I have been renting my property out since 2010(11?) and have had a range of tenants. I live in another state, and MPI has been very helpful. We had some problems with some tough tenants, but they managed the situation very well with me. There were opportunities to handle it better; however in the long run I have been very satisfied. I've read quite a few of the reviews and I have a totally opposite viewpoint. I I have rented 3 different properties in the course of 12 years. I need to strongly emphasize that the tenant-landlord relationship we had was a good one. They were prompt with my maintenance issues and I was open minded to wait for when they were available (which was never long). Their properties I rented did not have roaches and were in good physical condition and if I wanted changes, they were granted to me. I will tell you how all of this was possible....I was respectful in communications, I took exceptional care of the properties so far as paying True Lawn Services. I paid my rent on time and in full for long stretches of time and when I did hit a money pit they would allow me the opportunity to catch up. So I'm gonna tell everyone that disgraded and belittled this company...YOU ARE WERE PROBLEM!!! More...

I like that MPI charges one flat monthly fee with no hidden or extra charges. Formerly, I had a company that charged me a fee plus extra for every little thing they did which got quite expensive. At MPI I pay less & get more. They also have the crews to do any repair work needed & the charges for those repairs costs the same or less than if I had to hire a contractor myself. More...

MPI is great!!! the owners of the town house im currently co renting is relying on management help from MPI my fiancee had to have our baby 6 weeks early due to preeclampsia I had to take an unpaid leave from work to help with my other kids and fell behind in our rent management and the owners gave us time to catch up cause of the unexpected birth of our baby how many renters you know that would have done that for a tenant and we only been at the address for a year. I have been with MPI since 1998 which says something in itself. I started with one problem property and although my experience has not always been 100% positive, they have always been professional and trustworthy. I have seen them grow from a small cluttered office/warehouse with a few people to a complete, fully staffed operation with a very impressive facility. I now trust them to manage all of my rentals.I do most of the maintenance and apartment prep myself. They forward all requests to me and I decide if I want to take them on or not. They have been a great partner that way. I have been generally pleased with the work they do and there prices are not out of line. They also do a good job at keeping me legal and compliant with city government.They haven't always placed stellar tenants but then again, my properties aren't exactly Park Place. I can't help but think that their new professional facility will attract better quality tenants. More...

been renting through mpi for about almost 3 years now just wish they can do better with some of the tenets staying nd a side by side loud music through out the day nd night back nd forth with to many people buying drugs they need to start paying attention on who they let rent from them but so far mpi been pretty good wish i could find a new place through them.
