All homemade deliciousness!!Please let me address the prior review from the child in the middle school concerning our snack bar in concessions which is not located at the Bakery however I must clear the air that her prices are far below standard seasonal concession prices are star service far surpasses that of any other concession stand and I workers are very Dooley paid all of working age and up local kids

My husband and I booked Mieles Bakery for our wedding cake. We loved the guava cake because it reminds us from back home and all the guests enjoyed it. Irena is very passionate to make her customers happy and is very reasonable on pricing. The cake looked beautiful just how I envisioned it. The only down fall that I would say is that they are not that organized. They brought the cake late and should have checked for the correct address the days before the wedding not the day of the wedding. But besides that we as a couple were happy with the cake :) More...

I wanted two Barbie cakes for my daughters' joint 2nd and 4th birthday party. Shoprite has the cakes for approximately $48 each and you have to supply the doll. I called Miele's and they told me that the cakes are normally $59.99, but they would charge me $49.99 if I supply the dolls. Since their price was so close to ShopRite's I went with them. The cakes were absolutely gorgeous. We got one vanilla, and one chocolate. The icing was a little bit too light and fluffy for my taste, but was still good. The cake itself was very moist and layered with whichever cream we chose for the inside. I am a little bit critical of bakeries because I love to bake and I almost never buy cakes, but after seeing these absolutely gorgeous Elsa and Anna cakes, I was instantly glad I made the decision to choose this bakery. The icing decoration detail on the dresses was stunning and perhaps the pictures don't do it justice. Needless to say, I had two very pleased little girls! More...
