They give it their all. They are easy to talk to and they are willing to please you with what ever you ask them to do. They don’t mind acknowledging a mistake and correcting it, especially if they accidentally missed doing something.

This group of wonderful ladies are so amazing ! I call them only on an as need basis when I need help and I come home to a beautiful, clean house! So my mom had certificates from Christmas and we could not believe how good they were. My bathroom which is 30 years old. The toilet was only replaced once back in 2002 or 2003 and the shower / tub has never been replaced . They both had terrible stains which we were under the impression could never be cleaned away. Molly maids did it! No more stains! The floors look amazing. Our kitchen sink has never sparkled this much. We had them for only a few hours and they tackled the hardest jobs. There were a few dusted areas not done but those we can do ourselves and with the time limit the fact they got so much done was outstanding. We won't be embarrassed when we have guest over using my bathroom anymore. And when Christmas rolls around we are requesting more molly maid gift certificates. Anytime I've called them and anytime that I have have had to reschedule or arrange things like billing or entry to the house or, anything, Bob and the whole staff have been very accommodating. My elderly mother needed help taking care of her home and Molly Maids came in and did a wonderfuljob; so much so that a very stubborn woman that was resistant to having anyone in to clean her home was actually impressed.  Unfortunately, when the time came for a final cleaning, and I'm sorry to say that that time came, this team did come in and do their thing, so we knew that we left the home in good condition for the new people. They have been cleaning my house for over 3 years. They are thorough. Clean baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, clean floors, make beds. They always take out all the trash and replace with new bags. Vacuum. Clean bathrooms thoroughly. They are always friendly and respectful. They have never charged more than I was quoted.
