were very organized in communications for details of what to expect.  They showed up on time, set up quickly and started cooking.  The food was outstanding and made quite the impression on our guests.  Really a step above most taco catering that I've had.  The setup was clean and simple and really made it easy to throw a party without having go worry about cooking.  Also, the cost was very reasonable and I'm sure I would've spent much more and gotten way less if I had attempted to do this myself.  I ordered above the guest count that I expected for some vague fear of running out of something.  You shouldn't worry about this.  If you have a solid headcount, don't over-order.  These guys know what they're doing, you won't run out of food. Sweet Mother of God those tacos were good!  My Taco Man catered our company event and we could not have asked for more.  All ingredients were fresh and their salsa verde was off the charts. I got quotes and looked into several taco catering businesses and MYTACOMAN came through for us. My guests were saying it was the best tacos ever!  We had over 120 people and we still had a lot of leftovers.  Our selection was shrimp, beef, chicken and grill vegetables. The food was fresh and well seasoned (not overly salty). Excellent service. I used My Taco Man for a work party and I'm glad I did. It's impossible to please everyone, especially when it comes to food, and I've had mixed reviews on other catering services we've used in the past, but I only heard good things about the tacos from my coworkers. The Hawaiian pork is a must. Like other reviews have mentioned, Christian was great- friendly and professional. He even arrived a bit early and he made sure to check in with us throughout the party so we knew when he would start serving, last call for tacos, etc. I don't know if it's possible to make requests, but if you use these guys, ask for Christian. I hired My Taco Man Catering for my wedding dinner rehearsal a few weeks ago and everything turned out better than expected. Everything was communicated via text and email. They showed up right on time, very friendly and professional! The food was excellent! We ordered the premium taco bar package with carne asada, hawaiian pork (al pastor), chicken and shrimp. The pastor was definitely my favorite! I was a little worried about if we were going to get enough food since there were some reviews about not having enough, but there was PLENTY! It's pretty much 4 tacos/person. We had a bunch of leftovers and ended up eating it days after. All in all, everything was great and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another party! I was tasked with planning a Taco Night for my tenants here at SkyLA Tower Apartments!I had heard that we had a Taco Night prior to our takeover, but that not that many people attended and that it was quite tacky. I looked on Yelp, found these highly rated caterers and a co-worker helped me narrow it down to My Taco Man Catering, and boy am I glad I did.I sent an email request for reference and within two hours, I was already able to decide which drinks to add and send it over to my corporate offices for approval!On the day of the event, Robert arrived right on time and started setting up.Robert was clean, calm and above all else, professional and had his 'kitchen' set up in minutes.I was somewhat nervous as the 3pm start time drew near as not that many tenants had shown up, but Robert kept me calm and helped me set up my speakers so that I had some tunes going for the party.By 3:15 some tenants had arrived and were already raving about the food!The steak was marvelous and the rice was ever so perfect! We are having my son's 25th surprise birthday party next weekend and MY TACO MAN was highly recommended!So far, I have been communicating with Alex and Valerie and they have BOTH been extremely helpful both on the phone and via email. We have used this company for 3 years now and they have been wonderful to work with each time!  The first year I really messed up and gave them the wrong address (40 miles away) and they came to the correct address and cooked for the remaining time left.  We were so grateful that they were willing to make our event even with my mistake.  The staff has always been pleasant to work with as well.  The food is wonderful as well!  You will be happy with their service from start to finish! We had a big high school graduation party at our house on June 1st (80 people) and hired My Taco Man to feed the masses (lol). Steven was our guy and I loved loved loved him!!! Always smiling and so friendly. He did such a great job. I wish I had taken pics to add to this review. The set up was in the back yard on the grass and luckily it was nice out so no need for an ez-up or anything. We provided 1 long table for him to put the extras on and there was enough room for the 3 sides I made too. He was neat and kept the table organized and clean and when he left he cleaned up everything perfectly (no food or mess on the grass either). He was a joy to be around and I would have loved to have him as a guest and not the cook! I would definitely hire these guys again. The food was delicious too!! Forgot to mention, we have a vegan daughter and some vegan friends and ordered extra grilled veggies for them. I have been meaning to write a review for a couple weeks now! These tacos were amazing! There was a graduation party at my Aunt and Uncles in Murrieta on 6/16 and The Taco Man catered the event. The Grillmaster of the day was grilling up Chicken, Carnitas and Steak for the "all you can eat" taco meal! All the meats were absolutely delicious, some of the best tacos I've had! They had different sauces and condiments for the tacos, with delicious rice and beans and a couple salads! We had approx 30 - 35 people at the party and the Chef kept up well, he was great with all the guests, making tacos to order for everyone! The Chef's name was Mike, extremely nice guy, friendly with everyone young and old! He kept everyone happy with great food, a smile and just treated everyone well! He arrived on time, set-up his area, cooked all the food (with smelled great) and then cleaned up, all by himself and he did a fantastic job!! I had My Taco Man cater for our 8 year old's bday party last Saturday.  Anthony came in hour and half before start time which was noon, and was ready to go with tasters for us. So good even the kids kept going back and asking him to make more for them. He did a  fantastic job and was very good w all adults and kids. I admit reading a few reviews had me concerned but after dealing with them personally, I am more than pleased. Food and service was A++, So much so that I already had my friend book them for her event in July.  . I paid for all Organic and it was worth it. We had a party yesterday for our 2 year old and I have to say that My Taco Man catering is the way to go! Cristian, who handled the whole thing from cooking to set up and cleanup was outstanding.
