What do you love most about your job?
I love protecting our client's financial interests while mitigating their credit risk and enhancing their bottom line.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my earlier career working for collection law firms and agencies, I developed enhanced collection techniques that were 50%+ more effective than the industry standard success rate. I soon got disillusioned working for companies that provided poor, ineffective training to employees, consequently putting them on a less-than-optimal career path whole also resulting in low-quality service performance to clients.
