What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE seeing my clients breakthrough health issues that have been holding them back. I love helping people discover their strength and confidence through a balanced diet and lifestyle. I've noticed that ridding the body of day-to-day aches and pains opens doors to the bigger career and relational goals we all seek.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My recovery from two bludging discs in my low back in 2010 was the official kick-off of my wellness journey! I have also overcome depression, an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis), body image doubts, and significant break-ups. I turned these bumps in the road into self-discovery opportunities and gathered so many pearls of wisdom in the process.
