I met Theresa at Minuteman under a super tight and last minute deadline. I needed some photo prints for work done within an hour at the end of my work day. It was a super stressful situation and Theresa got it done for me! She was super nice and accommodating of what I needed. Her pricing is very reasonable! I was referred to Minuteman Press by a woman at a Paper Source store for my first in-person printing request (I typically order on line when I plan far enough ahead). I came into the shop in sort of a panic after a few weeks of procrastinating and Theresa quickly eased my stress. I specifically remember telling her that I would cut the invitations myself to save time and that I only needed them to be printed for next business day pick-up. To my surprise everything was cut, nicely packaged in plastic (to protect the paper from the torrential downpour) and the quality was amazing. My husband and I quickly decided two things- 1. 4.5 Stars! I printed invitations for an event I was hosting. Both Theresa & Craig helped me out. They had great service and were very patient in hand-holding me through the process. It was the first time I had ever used professional printing service. This was my experience:1. Went to the shop to talk to Theresa about what I needed. Got her advice on details to consider, picked a few options I was interested in, and got quotes. 2. Finalized the design of the invitation with my team, sent them to Theresa to see how it'll look printed and got a proof via email.  I had emailed my digital file to Minuteman Press, but a better way to send files is via their website (both for quotes and orders): minutemanpressph.com/ser…. 3. Once I reviewed the proof, I got my invitations printed and ready for pick up in the agreed upon time. They let you know when your job is ready via email -- super easy. I forgot to take a photo before mailing out the invitation -- the quality of printing was beautiful. ---- PARKING:  Enter via Woodsworth Lane (not Contra Costa Blvd).  If you enter a parking lot via Contra Costa - you end up parking in front of US Postal Service. Wow - these folks are great.  I came in with a complex job and a tight deadline, and Theresa and the graphics staff made it happen with time to spare.  The booklet came out beautifully (even my grouchy boss loved it), and the price was reasonable.  These folks know the software (in this case, InDesign), and were able to deal with large files expertly.  They even FedExed my packets to the conference in Washington where they needed to go.  Bravo!
