Larry set us up with an amazing rearrangement for my bf's step-mother's 30th birthday. We told him that we'd like something under $100, and with a pink color theme. He did not disappoint! Surprised with great customer service!I stumbled upon My Fair Lady's Flowers after having brunch. I found some beautiful hanging succulents that would be perfect for my patio, however, the store was locked even though it was during business hours. The owner was in the middle of a delivery and left a sign to text/call if we needed anything. I was surprised of how must TRUST this business has with the neighborhood because there were many pieces left out for anyone to take without paying. Anyways, I texted the owner and waited awhile for her to get back, but I didn't have much time to stay there. So I went home and the owner texted me pictures/prices of the succulents I was interested in and offered to deliver them to me if I was close by!! After some research, I decided to give My Fair Lady a chance to become my regular florist. I called & spoke with a delightful owner, had an enjoyable conversation while discussing a very special delivery.  The flowers were a huge delight for their lucky recipient & I am one delighted customer!The response I got on these flowers was over the top delight - just the thing I want to hear when I send flowers! I live in the neighborhood and so have been getting flowers here since they opened and simply could not be more pleased with my experience thus far.  Jenn, the owner, and Jen, the manager are both fantastic, sweet, friendly, and most importantly, they put together beautifully wrapped fantastic one-of-a-kind bouquets that have usually lasted me at least a week! I have also purchased several potted succulent arrangements (both big and small) as gifts for others and Jenn does such a good job with these as well.  I love her collection of vessels and pots, or you can even bring in your own.  I am surprised that anyone has ever had a bad experience here, this business always goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers, they even do delivery!  I highly recommend! I was here a few weeks ago for the first time, just moving into Beachwood. I was on my way to a birthday celebration when Jennifer (although I believe both owners are named Jennifer) was welcoming, informative, and ultimately helped me get an idea of what I could even grab on the go. She customized a bouquet based off a price point and my description of my good friend's personality and love for pretty things. She finished the bouquet with burlap and it was pretty stunning, I was extremely happy knowing what I've paid for flowers in the past. Ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. I had a lot of "requirements" and was kind of a pain in the ass due to the logistics that needed to happen for it to be delivered perfectly. They were extremely accommodating and the end product was gorgeous and extremely well done. Only complaint is that I asked a few times for a picture before it was delivered and they forgot to send. Not a big deal though, I saw plenty pictures after the flowers were delivered!Look no further...this is the best place to go. Hands down. More...

I stumbled upon this gem while visiting LA... The arrangements, the decor and even those who worked there really wowed me. I bought myself flowers and put them in my hotel room. Who does that? This place is fantastic! Both Jen the owner and Jen the staff member are always so helpful and enthusiastic! I got a succulent log here that's like nothing I've seen anywhere else and Jen delivered it personally to my office. I LOVE this place! Their arrangements are wonderful, and they're very reasonably priced. A staffer there named Jennifer helped me pick out an amazing potted plant that was greatly appreciated by the person I gave it to; she was so great and knowledgeable that I ended up buying 2 additional plants for myself, and I still love them! With her short, spiky blonde hair and youthful spirit, I wouldn't have guessed I would have gotten really powerful life advice as well, but she was spot on with a quick assessment she made of an event that's happening in my life.  Who knew I could get great, beautiful flowers and powerful life advice all in one place!!This place is wonderful; I will definitely go back! Jennifer has always been my "go to" lady, not only when it comes to beautifully artistic and intricate floral designs, but when I have been under a time crunch as well she has always come through with the most creative and affordable designs I've seen. I called Jennifer and ordered a flower basket for a funeral of a friend's father.  The funeral site is in L.A., and I live in San Francisco. She is very professional and efficient.  She picked the white roses and lilies hydrangea, etc. for me and made it fitted my budget.  Jennifer delivered the flower basket the next day morning, and it was beautiful!  She also gave me an extra good deal because I am the new customer.  She emailed me the picture and receipt the next day.  She's great! Even though this florist is only a couple blocks from me, tucked away in Beachwood village, I have never ordered flowers from them.  I have poked my head in a few times and thought it was absolutely darling. However, I did RECEIVE flowers this morning from them from a friend, and I have to say, the arrangement is stunning. I always assumed they were just a shop that did simple bouquets, but these flowers are something else! WOW! Amazing florist with an amazing owner-Jennifer. So friendly, so wanting to make my arrangement special for my loved ones. I did all the ordering over the phone. She emailed photos of containers, and flowers. My friend had lost his mother. When he got the flowers he emailed a photo of them. He said she would have loved them and that they were gorgeous. Jen is the best. I live in the neighborhood and once her shop opened I haven't gone to any other flower shop. From a big bouquet to just getting a few flowers for my mom, (just because) they always look great and LAST. Jen and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There are even some nice vintage costume jewelry pieces and cute kids items. I bought a vintage jockey pin that I had been eying, pinned it to one of my blazers and get compliments every time I wear it. She also has a great selection of succulents and terrariums. More...

Hands down the best florist in LA. Came in with a specific budget, told her the occasion, and she made it happen.  I left with the perfect bouquet.  Not only that, but the lady engaged in very friendly conversation, to which we were able to figure out many mutual acquaintances that we ended up having.  It totally beat just sitting there, staring at the other flowers, waiting for the bouquet to be done.Great atmosphere, great location, awesome service, perfect flowers.I'll definitely be back. Awesome shop.I live right up the street and decided to check it out and I can tell you that I will never again buy flowers from anyone else. Jennifer was very helpful and when I told her that my name is also Jennifer she told me that the owner is ALSO named Jennifer.I think it's a sign!I ended up with a really beautiful and unique bouquet that was less than I would have spent on generic and halfway wilting supermarket flowers. If Anthropologie had a flower shop, I think this is what it would be like. Gorgeous bouquets in unique containers, elegant flowers with long stems leaning just the right way, tiny fragrant trees, vintage crackled pots, jars, and more. Love everything in the store.
