Patient, sweet, and amazing to work with!! I needed an arrangement done last minute (my fault!) and my only option was over the phone. Hollie was incredible. It’s definitely not easy to explain what you want and have them translate it to what it is in your head by phone. She sent me videos and pics of options and worked on colors with me. Muscari is by far my favorite florist, I have tried other florists and they just don't compare. The quality and styling of the flower arrangements are spectacular! They are very accommodating and helpful. My most recent purchase was a same day delivery order and within two hours they had it delivered and followed up with both myself and recipient. Every time I send a floral arrangement everyone can't stop commenting on how beautiful it is.
