I hired Nataly as our Day of Wedding Coordinator and 2 Event Assistants. It was some of the best money I spent. Mimi's rates are competitive and they are very responsive via email (which worked for me since I am in a different time zone). The event assistants made our buffet seem more like a sit down dinner because they took the dirty plates away as people finished instead of at the end of the evening.  They also provided clean up at the end of the night so we didn't have to press any family members into service. Mimi's did an awesome job at my event! Great bundle deals. I had a bartender, DJ, and photo booth set up with them for my wedding and everyone did more than amazing! Bartender was very sweet and on point. Went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink all night, especially the bride and groom! She even provide us with personalize cups which was thoughtful. DJ Jerry killed it, was open to requests all night and played everything we asked for. Set up looked very professional. Photo booth was beautiful! So many fun props and we were provided with a DVD that has all the photos on it that were taken. Guests loved being able to take home photos! Mimi's party palace staff was extremely professional and very knowledgable about how to host a big event. We had Karla, Erika as the helpers and Natalia as the bartender. The girls did a phenomenal job, I did not have to give them any instructions...they just kind of figured it all out. They set up everything prior to the party and took down everything after the party. We woke up the next day to our kitchen and house in a perfect shape. Nataly and her staff were amazing! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who could use a hand at any party, large or small. We hired Nataly and 2 staffers to assist us on the day of our wedding. We had great and informative pre-meetings with Nataly and she and her staff arrived the day of prepped and ready to go. They provided an amazing amount of service at such a great value. Nataly handled our less than charming venue coordinator with grace, charm and a smile. We could not have asked for a better day of coordinator or staffers!

The main reason we hired Mimi's Party Palace was because our venue required that we clear everything out at the end of the day and we did not want to have to rope in friends and family to assist with that effort. We got SO MUCH MORE than just staffers helping us clean up. They were attentive, helpful, forward thinking, problem solving and being so sweet to our guests all night.

They clearly have the range to handle parties both large and small. Our wedding was 100 people and a day of coordinator and 2 staffers was perfect. These women, are an AMAZING TEAM!! Their attention to little details is what my new husband and I appreciated the most. His background as Executive Chef and mine in retail management, sets really high expectations for people we meet working in customer service. We are still, talking about how our special day became spectacular with the addition of Natalys’ team. Ex: I went to sit with a friend at her table and in what seemed like a second, one of the ladies was there asking me if I’d like my drink! 8D They were on it! First of all, I would highly highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding to hire Nataly and her team. I was at first very skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator. When I went to other weddings, I saw coordinators cue people on where to stand and maybe deliver food and cake. I thoight I could just get a friend to do that job instead. This team ran the whole ship better than we had originally planned. The whole team organized setup, directed other vendors where to be, and adjusted any and every problem that came up to where it was stress free. They catered to the bridal party and the guest's needs, bringing drinks and retrieving anything that was requested. The bartender and the waiting service was amazing. Nataly was the captain and her team was the crew that sailed our ship. Our wedding wouldn't have been a success without this service. HIRE THEM. Amazing staff! I honestly don't know where to start, but the level of customer service I received prior to, during and after the event was top notch.

After reaching out to several establishments and individuals for bartending services I felt like I should have just started at Mimi's Party Palace; now I know. Even though they were already booked on my event date Nataly was able to work it out and get someone to bartend at our wedding celebration.

Leo arrived an hour early as planned and after reviewing where we wanted the service he went straight to work. Mind you we were still very busy trying to get everything setup so I left it up to him. When we got to a point where things were slowing down I went to check up on him and he already had the bar fully setup, several mixes ready and some tasters of what he thought would be good for the day. Many of my guests commented and appreciated his sociability, demeanor and level of service.

Vivian and I cannot express enough how helpful Nataly and her staff were at our wedding!! Nataly took charge and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She was very professional and experienced and knew exactly how to run an event. We had a strict timeline and needed a DOC to direct the flow of the wedding and help with the details and she more than exceeded our expectations. Her staff was very friendly and took the initiative anytime the guests or the wedding party needed anything, whether it was to serve food, give refills, clean, or even run out to the car if a bridesmaid forgot something just to name of a few. In retrospect, there was no way we could have pulled it off without them. We had the confidence to just sit back, enjoy our special day and have fun without worrying about the details. Nataly and her crew are awesome! They were super easy to work with, very easy to contact and communicate with. Their experience shows in the services they provide. We hired her as a day of coordinator for our recent wedding. Through her we also hired, a licensed bartender and 2 party helpers. I have received so many compliments from guests on how hard working, courteous, and wonderful the service and servers were. Nataly herself was phenomenal, she took great care of myself (bride) and all of our VIP's. She was extremely organized, prompt, and assertive for all of the tasks we requested of her. Mimi's Party Palace did a wonderful job. The easiest way to describe the service we received is that Nataly and her team cared. They didn't just do a fantastic job, they did the little things that leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling.

My lovely new wife and I felt not only that everything was in very capable hands, we felt pampered and catered to. It was apparent that all of our guests felt the same way, with many of them taking the time to mention how lovely our organizers were.

Our wedding was unorthodox but Nataly and her team got on board quickly and took on all the tasks we asked, completed them probably better than we would have, and took care of the things we didn't think of! They were extremely professional, prompt, and organized.

Quick billing, excellent prices, friendly e-mails, and tons of options to make your gathering work smoothly. As a bartender, Leo is a true professional! I hired him on for my boyfriend's birthday party, and was so impressed that I hired him again for my company party. Both times he was professional, quick and made excellent drinks! There's no doubt that I'd give 5-Stars to Mimi's Party Palace. When there's no DJ, the bartender alone keeps the party moving! Nataly did just that.

