It has been about two months since I started training with Mike and I love it. He is a professional and makes workout so much fun. You never end up doing same routine as he brings in so much variety with his workout routine. He works according to your goals and make sure that you achieve it step by step. I have seen changes not only in my body but also in my overall daily routine. I feel a lot more energetic plus my productivity at work has also increased. I would highly recommend Mike as a trainer.
