Mpower was the best physical therapy I have been through. They really took the time to make sure you were comfortable with the exercises and made sure you knew how to do them correctly so you didn’t risk more injury. I have had the best experience with MPower over the last few weeks. I chose to make the one hour drive twice a week because I knew that the physical therapists here would push me to meet my goals. They adjust my workouts day to day to meet my needs for that session. I just finished one round of PT for my foot and decided to stay for my knee as well. We were introduced to MPower after my husband's rotator cuff surgery. The therapists were very nice, but they pushed my husband enough to recovery. He actually looked forward to going to physical therapy (PT). Fast forward two years, my son had ankle surgery and because we had such a positive experience previously, we knew where we wanted him to do PT. Needless to say, the physical therapists were nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My son did not know what to expect, but he was pleased with the care they took to explain the exercises and work with his schedule for future sessions. More...

I had 2 severe knee injuries and went thru months of physical therapy. The next step was rehab. My physical therapist recommended I go to MPower.
I was fortunate enough to get Dex as my trainer. He is amazing. He has a Masters degree in Exercise and Health Science, so his approach to my training is far from what you get at most "gyms", which is important to someone who is 64! That combined with a positive attitude and his boundless enthusiasm has given me my life back. I highly recommend MPower.
