I have worked with Sam for a little over a year. With his experience, knowledge and passion as a personal, he has helped me go from a size 26-28 to a size 16 and counting. He is helping me to achieve my weight loss, physical fitness and healthy living goals. He adapts his training to fit your abilities but at the same time he teaches you reach a little further with each training session. Sam is an awesome trainer. He took me from someone who hates the gym to a person who now exercises 3-4 times a week. He keeps me motivated and inspired to push harder, lose more weight and try new ways to stay in shape. He’s 100 percent worth it!

When I first met with Sam and More Active Lifestyle, I shared what my goals were and we got rolling that first day. No time to mess around! Sam was right there to push me through what I thought were my plateaus, and pushed me even harder when I did not want no more. I am not interested in working with any other trainer. Sam is very knowledgeable in every aspect of fitness and health. I learned something new everyday, and I thought I knew it all!! I was given meal planning and prep tips as well as things to do or "homework" on days I didnt train with Sam. Sam is an energetic and smart trainer. Smart meaning that he knows the human anatomy very well. From knowing which exercises to work particular muscles to offering alternative movements, are ways that Sam demonstrate his ability to not only provide excellent training services but to make sure that you remain safe. His ability to blend fun with fitness is astounding. He helps unmotivated clients dig deep to meet their fitness goals. I lost over 30 pounds with him as my trainer for two months. Fitness is a lifestyle that encompasses not only physical health; but mental health and emotional well-being.  Fitness begins at home and must be practiced consistently, which is why I also focus on nutrition in addition to physical exercise.
