Full service Bookkeeping, Payroll, Payroll and Sales tax preparation. QuickBooks clean up and support.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
1.Having your finances in order is the most important aspect of your business. If you don’t have your finances in order you can’t accurately see if your business is profitable or not.
2. Most business owners dislike “wasting” time on mundane stuff like data entry and bank reconciliation
A good accountant saves you time (and ultimately money) by doing those mundane tasks for you and providing you with the reports that will allow you to monitor the financial health of the company in a timely manner.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to be able to help other business owners by educating them on items that are essential to the running of their business.
And I like nothing better than to review and organize the numbers to insure that all reports are 100% correct and accurate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a business owner in part because I wanted to be able to help people understand their financial statements and be able to make accurate decisions because they have a clear picture of where the business stands.

Yes, we like to say we were remote before it was cool. :) Our offices are 100% remote and all services are provided remotely so we can provide accounting services in of the 50 States!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a mostly remote office, we have not had to make many changes. However, for the safety of our clients, we have adjusted to strictly virtual meetings with both potential and current clients.

QuickBooks Cleanup
We will take a week or two (the length of time depending on the state of your books)
and correct any errors and make the adjustments recommended as part of your Financial
Systems Review. One of our key differences from other Accountants is in this area right
here. We are very meticulous and detail oriented. We want to make sure that anyone can open
your books at any time and be able to follow the trail of what has been done and why. We do
not take shortcuts, where other accountants might only do a lump sum Journal Entry to bring
accounts into balance, we review the account details to we make sure that we move the
transactions to the correct accounts and the account balances are tied to a verifiable number
some where outside of QuickBooks. Basically, we Audit Proof your system. - Investment:
Varies based on the amount of work to be done, however your $500 for the Financial System
Review acts as a down payment towards this service and will reduce your cost here.
