My steep roof was replaced by A Team and crew. The roof was damage by hail. We found A Team construction to be a very professional and a very ethical company. . Mike, owner. was physically on the job site from the beginning to completion . Mike and crew goes the extra mile to make sure they give the client the best job possible.. Tim and his team were fantastic and great quality work!! Extremely prompt in returning my calls as well . We had damage to our roof from the severe snow storms and cold we've had this winter. We needed an extensive ice dam and snow removed from our roof. Not only did they do a superior job cleaning the roof but shoveled my walkways. Also Tim and his team have great customer service and explained everything to me step by step including the next steps with the insurance process in detail so I always understood what was going on. We had storm damage last June and Mike and the whole team were amazing to work with. They worked with our insurance company and installed a new roof, windows, siding, garage doors, gutters and soffits and fascia. We couldn't be happier with the work and the people that came to do the work. Always professional and kind. They were willing to go the extra mile to do the work well and within the timeframe given. Bob ***** and his team did an outstanding job repairing my house after a huge storm and hail damage in June 2017. This was complete worry free experience/process for me. This was not the case with my previous experience with another construction company locally. What I appreciated the most was Bob working tirelessly with the insurance company to get the best deal for my repair needs. He was always informative, reliable, available and reachable when I needed to discuss any concerns or questions I had with the repairs. My neighbors who signed up with Bob had their houses repair work completed around Nov 2017 before the neighbor who did not. :) Bob and his team completed the following repairs for me: 1) Roof 2) Sidings 4 four sides (worked with the insurance company) 3) Garage door 4) All front windows 5) Storm door 6) Gutters 7) Staining the deak 8) Painting around the garage and storm door. Bob and team managed the complete repair of our house after a major hail storm in 2017. We had to repair the roof, our siding, garage door, A/C unit and windows after the storm. Bob was so helpful in making the whole process of working with the insurance company easy. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and ensured we had everything we need to make sure we were able to get everything covered under our insurance policy. In 2017 I had storm damage and the roofing company I had contacted was dragging their feet dealing with my insurance. I was concerned I wouldn't get my roof taken care of before winter set in. When my neighbor Dennis heard about my plight he recommended I contact "A Team Construction Inc". I'm so glad I listened to him. From the minute I contacted the "A Team" the owner Mike ******** took care of every aspect of dealing with the Insurance adjuster. Mike went above and beyond any expectations I had in order to get my roof completed before the cold weather set in. His crew worked from morning til night and even came on a Sunday to complete the job before the snow and cold weather set in. The crew even threw some old wood pallets into their dumpster for me that I had laying in my yard for three years. And they did a fabulous job cleaning everything up afterward. Having the "A Team" was by far the best experience I've ever had with any/all of the contractors I've had in the last 20 years. I plan on having them put gutters on my home this summer.
