Stopped in on 2/13/18 saw the new set up it looked amazing. Went to cafe couldn't figure out what I wanted because everything looked & smelt so fabulous. My husband and I shop here weekly! We love this store and enjoy the experience of the cafe often. Good food, great healthy options, and the staff is always so helpful and nice. I love the store. The Kingston produce department is the best organic produce department in the area. Everything always fresh with a varied selection. Yes it is true that some items can be purchased for less in the big chains . I look at my budget and shop accordingly. One of the main reasons I try to purchase as much as I can at Mother Earth is to support local business. Mother Earth also purchases from local farms and companies. The bonus point program helps off set the price difference. As far as rude staff I have never encountered it. I find them helpful when I ask otherwise they leave you alone to shop without annoying you. More...

Love this place, as it's basically the only grocery store with organic produce and a deli with vegan options. I would have given them 5 ⭐ but they use a microwave to heat food, apparently they aren't aware of the impact microwaves have on the nutritional value of their otherwise healthy food...

Dear Mother Earth's on Rt 9 in Poughkeepsie / Wappingers... I bought some vanilla cake with vanilla frosting with sprinkles tonight and it was FANTASTIC. I wish I had bought more. My fav used to be the coconut cake but this vanilla cake w/vanilla frosting was just so delicious. I have never seen this in the store before....can you please keep making it at this store More...

Mother Earth's is healthy shopping Nirvana. It's bright, clean, & well stocked with beautifully displayed foods & essential products. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly and goes above & beyond to be helpful. The onsite restaurant is the my favorite eatery in all of Ulster County, NY.
