A magician with numbers! I have struggled with understanding my financial dashboards and interpreting my sales in a meaningful way and Mickey is mind-blowing.
She has a way of getting to the core details and giving next-step options that are real world. She is funny, she does swear ( I find that endearing that she gets as upset as I do) , and she is respectful of my time.
It takes a bit to get into her monthly calendar because she books a year in advance for the majority of her monthly clients (you want to become one of those ASAP). She makes time for ALL her clients, If I am having a crisis she will respond. She has even texted me back from a waterfall, so she is really attentive.
I also have seen her close her books down and not take new clients for years so the fact she is taking new clients is awesome. If you want a REAL person that you can be crazy about as a business cheering section and real problem solver you will love her.
Mickey does give homework and she means it, her assistant won't book your next meeting until your homework is done! I need that!
FYI she leads a whole team of people, they do marketing stuff, and a variety of tasks. Reasonable prices on all services by subcontractors.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that you CAN build a successful business, keep your creative self, have a life, and do good in the world. THAT SAID- Because that is a complex equation - you will need accountability, courage, partnership and a plan with no judgement. We have that available every hour of the day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a single mom that needed a better way to make a life and a paycheck that I could control. in 20 years I went from a welfare mom barely scraping by to the Top Woman in finance TWICE. I have never looked back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a bright light and I am a realist. I have invested in a stellar team and there is not much we have not seen go wrong or go right.
$675 Sketch Session
Detailed intake AND outline session to assess the needs and the goals that the business owners needs to move forward. This is probably the most thorough 3 hours most business owners have spent because we review LOTS of details to make a work flow plan that the owner can take with them or that we as a team can work on. It is 2.5 hours on the phone and a 30 minutes of actually drafting and emailing the plan.