We hired event assistants, furniture rentals and a day of coordinator from Mimi's Party Palace for our wedding on 2-16-2019. Nataly and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I knew nothing about weddings going in so I had tons of questions. From the beginning, Nataly did a great job communicating with me and answering all my questions. When I needed to hire 2 additional event assistants less than a week before my wedding, Nataly made it happen within a couple hours. Nataly and her team of event assistants did an amazing job setting up the venue and addressing any concerns the wedding guests had. When our caterer had issues or when additional guests we didn't account for showed up, they handled it with ease. They made sure our family was a priority and had everything we needed taken care of before we could even ask. The event assistants did a wonderful job cleaning things up as the wedding went on and were quick and efficient to break everything down after. I initially didn't think I needed a day of coordinator but I'm BEYOND thrilled that we decided to hire Nataly. I cannot recommend Mimi's Party Palace enough for all your wedding needs! More...

I originally found Mimi's Party Palace when looking to hire a bartender for our wedding reception, and found that they did so much more and that it would be easier to add rentals, day-of coordination, event help, as well as bartending! I couldn't be happier with my decision to have them run the show. The venue looked beautiful! Nataly and her team really helped make our night easy by keeping us on track with the timeline, but also by providing stellar service throughout. I am SO happy that I decided to partner with Nataly and her team at Mimi's Party Palace for our post-destination wedding reception. They were such a huge help and made my night a thousand times easier since I just showed up, enjoyed the party, and left without a worry in the world! They brought and set up our tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces and special tables, decor, etc., as well as assisted with maintaining the party, refills, handing out champagne/cake and cleanup, but Nataly also coordinated with all my vendors and brought a fantastic bartender. My daughter had changed her menu a few times before her wedding and decided to go through a local favorite to have has her food of choice “Chuys”. With this last minute change I was on the hunt for a full wait staff, plus bartenders in a crunch. I put in a request on Wix and of course had several different options, but as you all may know when you are talking Wedding a nice price comes with it. Nataly scheduled a personal 1x1 meeting with me to go over everything she offered in detail, and offered additional items that she did not have to accommodate my request which was just a blessing. My husband and I did not want to deal with too many vendors which is why a stumbled across Mimi’s Party Palace, they offered so much. They have everything you could think of to rent. I was able to rent 150 chairs, 150 water goblets, 150 gold charger plates just to add that extra nice touch, hired 3 of their staff members to help with serving our immediate family members dinner, drinks, etc, rented photo booth, bar stand, few lawn games, 2 beverage dispensers and of course my lovely day of coordinator Nataly Garza, she was so easy to work with and so amazing. We booked her in the beginning of the year. If we had any questions I could email/text and she would answer any question I had. She was so helpful the day of the wedding by executing our vision. Basically, all we had to do was send her pics of how we wanted everything, fill out a few spreadsheets and drop everything off at the venue the day before and they put our and everything together. The day after everything was packed up and ready for us to pick up. I really don't think our day would have gone so smoothly if she wasn't there to help us! Plus we did not want our family to worry about helping with anything even though they would have loved to help. We wanted everyone to relax and have fun. If this is something you're on the fence about do it! I was so stressed free the day of the wedding I loved it! Hiring Mimi's party palace was the best decision we made for our baby shower. I hate to get help from invited guests, but parties are so much work - food, decoration, drinks, refills, chairs, tables, clean up, music, games, the list just goes on. We had rented our local community resident event center for our event. Mimi's staff was on time early morning, dressed professionally and helped me do the entire setup, decoration, food and refills. Just within 15 mins, Nataly quickly understood the entire setup and decor, I didnt have to babysit or supervise them at all. Nataly came in and immediately put her finer touches on the balloons, flowers and table decor; really spruced up the place. You could really see she has an eye for decoration and party planning. Our guests were completely delighted with Nataly greeted them politely, received their gifts and offered them drinks. Drinks service was great throughout the party. We had kids in the party and as soon as they dropped anything like cake or drinks, Mimi's staff immediately cleaned it up - this made the clean up so easy at the end. Moreover, Nataly was great with kids and kept our drinks and cake safe from their craziness.  Lastly, Mimi's party palace was also worked with us, when we had to reschedule our the event, couple of times and didnt charge us penalties. Our party ran over time, but still Nataly and her helper didnt take a break even for a minute, and very quickly dismantled all the tables and chairs and put them back. They worked tirelessly for 5 hours and even washed used glasses, serving dishes, took trash out and helped load left overs back into our cars. Let me start by saying, if you're planning a wedding, the day of coordinator and event staff should be the FIRST vendor that you hire! When a company is this good, their availability fills up fast!! I didn't realize how important they would be, so we waited until just a few months before our wedding to search for someone. I can now say that I am so incredibly thankful that we found Nataly and Mimi's Party Palace!!! My now-husband and my mom were both skeptical about hiring someone, but from the moment that I first spoke with Nataly on the phone I knew she would be worth every single penny!! Nataly is so organized, responsive, and kind. You can truly tell that she loves weddings and that she treats every event as though she were helping execute it for a family member or friend. When I arrived at my venue the day of the wedding, Nataly was already running around following up with our florist, the photographer, and the DJ. She kept everyone in communication which is what made our day run so smoothly!! I had absolutely no expectation to have a stress-free wedding day, but with Nataly that was exactly what I had. If anything went awry, I didn't even know about it because Nataly had it handled. The event staff made sure that myself and my husband had water or anything else to drink all throughout the evening.
